Tibetan Book of the Dead - A Way of Life
Reviewing
elements of Leonard Cohen’s propaganda blitz using Goebbel’s propaganda
principles. These principles rely on the following components: Leonard Cohen's blitz has used repeated
themes related to Tibetan Buddhism, Zen Buddhism (and his “retreat” period
where he became an ordained monk in a ceremony my Mother and I attended), a
practitioner of “dark arts” – me, and LC actually testified that I was the
“enemy.” Very strange conduct for an ordained Buddhist monk. Of
course, at one point, when the Hollywood Reporter wrote that he was a
Buddhist, LC responded with the a nearly “incoherent” statement
literally referring to Joshu Sasaki Roshi as a “Rabbi" as discussed
below.
Goebbel's
Propaganda Principles:
· Avoid abstract ideas - appeal to the
emotions.
· Constantly repeat just a few ideas.
Use stereotyped phrases.
· Give only one side of the argument.
· Continuously criticize your opponents.
It
is important to note that LC understood I am His Holiness Kusum Lingpa’s
lineage holder and chos kyi dags mo. For years, LC told me and many
others that he was Roshi’s dharma heir. I have seen no evidence
whatsoever to support his statements. LC uses titles, as he bestowed
upon Adam Cohen when he referred to him as the family “ambassador,”
borrowed from Chogyam Trungpa Rinoche. I have witnessed LC's jealousy,
competitiveness and hostility with, among others, 16th Karmapa, His
Holiness Kusum Lingpa, the Vidyadhara Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, Hung Kar
Dorje Rinpoche, Dorje Trangpo Rinpoche, Gesar Mukpo, and Joshu Sasaki
Roshi.
During
my 2012 trial, the prosecutor (Sandra Jo Streeter) had LC read alleged emails
of mine for the jury and into the permanent trial record which has been
transmitted to many parties. This is unauthenticated hearsay but
clearly an attempt to defame and discredit me, my teachers, and the Kagyu
and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan Buddhism. I would like to point out
that my younger son’s birthday is December 18th . The
17th Karmapa and 14th Sharmapa were clearly
a target of LC’s hostility towards Buddhism. In fact, his operative
“Stephen Gianelli,” who has relentlessly targeted me, my family, and
others, created defamatory fake monikers and email accounts for Karmapa and
Sharmapa. He then used them to send me horrifyingly vile, vulgar and
slanderous emails. Stephen Gianelli has recently sent me a harassing
communication mentioning “Marko,” “Merry Christmas” a clear reference to
Phil Spector’s Christmas LP, and former DA Steve Cooley’s thuggish
investigator “Marko” who instructed me to tell the Denver FBI “Merry
Christmas” from the LA District Attorney to FBI. People think, in
that context, “Merry Christmas to the FBI” sounds like a “Fuck you” and
something the Sopranos would say prior to riddling a car with
bullets. Cooley’s grandfather apparently worked for the FBI so it’s
all terribly perverse.
I
filed a formal complaint with FBI regarding that issue and Gianelli's
ongoing harassment, cyber-stalking, and terrorism: which extended to
terrorizing members of my family and friends for years. This
complaint to FBI is an update to my original complaint regarding the
allegations relates to LC's civil and criminal tax fraud. As LC's
lawyer himself wrote the IRS Criminal Division, they informed him that they
must remain open to those allegations. Kory's letters, transmitting
perjured and fraudulent LA Superior Court legal documents to IRS, were a
legal defense of his client and entirely outrageous.
FBI Complaint - "Merry Christmas"
I
do intend to pursue every legal remedy available to me and have in fact
consulted an extraordinary attorney. I think it’s overwhelmingly
obvious that a distressed mother’s email to her teacher, Sharmapa, asking
him to say prayers [that was concealed from jurors with other materials and
the totality of circumstances was absolutely misrepresented and countless
lies transmitted to jurors and propelled into the public realm by the news
media where I have been relentlessly libeled] and further asking Sharmapa to
make an offering to Mahakala, a protector (not unlike a guardian angel) is
not a threat to LC, is not an intent to annoy LC, and is not evidence of
the harassment of LC. On the other hand, this is just another example
of the all out attack on my teachers and lineage. Furthermore, Leonard
Cohen and his lawyer submitted an entirely perjured declaration to LA
Superior Court in Ray’s custody matter.
LC’s old friend, Barry Wexler, concluded at the time that it was
some sort of “business negotiation.”
Robert Kory practices TM. He
and his partner, Michelle Rice, have spent years targeting me. Their conduct is reprehensible and they
have lied to courts in numerous jurisdictions through this country. I have spoken to a former federal judge
who confirmed that “fraud upon the court” is indeed a serious matter that
can be addressed directly with the Court.
That’s not my experience.
The
prosecutors in LA, with the blessings of the Court itself, use fake threat
scams to convict people. The Court does not follow their own rules of
evidence and therefore my 2012 trial record is replete with perjury, false
statements made by the prosecutor, outrageous lies about federal tax forms
and compliance with federal tax laws, and fabricated testimony unsupported
by evidence. This is not a justice
system. It’s evidently a “camp fire”
where horror stories, ghost tales, and other frightful fictitious tales are
told. These tales are then sold to
journalists, lawyers, and others, and transmitted to the media, flying
around the worldwide web, as “fact” or “truth.” I have witnessed the Court shut down and
silence the “truth” or anything resembling an actual fact or evidence.
I
raised the “false threat” issue with DOJ/FBI and noted it as well in a
Valentine Card I transmitted to them. My prosecutor, a fabulist of
the highest order, literally concluded that an email to DOJ/FBI was to her
and took the position that she is on the CIA's threat disposition matrix,
an enemy of the United States, and an actual terrorist. I asked TMU if Streeter has serious
psychiatric problems in addition to her serious problem with lying to
jurors, victimizing my sons, concocting preposterous allegations, and so
forth. The Court has no remedies for egregious prosecutorial misconduct
although the 9th federal court of appeals has confirmed that it is
“rampant” in California. The Los Angeles Court appellate panel then
expands upon the entirely libelous trial record which is further propelled
into the public domain when they post their defamatory and salacious opinions/decisions
online and put their spin on alleged “facts” that are nothing other than
lies. Other people are expressing concern about "litigation
protected" fraud, perjury, and defamation. Disturbing
activity. Please read this 2012
trial exchange between the prosecutor and LC. LC doesn't know what my
email address was after we parted ways and most certainly could not lay a
foundation for Sharmapa's email address.
The authentication of evidence issue, particularly as it relates to
email evidence, is astounding. In
fact, there really isn’t anything resembling authentication of email and
other evidence. I have maintained all
my emails to Sharmapa and others.

