Yes, it was the maid.  Here's one recounting, from Sylvie Simmons book.  Leonard Cohen was able to hypnotize his maid into showing him her breasts.  Here's a concert event where Cohen is totally wasted on Mandrax.  What's the point of slandering Ann Diamond?  She didn't stalk him.  The Rollings Story, I believe, is totally fictional.  Cohen would tell people she stalked Mick Jagger.  His operatives demonized her.  Who cares what she thinks about the CIA?  Does the CIA think Leonard Cohen walked out onto a tarmac, took the last plane out of Cuba, and was hanging with the rebels during of Bay Pigs.  Does the Mossad think Leonard Cohen was going to join the military during the 7 day Yom Kippur War.  He was going to be a pilot, paratrooper, etc.  What he actually did in Israel was to attempt to start a riot while on drugs.  That's what he did then.  He's now evidently turned into Jimmy Durante.

As of Nov. 3 Ann Diamond took her long often pointless defamatory story about Leonard down off the internet with another similar story about a recent close encounter in Montreal. It seems his friends have made her a bit ashamed of herself and she writes to justify her actions.

We applaud her for letting go of her hostility, are sorry that we cannot live in a world of total equality, man to man, woman to man ,writer to writer, and grieve for anyone wounded by unrequited love. but c'est la vie.

My criminal stalker and harasser will go to my Blog, gather information from some source, and then continue to harass me.  When you read this latest round of insanity, keep in mind that the 14th Sheepdog a/k/a Stephen Gianelli does NOT know Ann Diamond.  Ann Diamond, during the entire 20 years I knew Leonard Cohen, never stalked him; was in Los Angeles studying with Sasaki Roshi; never called him; never bothered him but was demonized after she ran into Freda Guttman.  Cohen accused her of stalking Mick Jagger - to me and others.  Maybe Mick Jagger would like to speak for himself since Leonard Cohen doesn't know him.  Phil Spector does though.

Leonard Cohen was with Ann Diamond on Hydra.  This is a man who has a well documented long history of psychiatric ailments.  He talks about violent thoughts or emotions.  He had to lock himself in his house at one point due to agoraphobia, homicidal thoughts, and whatever he was plunging on at the time.  I brought it to Marty Machat.  So what?  Many people hung out at Bill's Bar in Hydra waiting to run into Cohen including all the fans that post on the Leonard Cohen files.  She was chasing down Cohen gossip?  Well, Cohen was gossiping about her because he's a gossip.  This sounds like a pure Leonard Cohen line of thought and Gianelli doesn't her so where did he get the information?  I can just see Leonard Cohen sitting around monitoring the internet, coming up with excuses, furious that people see right through him, contemplating revenge fantasies, calling Robert Kory and Michelle Rice, plotting additional lies, etc.  I know.  I knew the man for 20 years.  It is interesting, don't  you think, that a young friend of mine (and I sent you this email) wrote me that the video footage of the tribute album EPK was pulled from a Cohen fan site.  That's how he operates.  I can tell you one person that doesn't want to run into this madman - me. 

Ann Diamond lived in the neighborhood where Parc du Portugal is.  Cohen doesn't own that neighborhood park.  Many people sit in parks but Leonard Cohen is an ego maniac (and alter ego of the corporate entities he is concealing the evidence of - God knows what his excuse will be ... he's illterate maybe?).  Leonard Cohen is the center of the universe - in his own mind.  Gazing up at him?  Maybe Anjani Thomas gazed at him - immediately after returning from shock therapy, per her, over his cruel treatment.  I know. 

She took the post - about Freda Guttman advising her that her daughter or child repeated that Lorca Cohen told her classmates at Concordia that her father molested her - down after I had my brother-in-law contact her to advise her that it might upset Lorca Cohen.  But Lorca Cohen has lied about me.  No informant went into her store and told her that her father can't retire.  Betsy Superfon conveyed some information to me.  By the way, she thinks the type of deal Kory couldn't fax me was an illegal deal.  I agree wholeheartedly.  If you're not a die hard Leonard Cohen fan and even criticize hm, you are a stalker.   He cannot come up with anything better.  

I wonder what the encounter as a teen was about?  I heard one about Steven Machat's sister that he and I discussed recently.  I'm sure he spoke to his sister who I also know quite well.  Cohen was into hypnosis.  This is huge in Sylvie Simmons book.  Didn't he hypnotize his maid or something?  What a lunatic.

