I am attaching my Answer to Karina Von Watteville's fraudulent, extortionate lawsuit.  This will be filed with LA Superior Court today.  I will now file a complaint with ICE about Ms. Von Watteville's fraudulent effort to extort millions of dollars from me.  I also intend to submit a copy of this Answer (and her Complaint) to the District Attorney's office and LAPD's Threat Management Unit.  

On a separate note, I will be filing an independent action in equity re. Cohen's fraudulent default judgment next week.  I am, as I've said, preparing a letter to the Senate Judiciary Finance Committee.  I would like to know why this Canadian is permitted to engage in this type of conduct.  That would include the original tax fraud re. TH, his fraudulent state Court complaint (used to obtain fraudulent tax refunds), identity theft re. my identifying information, and so forth.  I personally believe IRS should have notified me that Cohen filed for fraudulent tax refunds using my identifying information.  I would also like to know why LA Superior Court granted Cohen his prayed for damages in the amount of $5 million via the fraud default as well as the value of the IP wrongfully converted to him.  I don't see any IP valuations and find it outrageous that Cohen would receive a bonus (gift actually) from LA Superior Court totaling millions over and above the fraud default.  I still am not in receipt of the IRS required tax and corporate information - regardless of the City Attorney's lies to the jurors in my trial that was nothing more than an attempt to sabotage IRS, discredit me, and showcase Cohen's bullshit testimony about Phil Spector and a gun.

IRS,

I have just received the augmented record from LA Superior Court re. the sealing of documents.  Would you like to explain why LA Superior Court - who does not have jurisdiction over the corporate entities at issue - continues to maintain that corporate records are the personal property of Leonard Cohen's?  That appears to be what the order represents to some degree.  The alter ego continues to argue that corporate assets are his; corporate documents are his personal property; and LA Superior Court issued a writ of possession that does not extend to the corporations.  It's very hard to follow this insanity but Cohen is a celebrity and he has been able to obtain a fraudulent default judgment, used that to commit further tax fraud and obtain fraudulent tax refunds, and the court provides fraud DMV orders with which to engage in witness tampering and discredit people.  LA Superior Court also has a rampant problem with service, fraud, perjury, and so forth.  I am now preparing my appeal in this case - including as it relates to the sealing of Pacer documents, etc. - and the motion for terminating sanctions  (fraud upon the court) that LA Superior Court has conveniently mischaractered as a motion to reconsider.

On another note, I am preparing state bar complaints, a letter to each member of the Senate Finance Committee re. the federal tax issues (including the use of a fraud DMV order to prevent me from requesting/obtaining IRS required tax and corporate information and the VAWA funding issues related to that matter) and will file a response to Karina Von Watteville's baseless, retaliatory lawsuit on Thursday.  I intend to send the Answer to her Complaint to ICE as well as LAPD's TMU and the Justice Integrity Unit of the DA's office.  I also intend to send my RICO Complaint against Leonard Cohen to the DA's Justice Integrity Unit.

I've received notice that my first two appeals are due in 30 days.  They are my motion for terminating sanctions (fraud upon the court) and the sealing of documents.  Of course, that makes me think of you since you were unable to seal your financial records but Cohen was able to seal corporate records that do not belong to him personally, PACER documents that can be purchased online, evidence not under seal attached to the Greenberg lawsuit in Colorado, documents one can purchase through the Southern District of NY, a declaration I submitted to the IRS, etc.  Leonard Cohen wants to conceal the evidence that he stole from me, corporations, and his lawsuit against me is nothing other than a concocted set of operative facts.  LA Superior Court certainly bends over backwards for Cohen:  they assign dating relationships when one doesn't exist, grant domestic violence orders when there is no domestic violence, provide fraudulent default judgments without obtaining jurisdiction, etc.  Leonard Cohen, of course, feels entitled to these orders, judgments, and verdicts.  He's a fascinating example of a religious sage.