12/20/2011,
Kelley Lynch wrote (from KL actual email): Hello Sharmapa, here’s a
promise you can take to the bank. I intend to take the Los Angeles DA
down legally (quoting Boies Schiller who advised me to find an attorney and
ask him to help me "take down another Hollywood fraud” which I
have). Help me out here, Sharmapa. It’s Ray’s 19th birthday.
I haven’t seen him in nearly 7 years. This situation is fucking
outrageous. Please make offerings to the dharmapala Mahakala (as
there appears to be an absolutely defamatory attack on the Kagyu lineage,
Karmapa, Tibetan Buddhism, and you). Leonard Cohen is a liar,
thief, coward, and fraud (who has deliberately destroyed my life, targeted
my children, and further targeted my elderly parents and sister).
What he has done to Steven Machat and his father is devastating. I
know how devoted Marty (my former employer who represented LC and Phil
Spector) was to Cohen, and to know that Cohen robbed him blind is
unconscionable. But Cohen is Teflon. Law enforcement and the
District Lunatic love him. So it’s “Merry Christmas to the Denver
FBI” (a quote former DA Steve Cooley's investigator instructed me to pass
along as a message from their office to FBI) time from the Sopranos.
Choegon Rinpoche was in shock when he heard accusations about Cohen and
Roshi (wanting to put me in jail; Cohen evidently made these statements to
Steve Lindsey which is also outrageous). In any event, they are using
legal warfare, propaganda and other malicious tactics so prayers are truly

It's
important to note that, as of 2005, when Sharmapa and I discussed what was
going on, he advised me that I was clearly the victim of “corrupt
politicians and cops” and pointed out that my situation was identical to
that of the 17th Karmapa’s.
The
propaganda campaign, which has its genesis with Neal Greenberg’s lawsuit
against Leonard Cohen, really began with the article Hellalujah and a press
release. LC, NG, the City Attorney, and others use lawsuits as
literal press releases. I believe NG’s and LC’s lawsuits (NG –
against LC; and LC’s – against me/Cohen’s personal tax/corporate lawyer)
were coordinated and meant to obfuscate and confuse issues. The suit
also served as a literal press release.
NG’s press release, which led to the “Hellalujah” piece according to
Tibetan Buddhist translator Norman “Sherab” Posel (an individual HHKL and
Kyabje Thinley Norbu, clearly disapproved of, as Sharmapa and I discussed
in 2005), assisted with the details of NG’s suit. He worked at Boies
Schiller and ran a “Black Cubes” type op on me that Yongzin Rinpoche and others,
including Rutger [when Posel was in my home secretly going through my
belongings and paperwork until he was caught in the act] witnessed. I
had Rinchen and Chemchok (Lamasang’s students from Golok, Tibet) come over for
the rest of the evening (while Posel and Lamasang's other student were
there) as well as others. This article, based upon what Posel told me
was their Press Release, falsely states that LC and I had an “on-again,
off-again romantic relationship in the ‘80s.” This is an offensive
situation that relates to an assault at the Royalton Hotel that I
discussed, at the time, with Marty and Steven Machat and others.
Leonard Cohen and I were not "lovers." We never had a
California statutory "dating relationship." This
relationship was simply assigned to me by LAPD’s TMU, the City Attorney of
Los Angeles, and LA Superior Court.
I was Leonard Cohen’s personal manager, thought we had a friendship,
spent countless hours with him for a period of over 17 years, and served in
other capacities as well [which is why I was compensated with shares of
corporations/IP]. The problem is
that I am woman and not a male entertainment manager or executive such as
David Geffen. The people attacking me are misogynists. Therefore, I have been converted into a
celebrity’s “disgruntled ex-lover” as opposed to a professional business
woman which is what I was and am. I now manage Corey Banks and two
former FSB Alpha Unit members. They all have entertainment projects
on the horizon. Here's Corey Banks' declaration (written after
“Gianelli” descended and began
trashing me to Corey). Corey
understood "Gianelli's" motives and people have generally concluded
that he's part of Leonard Cohen's team and probably aligned with Phil
Spector's prosecution. Corey is a
very talented rap artist, wonderful human being, and someone whose family
are royalty in the R&B and music industry. They also knew Phil Spector.

Lynch, his partner and manager, had done his bidding since they'd commenced
an on-again, off-again romantic relationship in the '80s.
The
claims in the case -- on all sides -- get even more disturbing. The lawsuit
alleges that Cohen and Kory employed "tactics to terrorize, silence,
or disparage" Lynch if she didn't take Kory and Cohen's side against
Greenberg. One of the suit's wildest-sounding charges accuses the pair of
instigating an incident in which the Los Angeles Police Department SWAT
Team descended on Lynch's home and arrested her in her bathing suit; later,
Lynch was involuntarily admitted to a psych ward and drugged. Lynch, who's
suggested that Cohen's money dissolved due to his own lavish spending, has
supplied documents and information to support Greenberg's case against
Cohen and Kory.
After
Greenberg and the Agile Group announced his lawsuit, Cohen chat rooms and
fan sites seized on the banker as a greedy shark out to steal an artist's
hard-earned cash. Yet while Greenberg's career has considerably less flash
than does Cohen's, it's imbued with its own quiet distinction: After twenty
years in the investment business, Greenberg now manages more than $550
million in assets. He's never been sued by a client for mismanagement of
funds.
In
a statement after the suit was filed, Kory described it as a "surprise
attack" that was "completely consistent with Agile's reckless
disregard for its client and his investments." Cohen's attorney, Joe
DePlasco (NOTE: Actually LC/Kory’s public relations firm),
cited Kory's statement when questioned by Westword. DePlasco and Kory have vowed to counter-sue. So far, though, no one's heard a peep
about that; attorneys working for Greenberg and Agile have been unable to
locate Kory.
As
the song says, the deal is rotten...
I’m
providing the Court with an overview of how this inconceivably unwieldy
(and prolix) operation functioned and continues - including through the use
of fraudulent restraining orders, fabricated narratives, fraudulent and
perjured legal documents, a Goebbel’s style propaganda campaign using the
media and worldwide web (as well as LC's fan sites, groupie biographers,
operatives), manufactured sham criminal prosecutions, law enforcement as
foot soldiers and so-called private security, and other unconscionable
tactics.
The
“Hellalujah” article is dated June 5, 2005 (following Greenberg's alleged
lawsuit against Cohen/Kory). Documents submitted to the federal court
in Denver, Colorado confirmed that, as of at least May 2005, LC/Kory hired
a publicist to spread toxic, inflammatory information about me into the
public domain. The SWAT/Killer King/bikini incident was memorialized
in the “Hellalujah” article. The Killer King file does not contain my
identifying details and/or medical data. LAPD's TMU manual
demonstrates their reliance on psychological warfare tactics (including
intimidation, mental health tactics, and so forth) in their manual which
contains some astonishing admissions:
“Detectives
should view restraining orders as tools rather than deterrents. We are seeking to place legal
parameters around behavior that would otherwise not be criminal. We
expect the suspect to violate the order, with the knowledge that we can now
justify an arrest where none was possible before.