Hi FBI,

The 14th Sheepdog has weighed in.  I've addressed all of this ad nauseum and the criminal harassment continues.  Leonard Cohen decided to work is what actually happened.  He planned to tour behind "Dear Heather."   I see Leonard Cohen's revenge theories are rock solid now.  The man once told me that I am the only person he didn't feel revenge towards while meditating.  Of course, the IRS has the corporate books, records, stock certificates, notarized documents, memoranda, my indemnity agreement, and an abundance of evidence that CID (who Dale Burgess felt should be involved here and he worked for the IRS) need to prosecute Leonard Cohen to the fullest extent of the law.  I wasn't fired.  Leonard Cohen heard I was going to the IRS.  That's why he and his lawyers received a letter from mine advising Westin that he was the architect of these entities and to arrange a meeting for them to explain these entities, etc.  In any event, the issue here - Stephen Gianelli's ongoing criminal harassment.  The retaliation and ongoing harassment is clearly over my appeal, writ, and the upcoming oral arguments.  Fortunately, my lawyer sees through this entire situation and views Cohen as a snake.  The PD notes re. Cohen, Kory, and Rice are fascinating - criminal implications,conspiracy on their part, extortion attempts, and restraining order terrorism, etc.  The City Attorney argued a federal tax fraud case.  The woman is transparent as the day is long and so are her lies, rotten tactics, aggressive nature, and vile and vulgar outfits - prancing around, baby talking the judge, gushing over Cohen, skipping out of the courtroom to tell Cohen the LA Times will take one photograph, etc.  A sycophant on the Taxpayer's Welfare System.  I'm reviewing the part of my Writ that addresses Steve Cooley and Alan Jackson.  Streetr's line of questioning (particularly after the weekend) is truly enlightening.  I suppose my PD was correct - not only does the prosecutor want to sabotage the IRS but the DA doesn't want the Phil Spector verdict overturned - that's why his investigator is in the courtroom listening to Cohen testify about Phil Spector. 

Leonard Cohen stole from me, Machat & Machat, Phil Spector, and possibly others.  He has a pattern of falsely accusing people which is why Steven Machat spoke to me and my PD about his false accusations re. his first managers.  Steven Machat also knows this - Cohen uses corporate entities to evade taxes.  And we both know this - he is a fraud who uses religion as a cover.  His greed is inconceivable.  That's why he withheld Marty Machat and my commissions at the end of the day.  And, that's why he engages in tax fraud and tax evasion.  His sense of entitlement is monumental..  It is shocking that a Canadian would move to this country, defraud the U.S. government, perjure himself in every court of law, and then use me and Phil Spector to avoid the consequences of his wrong-doing.  In any event, Cohen is clearly underestimating Phil Spector.  He just thinks it is acceptable to lie about him, use him to advance his career, and then help Steve Cooley and Alan Jackson who elected not to prosecute him.  It definitely looks like a quid pro quo and demands an investigation, obviously.

History

On July 1, 1919, the Commissioner of Internal Revenue created the Intelligence Unit to investigate widespread allegations of tax fraud. To establish the Intelligence Unit, six United States Post Office Inspectors were transferred to the Bureau of Internal Revenue to become the first special agents in charge of the organization that would one day become Criminal Investigation. To the IRS and FBI,

The 14th Sheepdog, your representative, is weighing in on your investigation into Leonard Cohen's criminal tax fraud.  I have nothing to say about releasing Agent Sopko's email to me to the news media and others.  I didn't see Confidential Communique stamped across the top of the document.  However, Robert Kory felt utterly comfortable including it in the concealed IRS binder.  Of course, that merely proves that the refund did not close an investigation into Leonard Cohen's tax fraud - since nearly a year later, I met with the Treasury agents and was advised to report it to Agent Tejeda/IRS which I did. 

According to Judge Enichen, the IRS was raised - by Cohen and his representatives - at the preliminary hearing I did not attend in Boulder, Colorado.  The IRS was raised at the Boulder hearing.  Let's see if we can follow this - the prosecutor engaged in illegal discovery re the 1099 I don't have, the illegal K-1s that have not been rescinded, attempted to prove I was served the default I wasn't, lied about the IRS, etc. because I allegedly violated a restraining order.  That's not why federal IRS matters were raised and the lies and perjury are excessive.  The prosecutor attempted to sabotage the IRS.  Unfortunately, I wasn't served or  notified of the California order so the court could not have jurisdiction over me. 

The IRS and FBI are not blocking my emails and Doug Davis never told me not to contact him.  The same is true for Captain Bornman/LASD.  I didn't falsely accuse Cohen of anything and provided the IRS with ample evidence.  Let me quote Steven Machat (and this is in my PD notes) - Leonard Cohen uses corporate entities to evade taxes.   Cohen didn't fire me.  He heard I was going to the IRS and do speak to Dale Burgess and my lawyers about his offer of 50% community property.  I see Cohen thinks he can continue to conceal the corporate books and records, etc.  My taxes are paid.  I owe the IRS nothing but I have a K-1 from Traditional Holdings with income and I paid taxes on that for the year 2003.  That does not appear on Cohen's fraudulent ledger.  Gianelli doesn't know me - how would he know what I paid?  In any event, he's arguing Leonard Cohen's tax fraud matter and defending the prosecutor.

No, we are sure that the IRS Criminal division was DELIGHTED to learn that after you blew the whistle you alerted the target of their investigation to its existence - particularly in scores of daily emails and blog posts to hundreds of email recipients, including Cohen and the media.