Since you were so integral to the destruction of my reputation, I was wondering if you could help shed some light on another Leonard Cohen story that involves discrepancies.  He has many stories of this nature.  For instance, Cohen now has three versions of his good rock 'n roll gun story about Phil Spector before LA Superior Court.  In fact, the version he testified about contradicts the version Spector's prosecutors used in their motions in the Spector case and, if Mick Brown/UK Telegraph is correct, before the Spector Grand Jury.  Cohen has now testified that I never stole from him - just his "peace of mind" - and acknowledged, also under oath, that we were in a purely business relationship.  I have filed a federal racketeerring lawsuit against Cohen and his lawyers but, as National Enquirer confirmed previously, the news media is not really interested in Cohen stories.  I suppose his stories have to be highly fabricated and salacious to garner media attention although it's clear that Cohen fantasizes about men holding guns on him.  That doesn't simply involve Phil Spector.  In Cuba, he had numerous fantasies of this sort.  In one version, Castro's forces, who assumed Cohen was CIA recon evidently, arrested him at gunpoint and interrogated him.  They felt, according to Cohen, that he might be one of the first members of the landing party re. the Bay of Pigs.  When they realized he wasn't, they let him go and gave him a necklace.  In another Cuban story, Cohen was held at gunpoint by a guard who ultimately became distracted permitting Cohen to walk onto the tarmac and catch the last flight out of Cuba before the Bay of Pigs incident.

In any event, the interview portion of the MacLean's article confirms that Cohen had contacted you months earlier.  In fact, your Up Front and Personal interview states:  "That night he told me what he'd hinted at months earlier in an email - that he'd been stripped of most of his assets, and was mired in a legal battle with his money managers, who would accuse him of extortion."  However, Cohen told the Court in the Greenberg case that MacLean's contacted him after Greenberg filed his lawsuit [and just prior to the publication of the MacLean's article on August 22, 2015] and said they would print the article with or without his participation.  

As for the extortion, Leonard Cohen has now embezzled approximately $7 million or more from the so-called "retirement account" corporation.  He fully understood that he had an obligation to repay these amounts but for some reason, Cohen seems to feel that if he comes up with a fabricated narrative, he has the right to steal from corporations or individuals such as myself, Steven Machat, and Phil Spector.  I disagree.  

In any event, I was wondering if you would care to comment on your statements that Cohen contacted you months before the interview/article appeared and you and your colleagues then wrote what appears to be a defense to his criminal tax fraud.  Feel free to take a look at my Complaint.  I've attached plenty of evidence supporting the fact that Leonard Cohen retaliated against me with a baseless, meritless lawsuit and is now attempting to extort millions of dollars from me.  Also, since you lied about me and my son's custody matter (which was coordinated by Cohen and Lindsey), I thought you might like to read some of the aftermath as set forth in my sons' declarations.  Ann Diamond's declaration is also quite interesting as she really does understand who Leonard Cohen is.  The way you can tell that this is factual - Cohen and his operatives, who relentlessly targeted my sons, are slandering her and accusing her of being a scorned woman.  That's always the dead give away with Leonard Cohen.

Today I am working on State Bar Complaints against Robert Kory, Michelle Rice, Stephen Gianelli,and Sandra Jo Streeter.  I will probably file others as well.  That will include a complaint against Daniel Bergman who was in contempt of court for at least five straight years with respect to my son's coordinated, utterly fraudulent custody matter.  Please see below for the draft language re. the complaint against Robert Kory.  I'm now curious to see how much fraud and perjury is acceptable with the California State Bar.  Evidently, the sky is the limited with Los Angeles Superior Court.  I also intend to file judicial complaints with respect to the fraudulent issuance of the domestic violence order and refusal to address the fraud upon the court in LA Superior Court Case No. BC338322.  Also, the Court's role in permitting Cohen to wrongfully seize corporate books and records that are not his personal property.