Perhaps
the most useful but least utilized tool as it applies to public figure
threat investigations is a mental health intervention.
The
mental health hold provided the detention time needed to formulate a plan
of action, the justification to remove the problem and the leverage to
prevent the problem from returning; a lot of “bang for the buck.”
It
is important to look at how these people think and TMU uses special
“tactics” when it comes to celebrities. They have criminalized compliance
with federal tax laws, pure speech, inserted utterly defamatory information
and false statements into their 2011 report about me, converted me into
what sounds like a “sex worker” rather than a business woman, and threw
“Phil Spector” in for good measure. These are Gestappo tactics but
TMU is clear – you “get a lot of bang for your buck.” It is also
important to understand that these individuals use psych warfare tactics -
such as using psychologists to infiltrate my defense, write fraudulent reports,
and transmit that information to, among others, courts and prosecutors to
use to further discredit and defame me.
Perhaps they use psych warfare in an attempt to obtain so called
“confessions” and/or information.
These are the types of strategies used in CIA’s MK Ultra program.
However those strategies were meant to address actual enemies in warfare or
combat. I tend to doubt CIA, through
MK Ultra strategies or otherwise, could “mind control” Leonard Cohen as no
one else, including his teacher Joshu Sasaki Roshi, could. Leonard Cohen was a master of control,
manipulation, propaganda and liked to place people in “double binds.”
I
am detailing this campaign (and the tactics used against me) for the court
and LAPD TMU’s manual is particularly fascinating when reviewing how they
build (or manufacture) a case one for a celebrity or political body (such
as the District Attorney or City Attorney of Los Angeles) who are their
employers and individuals they work for. I have documented this
campaign since the winter/spring 2005 for, among others, IRS, FBI, and DOJ.
Operations of The
LAPD Threat Management Unit
Here
are some interesting details, from LA Mag, about this Unit. I’ve spoken to Jeff Dunn and his manner
is anything but “diplomatic.” However, I’m not a journalist. Paulette has actually met with TMU
regarding what seemed to be a credible threat against the DA involving her
former employer’s ex-wife. That case
went nowhere. “Gianelli” stalks and
harasses me through TMU and literally copies them on his “electronic
communications.”
She contacted the Los Angeles Police
Department. Officers steered her to its Threat Management Unit, the first
law enforcement division in the country created to combat stalking. Los
Angeles is the stalking capital of the world. The Threat Management Unit—or
TMU—handles about 250 cases a year, up by more than 40 percent since 2003.
The TMU’s walls are lined with posters from movies with stalking themes,
such as Fatal Attraction, The Fan, Paparazzi,
and Swimfan. Based in a nondescript downtown office building,
the unit has grown to nine detectives, including its leader, Jeff Dunn, a
24-year LAPD veteran with a diplomatic manner. As the DA’s office, in or around November
2005, advised Cohen’s “team,” the elements of “stalking” were not met in
issues they reviewed about me.
Precisely what they reviewed has yet to be determined. Therefore, LC was instructed to pursue
“intent to annoy” charges. This has
been a pre-meditated situation for a very long time, Rinpoche. Those charges, that target the content of
one’s speech and permit prosecutors and witnesses to lie (from what I’ve
witnessed), are used together with restraining order violations. It’s unfortunate that I was unaware that
a “valid” restraining order existed as Berkeley PD understood when they
falsely arrested me at the instructions of LAPD TMU and/or perhaps
something related to the City Attorney’s “information complaint” that I
wasn’t notified of, in keeping with the “failure to serve” me theme which
is most certainly a major part of this campaign.
Fear Factor
The LAPD created the nation’s first anti-stalking unit. Protecting the famous, infamous, and not-so-famous also makes it one of the busiest
For stalking to be a crime, California
law says there must be a “credible threat to place [a] person in reasonable
fear for his or her safety.” The detectives know that some women who are
harassed can be in jeopardy even though nothing illegal has occurred. When
stalkers turn violent, it is too late.
Over the years the detectives had learned how
to handle suspects. It took them only a bit of interviewing in the TMU
squad room to discover that the suspect needed to feel important. Although
he did not have any clients, he claimed to be a record producer. The
detectives treated him as if he were a music executive. They fed his ego,
showed him respect, and questioned him gently. He confessed.
“He was a movie extra who desperately wanted
to be in the Industry,” Hoffman says. “He’d become enraged when people realized
he was a phony. Before this he stalked one of the leading actresses in
Hollywood.”
That choice makes the TMU’s mission
different. It’s not just to book suspects; in some cases it’s to stop
the stalking without making an arrest. Occasionally, visiting a suspect is
enough. “Sometimes,” says Hoffman’s partner, Detective John Gregozek,
“instead of just punishing the suspect, we’ll work with the Department of
Mental Health and get them help. Sometimes family members are so desperate
they’ll work with us.” Other times it takes a restraining order to stop the
harassment. When pursuers step across the line and threaten someone,
however, TMU investigators arrest them and seek prosecution.
Hoffman has been fascinated by stalking ever
since he worked for a private security firm shortly after graduating from
college. He has worked homicide, gangs, and sex crimes, but he remains
intrigued by threat management. When he made detective, his goal was to
join the TMU. As an investigator in South Los Angeles, he obtained a
master’s degree in criminology at Cal State Long Beach. His thesis was
titled “A Perspective on Controlling Stalking Behavior.” Hoffman likes the
variety of cases the TMU offers. “I could be in a studio apartment in a bad
part of the city in the morning and in a celebrity’s house in Bel-Air in
the afternoon,” he says. “The mix of the mental aspects of the disorder
with the investigation makes the cases very challenging.”
Several detectives, including Martha Defoe,
talked to the woman. They could not arrest the stalker because he had not
threatened her. Because of his harassment, however, Defoe advised the woman
to go to court and obtain a restraining order. Instead of using a process
server or a sheriff’s deputy to deliver the order, Defoe and two other TMU
detectives did it themselves. They wanted to interview the man and assess
the risk he presented.