The IRS Criminal Division can and should speak for itself.  I, unlike the 14th Sheepdog, do not speak for or represent them.  

The only reason "the IRS" was mentioned at all during your trial is that "tax matters" were your pretext to contact Cohen in violation of the Colorado restraining order and the criminal harassment statute.

In any event, the IRS, the FBI and the FTB are all blocking your daily emails at this point – now 7 years after you falsely accused your former employer of tax fraud to get even for him firing you and in aid of escaping prosecution for your own evasion of taxes on the millions you embezzled but never reported on your form 1040’s.

The IRS, FBI, and FTB are not blocking my emails.  And, Stephen Gianelli a/k/a The 14th Sheepdog does not work for or represent them.  I haven't evaded taxes.  I am not attempting to escape anything.   I issued a subpoena to Agent Tejeda/IRS.  The judge decided to conceal him.

How are you?  As you know, Stephen Gianelli - a man who has targeted me and my family relentlessly since 2009 (after hearing from Cohen's lawyers) - is writing to me, criminally harassing me, using this email address.  thexivthsheepdog@gmail.com.  There is indeed evidence that Leonard Cohen has concealed Steven and Marty Machat's 15% ownership interest in an entity that was assigned all of Cohen's intellectual property.  I think certain elements of Steve Cooley's law enforcement crowd love him - for instance Captain Jack Horvath/DA's investigator felt comfortable lying to LA Superior Court about me when he wrote that I contacted them in 2007 when, in fact,they dragged me into Phil Spector's matter in 2005 and I filed a complaint against Cohen - with their Major Fraud Unit - re. his theft from me in 2006.  This is what the letter Cohen read to the jurors discussed.  I also mentioned that Steve Cooley's investigator, Marko, threatened me and told me to tell the Denver FBI "Merry Christmas" which some people think means "Fuck you"  and others think sounds like something out of the Sopranos.  Then, I mentioned that Cooley reminds me of Bhandari and I'm entitled to my personal opinion about government.  After all, the DA's office likes to use threats and intimidation tactics - at least with respect to me.  And then, of course, Mahakala was raised.  Perhaps there's something threatening about a dharmapala/guardian angel to these people?  I have no idea but please make offerings for me. My oral arguments are May 9, 2013 and I'm filing a Writ addressing other egregious matters.  These people continue to lie about me and the 14th Sheepdog (who may be Gianelli's dog who shits/'vomits religious pujas on carpets, according to Gianelli) is criminally harassing me.  The man is a stark raving lunatic and obsessed with me, IRS matters, Leonard Cohen's tax fraud, and slanders me relentlessly.  He must have some type of motive.  After all, I don't know the man.

Bhandari:  Why Did the Sikkim State Government Assist the Rumtek Take-over?

We believe that Situ and Gyaltsab Rinpoches secured the assistance of Chief Minister Bhandari's government by making two large contributions to his party totaling $2.5 million.

We believe that an initial payment of $1 million was made to Bhandari before his police went into Rumtek. While we lack direct evidence, the indirect evidence for a large advance payment seems very strong. The Indian Constitution established India as a secular state and prohibits government officials from interfering in religious affairs. So, we have to wonder, why would Bhandari violate the Constitution and assist Situ Rinpoche's group in seizing Rumtek? We can come up with no other explanation than that Situ Rinpoche bribed Bhandari to do this.

However, we do have direct evidence that another payment was made by Situ Rinpoche's group to Chief Minister Bhandari after Rumtek was seized by Situ Rinpoche's group in 1993. This payment was delivered by the Taiwanese millionaire Chen Lu An, a follower of Situ Rinpoche. The payment was for $1.5 million. This donation has been documented by newspapers and government investigators in both Gangtok and New Delhi . The ensuing scandal led to investigations by the New Delhi government against Bhandari that helped bring about Bhandari's ouster in 1995.

How Could a Whole State Government Be Bought?

It is an understatement, as Terhune says, to call Chief Minister Bhandari “a controversial figure.” History shows that the Sikkim government during the Bhandari years, from 1979-1995, was perhaps the most corrupt in India . Through a combination of payoffs and intimidation, the chief minister ran Sikkim as his own private fiefdom.

Throughout Sikkim , stories of those bold enough to risk Bhandari's wrath during this period abound. First, there was the opposition leader, Madan Tamang, who dared to circulate pamphlets accusing Bhandari of corruption and womanizing. In response, Mandan was arrested and died in custody. His body was later found in bushes alongside the Rongpo River . Shortly after this, a reporter in Siliguri, RK Baid, published a story detailing some recent examples of corruption in Bhandari's administration. After this, Bhandari sent undercover police into the neighboring state of West Bengal —outside of their legal jurisdiction—to kidnap Baid and bring him to Gangtok. There he was held in prison and tortured. Afterwards, he was offered an amount of money said to be as high as five million rupees to sign a statement denying that he was kidnapped or mistreated. This reporter later opened a hotel in Siliguri using this hush money.