I discussed today with Ross Davis, the Court’s expert, that Leonard Cohen said he was in CIA’s MK Ultra Program and noted that I never believed that and am not all that familiar with it. I have a general understanding of the strategies used in that program that involves literal warfare and not mere psychological techniques. I also advised Ross Davis that Alan Hootnick concluded that psychologists were using MK Ultra interrogation techniques on me and it appeared to resemble “torture.” As I explained in my follow up text to Ross Davis, confirming our next phone call, I’m not an expert and third party views are not necessarily my views. Ross Davis also confirmed that information obtained from “experts” is inserted into reports, transmitted to the Court – and the City Attorney. Therefore, we discussed how outrageous I find this type of infiltration of my defense. I’m a student of Tibetan Buddhism, as you well know, and psychology is not an art form that interests me in the least. I am interested in the “Art of War” and operations using “psychological warfare” however. I’m a lifelong student of history, art, literature, and so forth.
The
AP picked up the LC's 2005 Hollywood Reporter press release driving this
insanity further into the public realm with even greater salacious and
false information added.
The
next major piece was MacLean’s “Devastated." Months before
filing his retaliatory suit against me, Cohen contacted Brian Johnson and
gave a companion interview to run alongside his Maclean’s fairy
tale/defense. This piece involves the beginning of a long attack on
Tibetan Buddhism (and possibly Zen Buddhism): that becomes a
disturbing issue when listening to LC’s interview in the Armelle Brusq
documentary and his position that “holy men” are essentially con artists –
and that he himself has “cult followings” which is basically what he was
saying. LC believes religion is not unlike hypnotism which he stated on film
that he mastered as a younger man. He sounds incoherent and his views
on Buddhism are wrong and perverted views. It is also clear to me
that LC was on meth and other drugs whlie at Mt. Baldy. I understand
precisely what he was doing and when. He went to Mt. Baldy because he
was drinking 3 bottles of expensive wine and gained 25 pounds. He's
lost that weight as one can see in the film.
I
have explained, to LC and others, that “Buddhism” is not a
competitive-sport and Roshi was also one of my teachers although I am most
certainly a student of Tibetan Buddhism.
The
following are excerpts of the “Devastated” piece Maclean’s ran (which flew
around the worldwide web), together with Brian Johnson’s pre-meditated
interview with LC, which was released in a coordinated fashion with LC’s
filing of an entirely retaliatory, fraudulent lawsuit against me.
That lawsuit, sold by LA Superior Court (that financially benefits from
libel, fraud, and perjury), was then alsoi propelled into the news media
and worldwide by journalists, lawyers, and others. While I was
LC’s personal manager for over 17 years, at no time was I his “lover”
and/or “financial adviser.” This particular article is Leonard
Cohen’s response/defense to allegations he committed civil/criminal tax
fraud and details some of the tactics used against me There were no
“missing funds” and he personally misappropriated millions upon millions
from numerous corporations and defrauded me. I have documented
everything that has unfolded since LC informed me in the fall of 2004 that
his “informant” discovered a letter I wrote to IRS Chief Trial Counsel’s
Office on July 25, 2004 and provided me with further details of what he
heard. That includes the abject insanity with Betsy Superfon, con
artist Dannon Smith, and the cruel and unusual targeting of Julie Eisenberg
who was used horrendously by these individuals and LC himself.
I
wrote this letter to IRS Chief Trial Counsel’s office on July 25, 2004 due
to the conduct of LC/NG/others following an IRS inquiry in 2002 and then
NG’s “IRS Warning Letters” that I absolutely reviewed with LC and provided
him copies of. His response? Don’t tell NG about the $1 million
advance Sony was paying once “Dear Heather” was delivered to Sony in
August/September 2004 – or about the third IP deal Cohen demanded (and
testified he was “examining”), or any other income. As I informed
Kyabje Thinley Norbu, I believe my responses have been well tempered.

Letter to IRS Chief Trial Counsel's Office
IRS
“Warning Letters” are detailed in my declaration submitted to IRS, with
additional .substantial evidence, on March 1, 2015.
This
campaign has led to the destruction of my life and the lives of my sons and
elderly parents. Even DA Investigator Brian Bennett, an investigator
on the Phil Spector case, advised me (when I discussed the fact that
Cohen/Kory were blackmailing me) that his “wife would have killed Kory if
he did to her what he did” to me. I didn't actually take that to mean
anything literal but these prosecutors play games with speech, torture and
distort words, present utterly fraudulent transcripts of VMs (that appeared
to be altered) and do not rely upon “credible” and/or “true” threats in
their concocted, fabricated diatribes. It is very very disturbing to
witness. In fact, the prosecution in my 2012 trial was able to argue,
without entering evidence into the record, that a parody email I wrote to
Bruce Cutler (copying IRS, FBI, and others) re. Steve Cooley was a “true”
and/or “credible threat.” I found
that to be a rather stunning legal stunt.
They criminalize speech. They criminalize compliance with
federal tax laws. These issues are memorialized in LAPD's reports (as
set forth in TMU's manual) and transmitted to City Attorney and used as the
basis for sham prosecutions. My lawyer felt, during my 2012 trial,
that the City Attorney was attempting to sabotage IRS, discredit me, and
the DA didn't want the Phil Spector conviction overturned. He also
mentioned that he felt there may have been a jury plant on the
jury. The prosecutors also shamelessly argue that allegedly
“unsubstantiated allegations,” transmitted to IRS, FBI, and/or DOJ, are
merely an “intent” to harass and/or annoy a celebrity. Therefore, they have also criminalized
legitimate complaints to federal authorities and others.
In
2005, Neal Greenberg phoned me to elicit information about matters between
me and Cohen, IRS, what my lawyers concluded, and so forth. He
mentioned that he just took a class in tantric sex at Esalen. I found
that statement, coming from someone who represents himself as a student of
Tibetan Buddhism, an authentic tradition, farcical and absurd. Here’s a link to information on one of
Esalen’s tantric sex courses. I
would like to point out that I did not really know NG but Leonard Cohen and
his “team” have concocted a storyline about that issue as well. My ex-husband, Douglas Penick, knows NG
however and I am friendly with NG’s ex-wife as well. NG met Leonard Cohen when he flew into
Los Angeles to meet His Holiness Kusum Lingpa at Orgyen Khachod Ling. Leonard Cohen has made many false
allegations about me, including that Oliver Stone and I had sex which is
preposterous. Oliver and I were
friends, he was married, and understood I was with SL.
In any event, my statements to NG about the inner channels" were in response to his alleged "tantric sex" classes. It sounded positively ridiculous and had nothing to do with Tibetan Buddhism.
In
any event, NG was clearly attempting to infiltrate matters and I found it
outrageous particularly as his lawyer, Lamasang's translator, arranged the
call. Norman Posel pretended to be in love with me in order to obtain
information and evidence. One afternoon, when Posel phone me at home
(with what appeared to be lawyers from Boies Schiller in the background),
Yongzin Rinpoche instructed me to ask him to fly to LA and he would perform
the “wedding ceremony” if Posel “loved” me so much. Posel sheepishly replied he had another
“woman in his heart.” I did share 3
huge boxes of evidence wth Boies Schiller although Posel wanted it sent to
his home. I sent it to Boies Schiller's office because I was
convinced Posel was involved in some type of weird Black Cube ops with me
as Rose McGowan has detailed in her recently filed federal complaint
against Boies Schiller, Black Cube, and law firms. These tactics are
in fact employed and were by Leonard Cohen and others. “Stephen Gianelli”
is part of LC's Black Cube team, has worked with Kory/Rice since at least
the winter of 2009 (when he informed me he heard from them), and functions
as an agent provocateur, infiltrator, fixer, and mafioso type thug.
He continues to harass me through emails, posts defamatory statements about
me online (frequently used to obtain information, has lied to IRS/FBI/DOJ
about me and matters related to Leonard Cohen, and is a
co-conspirator. He has said he's providing me "free legal
advice." I submitted some to the federal court with my RICO
lawsuit evidence blog. That suit will be refiled and there is not
"frivolous" about any of the operative facts, allegations,
evidence, and or legal issues. Stephen Gianelli has written articles
about me; represented an individual who filed a lawsuit against me and
Paulette to harass us; contacted Christian Slater's lawyers (after they
wrote him) to falsely accuse me of many things, and is an absolute samsaric
criminal. Here is a crass
email between Michelle Rice and SG, proving she was bcc’d on his harassing
emails to me and makes money off of his harassment. This is a “cover your ass operation” and
Rice is joking about Gianelli’s harassment of my then minor son and Lorca
Cohen’s statements, as repeated to Freda Guttman, that her father molested
her. Other people have confirmed
that they are aware of Lorca Cohen’s statements to this effect. People have asked me why LC would hire
such crass, money grubbing individuals to represent him. I have no idea and, apart from on demand
court appearances, never saw LC again after we parted ways in October
2004. He didn’t “fire” me. Due to his outrageous, hysterical, and
increasingly aggressive conduct, I refused to speak to him. He then went into my offices and took all
my business, personal, and corporate files.

Stephen Gianelli’s Letter
to Christian Slater’s Attorney
Here's
a copy of Stephen Gianelli's outrageous and entirely false letter to
Christian Slater's attorney, Phil Boesch.
Stephen Gianelli's client, Karina Von Watteville (Paulette's former
roommate), urged Christian Slater's elderly father to sue him which I found
unconscionable. Stephen Gianelli wrote me and Paulette that he represented
Karina Von Watteville. She contacted
Robert Kory, after reading blogs about me and Cohen evidently, he advised
her to "sue" me (because, as Steven Machat knows, that's how
Robert Kory "thinks," and ended up represented by
"Gianelli”). Steven Gianelli
wrote that LC and RK are “evil
liars” and further noted that Robert Kory is “Satan.” As
you can see, Leonard Cohen's tactics have been used to crush, destroy,
silence, and undermine me as a witness. This was raised as an issue
in NG's case against Cohen/Kory and the complaint set forth LC's
pre-meditated plan to use restraining orders against me. The fraud
default was nothing other than a pre-meditated fraudulent tax deduction
that I have challenged with IRS and Cali FTB. I have made no “death threats” but the
“propaganda blitz” and “tactics” have resulted in the narrative “Gianelli”
included in his outrageous letter.
At one point, I wrote Alan Hootnick that I saw a literal “clown”
across from LA Superior Court and assumed it was “Gianelli.” Gianelli then went into some rant with
third parties falsely accusing me of stating that I actually saw him in the
halls of LA Superior Court. I have
no idea who Gianelli is, what he actually looks like, or why he feels
absolutely confident in his criminal activity that has been documented for
over a decade. I have heard that LC
approved of Gianelli’s “conduct.” I
find that outrageous given his defamatory attacks on Sharmapa and Karmapa,
and the horrifying emails sent using fake email accounts that are really
defamatory names for them.
“Gianelli” assumes his “work” will be submitted to Courts and in
fact, the prosecutor raised some of his “handiwork” during my trial and attempted
to blame me for the fact that “Gianelli” relentlessly targeted my then
minor son. This is the narrative, as
of September 22, 2016, used to discredit me as a witness. It’s been fueled by fraudulent default
judgments, fraudulent damages and interest, and fraudulent, dime a dozen
restraining orders frequently used to get an upper hand in litigation and
to discredit people. In my case,
they’ve been used to prevent me from addressing the fact that they have
failed to serve me countless legal documents; obstruct my ability to
request tax information I legitimately need; etc. The appellate panel reduced the
fraudulent damages/interest and revised the renewed judgment amount.

received your bizarre demand letter dated September 22, 2016 via
email attachment from your assistant Romaine Oliver-Paschal on September
22, 2016.
I
am not familiar with your client Christian Slater except that I am
generally aware that he is a movie actor. I have never met your client nor
have I interacted with him in any way. I have no knowledge of any alleged
“entertainment project” concerning your client, referenced as “Slater
vs. Slater” or otherwise. I do not represent Karina Von Watteville in
respect to any matter, legal or transactional. This includes with respect
to any “entertainment project”.
I
am a former Californian trial lawyer from San Francisco, California. In
April of 2013, after 37 years of practice, I took an early retirement at
age 58, liquidated everything I owned in California, and moved to my
waterfront summer home on the island of Crete, Greece. I have not worked
for compensation, nor have I practiced law, nor have I been involved in any
for-profit activity of any kind since that date. I have never been involved
in the development of an “entertainment project” of any kind.
It
would appear that you have been the victim of a hoax perpetrated my Kelly
Ann Lynch, of Los Angeles, California. I suspect this because the only
current connection between myself and Ms. Von Watteville is that we
are both internet and email harassment victims of Kelley Lynch.
Kelley
Lynch was fired by Leonard Cohen as his business manager in the fall of
2004 after it was determined through an independent audit that Ms. Lynch
embezzled in excess of $5,000,000.00 from Mr. Cohen while she was in his
employ. Since that date, Ms. Lynch has been involuntarily committed for
psychiatric observation at least four times, and she has an extensive
criminal history, including but by no means limited to an April, 2012
criminal conviction of six counts of email harassment and restraining order
violations that included death threats and the most vile emails imaginable,
and she was sentenced to serve 18-months in the Los Angeles County Jail.
On January 20, 2014, following a hearing, the Los Angeles County
Superior Court found that Ms. Lynch had transmitted death threats via email
to her prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter, and Ms. Lynch was returned to jail
for an additional 6-months.
Kelley
Lynch has also been convicted and sentenced to jail for criminal trespass,
and a host of other petty criminal offenses. Ms. Lynch also has numerous
civil harassment restraining orders issued against her from 2005 through
2013 (the most recent restraining order issued in favor of her former
landlord Raymond Lawrence).
Ms.
Lynch currently has a $14,000,000.00 unpaid embezzlement based civil
judgment against her in favor of Leonard Cohen that was renewed in 2015.
Ms. Lynch has also filed numerous frivolous court proceeding that have all
been summarily dismissed, including most recently a 300 page “RICO suit”
that Ms. Lynch filed in January of 2016 in the United States District Court
for the Central District of California; the suit was sua sponte dismissed
on the court’s own motion as “legally and factually frivolous”.
I attach a copy of the court order of dismissal for your
review.
I
also attach a pdf copy of a letter sent by New York City attorney Bruce
Cutler to Kelley Lynch’s sentencing judge outlining her 5-year campaign of
telephonic, email, and voice mail harassment.

A 'devastated' Leonard Cohen
The Canadian music icon is broke and the
lawsuits are flying. It's a sordid tale involving allegations of extortion,
SWAT teams, forcible confinement, tax troubles and betrayal.

-- Leonard Cohen, from The Letters, on his

Take an iconic artist, mix in missing
millions, hints of tantric sex, a lawsuit replete with other salacious
details, and a ruptured relationship with a long-time, trusted associate,
and you've got the makings of a Hollywood blockbuster. Except in the case
of Leonard Cohen, it's a true tale, with the bizarre twist of a Tibetan
Buddhist suing a Zen Buddhist, Cohen. For the 70-year-old poet, singer and
songwriter, it's a nasty, rapidly escalating legal battle that on the one
hand accuses him of conspiracy and extortion, and on the other has him
accusing both his highly trusted personal manager and long-time financial
adviser -- the Tibetan Buddhist -- of gross mismanagement of his financial
affairs. The case exposes not only private details of Cohen's finances, but
also a dramatic tale of betrayal.
Lynch's response, to all of this has been bitter,
scattered and in some cases difficult to comprehend. In a rambling exchange
of emails with Maclean's last week, she denied any wrongdoing. She also
declined to discuss the Agile Group's lawsuit, describing it as
"bogus" and "slanderous," while promising to file her
own complaints against Cohen and other principal players in the case. She
added her phone had been disconnected because she lacked money to pay the
bills.
In the meantime, she's been showering Cohen
and others with invective-laden emails that alternately voice misery and
hurl accusations at friends and former colleagues. Many of these lament
losing custody of her 12-year-old son, Ray, to his father, music producer
Steve Lindsay. A few devolve into the outrightly bizarre. One missive, sent
July 17 and obtained by Maclean's, invites Greenberg in highly explicit
terms to Lynch's home for an evening of tantric sex. "First I want to
study the inner channels with you," it says. "Why not -- let's
see who is better at tantric sex -- you or me."
Cohen too sent Lynch a message last fall
spelling out his concern in verse: You can't tell the difference between a
threat / and a helping hand, he wrote. You can't tell the difference
between a threat / and a solemn warning / from one of the few people / who
still cares about you and your family.
Lynch's apparent troubles have had
punishing legal consequences.
And
then, moving offensively due to the fact that my lawyers raised the sexual
harassment (and a hostile workplace environment) with Kory, I was converted
into a disgruntled “ex –lover” whom LAPD had taken to a “mental hospital.”
The Killer King file does not contain my identifying information (just
address) and is not my medical file. I think there were long term
plans related to me.
By
the winter of 2005, Detective Brian Bennett (DA investigator on the Spector
case) made an unannounced appearance at my house. He informed me that
the DA received an “anonymous tip” about my friendship with Phil
Spector. No doubt via former DDA Ira Reiner. Bennett had a file
with him containing information related to another ‘Kelly Lynch” whose name
was spelled without the second “e” that my name contains: “Kelley
Lynch.” After he left, I phoned Raoul Felder, songwriter Doc Pomus’ brother, an
attorney in NY to explain that I didn’t want to be a “witness” in the
Spector case. I phoned Mr. Felder numerous times – including when LA
Superior Criminal Enterprise sent foot soldiers to illegally seize my
property, and the property of others – Phil Spector, Steven Machat, and so
forth. This situation obviously relates to Phil Spector and that became
more apparent during my trial when, using an “intimidation” tactic, former
DA Steve Cooley had an investigator in the courtroom to intimidate
me. I was clear on the stand that I felt Cooley should be “taken down
legally” and investigated. I continue to believe that’s true.
One of the main points of the trial was to spin my communications (to IRS,
FBI, DOJ, US Treasury, etc. –as the prosecutor noted) into a further
propaganda blitz and drive LC’s narrative further into the public realm
while he sat there and testified about Phil Spector and one of his bullshit
good rock ‘n roll stories.”
I’ve
been studying how the Goebbel’s principles have been implemented with
respect to me. That would include prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter’s
statements being picked up by the global media – including her blatant lies
that I was in possession of the federal tax information (1099, K-1s, and
corporate tax returns) and/or that the IRS issue was a ruse and/or that
these matters were “unsubstantiated allegations” meant to annoy and/or
harass LC.
LC’s
comments about the troubling “volume,” which sounded like something he
picked up from an amateur detective,” and “tone” were also transmitted into
the public sphere and most certainly a serious first amendment issues.
I’m reviewing the repeated themes. BTW, it’s difficult to “violate” a
restraining order when 1) Boulder Combined Court advised me (and others)
that their permanent order expired in February 2009; and, 2) I was unaware
of the California “domestic violence order” until the spring of 2013 when
the Court asked “Is Leonard Cohen your boyfriend?” based on the case
number. That was when my appeal was
nearly over. The Public Defender of
Los Angeles refused to provide my appellate attorney with the file. I have never seen such outlandish conduct
in my entire life.
Leonard
Cohen’s testimony (and the testimony of his co-conspiring
lawyers/witnesses/paid victims – Kory/Rice) was frequently unsupported by
evidence. LC was in Europe/Canada for most of 2008 through 2010 (or
in other states) so I am convinced that his carefully crafted statement
about “hearing” a car (overseas, I suppose) indicates his paranoia about
IRS/FBI. Judge Babcock, US District Court in Colorado, viewed
the tactics used against me (coordinated custody matter/LAPD SWAT) as
“thuggery.” That hardly begins to describe this situation and there
were many police departments targeting me: LAPD, Santa Monica PC, and
Boulder PD. I wasn’t harassed when I stayed with my father’s former
business partner and family in Northern NJ (from December 2008 until some
point in 2009) because they are wealthy, have attorneys, and are very
friendly with the local police who absolutely felt Cooley’s thug
investigator “Marko” issued a credible threat to me. Marko informed
me that he was the person who was going to “pick up your ass and arrest
you.” That was in 2009. Here’s my September 2009 letter to DDA
Alan Jackass:
Spector's prosecutor, former DDA Alan
Jackson, worked closely with certain blogs during Phil Spector’s trials –
including Trial & Tribulations and Michelle Blaine’s. Blaine is
the woman who stole nearly $1 million from PS, is identical to LC (a bald
faced thief and liar to quote Bruce Cutler), and worked with SG to target
my blogs and email accounts. This was posted on Sprocket’s blog
(Trial & Tribulations) following my trial. She removed “Superfon”
and “Gianelli/Blogonaut” to confuse issues with her own name – “Betsy
Ross.” See “Leonard Cohen’s Neverending Drama with Kelley Lynch”
below. This article contains an email I sent to the IRS
Commissioner’s Staff re. “Stephen Gianelli’s endless attacks on me, my
family and others, blog articles he wrote, electronic harassment, posts
online, etc. “Sprocket,” who wrote
horrendously defamatory articles about Phil Spector during his trials,
posted an email of mine to the IRS Commissioner’s Staff. She’s evidently quite close to former DDA
Alan Jackson. This is all highly
coordinated activity. Take a look at
how “Betsy Ross” embellishes the defamatory information used against me
during the 2012 trial and that is all over the worldwide web. I wasn’t released on my own recognizance
because the prosecutor lied to the Court and noted that I was a “flight
risk,” “danger to society,” and further falsely informed the Court that I
was estranged from my sons who resided in Los Angeles. She didn’t appear bothered, at that
hearing, when Cohen testified that we were in a “purely business
relationship,” confirmed that I never stole from him – “just his peace of
mind,” or falsely testified about many matters and concocted one of his
carefully crafted statements to be picked up by the news media which it
was. FYI – Stephen Gianelli and Phil
Spector’s former assistant, who stole nearly $1 million from him (and
someone, like LC, a bald faced liar and thief, as Bruce Cutler noted),
Michelle Blaine, targeted my blogs and email accounts and actually had them
shut down. She confirmed that on her
outrageously vile blog dedicated to vilifying Phil Spector and glorifying
herself. A truly repugnant cast of
characters. Stephen Gianelli also
had a best online posting buddy (which may have been himself using one of
his fake monikers), Kelly Green, who posted on the Darwin Exception in 2007
about Bruce Cutler. Kelly Green has
also targeted me online. Sprocket’s
blog, Trials & Tribulations worked closely with the Darwin Exception
and Blaine’s blog re. the Spector case, and I stumbled upon “Betsy
Ross/Sprocket” and “Michelle Blaine” posting on SG’s Blogonaut Law Blog in
2009. I attempted to refute some of
the slanderous posts but Gianelli wrote that he “heard” from Kory/Rice and
began his cyber-stalking defamation campaign with respect to me. He represents the interest of LC, argues
Phil Spector prosecution theories, sets up reasonable doubt theories that
can be refuted online by interested parties (such as Ed Lozzi, a publicist
he wrote to, copying me in; Lozzi then suggested that he would like to
write a press release about me; Lozzi is a pal of Alan Jackson and has
photographs of them together on his PR site), and has targeted everyone in
my life.

last week – so It’s been a week – as you know, I’m Bruce Cutler and I’ve
come here to represent Philip Spector in this very, very serious matter.

Singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen is suing his
former manager, Kelley Lynch for harassment and making
death threats. Lynch is on trial for making harassing phone calls and
sending thousands of E-mails. This case totally escaped my radar because
it's being tried by the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office
and not the LA County District Attorney. Normally, this is not the type of
case I would cover on T&T, but I only mention it because of my peripheral connection to it. Lynch was
arrested on March 6th, 2012 by an agency outside of California. Unable to
make the $25,000.00 bail, she's been in LA County
custody since her arrest.
I first heard from Lynch sometime during my coverage of Phil Spector's
murder trials. Not long after, I was included in a very long list of people
that Ms. Lynch was E-mailing. She also started to leave comments on
T&T. Puzzled as to why I was receiving these long E-mails, I did some
research. In 2005, Cohen accused Lynch of misappropriating over five
million dollars from his retirement fund leaving him with only $150,000.00.
I do not know what she did with the money. In 2006, Cohen won a civil suit
against Lynch and was awarded over $9 million dollars. I don't believe
Cohen has ever recovered his stolen assets. From my understanding, it's one
of the reasons he had to start touring so late in his career again.
Phil Spector produced Leonard Cohen's Death of a Ladies Man (and
I hate to say it because I "love" Cohen's work) an absolutely
awful album. In some of the early E-mails I have, Lynch claimed to have
known Spector for 25 years and worked with him at the same time as one of
the prosecution witnesses, Diane Ogden. For some reason only known in
Lynch's mind, she connected to the Spector trial and started E-mailing
anyone who ever had even a passing connection to Spector. Sources tell me
at one point she was E-mailing the LA County DA's office over 100 times a
day.
From the beginning, it was pretty clear to me from what I was reading in
these E-mails that Lynch was either suffering from a mental illness or had
a few screws loose upstairs. When I started getting up to 10 E-mails or
more a day, I put a filter on my account for any E-mail address she used
and let them go directly into a file labeled "NUTSO". I rarely
read them and I never responded to them.
One of the many E-mail's I received from Lynch is dated July 7th, 2009. A
total of 35 people were also included the mailing. Besides me, Lynch
included Spector's defense attorneys Doron Weinberg, Dennis Riordan;
several people in the LA Co. DA's office, including DDA Alan Jackson;
employees at the Department of Justice as well as the California State Bar
contact E-mail; several people at the LA City Attorney's office including
Rocky Delgadillo (former City Attorney); several E-mail contacts for
government agencies in the State of Colorado, where I believe Lynch resided
for some time.
This single E-mail alone will give you an idea of what the majority of the
E-mails contained. Many also included copies of supposed E-mails from
others and sometimes excerpts from my T&T entries covering the Spector
case. In the E-mail below Lynch is referring to another blogger besides
myself. I've xx'd out the rest of the blog name to disassociate T&T from
them. I've never communicated with Lynch at any time and I've never
published any comments she tried to leave on T&T.

Would the IRS
Commissioner's Staff mind advising me why you are being copied in on these
emails if you never found enough credence in my advisers assertions that
Cohen exposed me to criminal tax fraud, used me as an unwitting pawn, etc.
How about the evidence I've emailed you? The IRS is not going to file a
case against someone who has penalties and interest in the vicinity of $30
million and probable problems in Canada, abandoned green card, numerous
social security numbers, etc. I see that my "options" are more
visits to jail (all of which demand investigating and can be construed as
witness tampering and witness intimidation actually - and should), death,
the nut house - no thanks. I was already "committed" because I
mentioned the IRS and that made me "bi-polar." Of course, I
called Agent Betzer from that nut house and my call to Steven Segal is what
led the "nuts" to take me seriously. If I'm so useless to
everyone as a witness then how come every single person I talk to thinks
Cohen should have been arrested and Phil Spector has been set up? Blogonaut
probably knows that destruction of evidence is criminal so if he received
"communications" from my former con-artist friends in Lost
Angeles he should save that information. Boies Schiller was very clear with
me about this.
Well, my Mother wants
me to marry Bruce Cutler so I hope a future judge doesn't get too mad at
her. She also wondered if the FBI Duty Agent I'm not arguing with is
single. If I'm not "delusional" than I'm just obstinate. Why is
Belark defending Lana Clarkson? I didn't call her gay but my emails and
postings have been "tampered" with - including my
"hints" to the FBI which were absolutely satirical and sarcastic
because I think these people are positively nuts.
Does the IRS
Commissioner's Staff think impersonating Bruce Cutler is a joke? How about
if I impersonate a lawyer from the IRS? Is that a joke? What about the
death threat to Nat McBride? Is that a joke? Belark, Gianelli, and possibly
others have clearly set out to intimidate Rutger and, I believe, engaged in
"witness retaliation." So have a number of "law enforcement
officers."
Belark's article is
wonderful and sober? Why? It is one long lie. Why hasn't my family
interceded? My family thinks Boulder PD has targeted me; they are horrified;
they believe Phil Spector was set up; cannot understand how Cohen has
gotten away with his criminal conduct for so long; believe Cohen perjured
himself in Phil Spector's murder trial; and are concerned for my welfare.
Why hasn't Cohen been "arrested" for defrauding me of millions. I
reported this to the District Attorney's office and they know there is
evidence they can review - on public record with the Boulder Municipal
Court. I know why - because he's there "witness" against Phil Spector
and shows up in their legal documents even though he had to have changed
the story he told the detectives I met.
The IRS
Commissioner's Staff, or the Department of Justice, should definitely get
in touch with Boulder PD to see why I've been reported. Also, because the
District Attorney, Police Chief, Attorney General, and others refuse to
explain why "Storbeck" rolled into Deneuve Construction perhaps
that could be investigated as well.
Ann Diamond's not a
sympathetic reporter but she sure sees through Cohen - as all the emails
she wrote me (that I supplied to the IRS - with her full knowledge,
awareness, understanding, and permission) clearly set forth. In fact, she
thinks he's capable of murder from what I could tell.
[According to
Gianelli’s public posts, testimony during my 2012 trial, LC’s VIS,
etc.]: the feds are onto me and the
feds are being used in an intimidation attempt and to threaten me.
What does it mean
that if I decide to privately and quietly straighten my life out ... they
would leave me alone. That means, to me, that if I stop insisting that I
was TOLD Cohen committed criminal tax fraud, and call Cohen for help, they
will stop demanding that Boulder PD arrest me and they will stop lying to
the FBI in Oakland. My Mother said they went to the FBI because I did. I
went to the FBI about conduct that crosses state borders - and, in particular,
official misconduct and law enforcement misconduct that crosses state
borders. I went to the IRS (much to my eternal dismay) about Cohen and his
tax fraud that I was told is criminal. Hey, I could pretty much be back to
a normal life. Why? Are they going to rebuild my former house and undo all
the damage they've done? Will Ray have a second childhood?
I still think
"Samuel" is connected to the Lost Angeles District Attorney of
Jackson but can't say for certain. Sounds like Kory also - the
"threat" perceived when someone stops by a law office unannounced
with a "witness" - albeit naively. Nuff said. It's witness
tampering with a minor and big time - because it evolved into a kidnapping.
I've never claimed to send Bruce Cutler an email but he didn't send me one
authorizing Belark, Gianelli, Blogonaut, et al., to speak on his behalf or
communicate his views about me to me. Fortunately, they now know that Bruce
Cutler and I agree - he's not representing me and I'm waiting for Phil
Spector. What's so creepy about my possibly wanting to have sex with Bruce
Cutler? I know lots of men that want to have sex with me.
Leonard Cohen may not
have been the best father. His drug use was for depression. He drank too
much. Time for the violin solo. He's not bragging though and he has
admitted this to the world who he apparently views as his confessional
while his "fans" are his "constituents." If I were an
FBI profiler I would say he has delusions of grandeur.
Anyway, not certain
what Belark was attempting to prove by posting everyone copied in on my
emails - except that he knows who is copied in and understands this is
deadly serious. Do you think Betsy Superfon (Note: I do
not know who "Betsy Superfon" is. It's not me. Sprocket.) was
trying to "help" me when she was negotiating with Cohen/Kory, on
my behalf, without my knowledge, permission, awareness, or authorization? I
don't. I think it's incredibly sinister. How about Peter/Jacob Falconey?
Isn't it funny that he impersonated a federal agent and told me that the
battlefield is Rutger's life? I guess he was trying to help me. Of course,
I don't know him but Lindsey told Douglas Penick that he really came to my
former house to find out what was going on with Cohen's tax fraud matter
and I filed a field report with S&MPD about the fact that he was
following me. He followed me on more than one occasion and was watching me.
Fortunately, they haven't dragged the Gambinos into this yet. Every time
someone can't refute a position they bring up John Gotti or the Gambinos
from what I can tell. Bruce Cutler's office did not advise me that we were
going to have a problem but I did receive a fax in response to the faxes I
sent Mr. Cutler - documenting what I had been going through and including
certain "evidence" with that.
Does the IRS really
believe that Bruce Cutler doesn't know how to handle me? Anyway, do so or
"shut up" is fairly fascinating. I hope Blogonaut doesn't get a
restraining order (fraudulent, of course) against the IRS. I saw that
Craig's List attempted to get one against the Attorney General and thought
it shouldn't be too long before the "government" realizes just
how unconstitutional these rotten shabby tactics are because it won't be
able to move.
I think Bill Pavelic
is reading my emails because I thought his response about the "Swedish
woman" was really frightening - although it does remind me of my
matter and the District Attorney's tactics. Of my God - they advised Bruce
Cutler that I wanted to have sex with him. "Bait" comes to mind.
I'm glad I left him a message giving him a head's up about this
"ploy."
I'm not under the
impression that Bruce Cutler still represents Phil Spector. He quit the
trial and Phillip said the judge targeted him. I am under the impression
that people with "motive" want to pierce attorney/client
privilege between Phillip and Mr. Cutler and I saw this coming a million
miles away and over a year ago. Talking to the police in Boulder is enough
to turn into physical abuse (their part) and lies. I don't have a case and
I understand that? They obviously haven't heard the last of Kelley Lynch.
Now Bruce Cutler has betrayed me? That's why I said he will end up
representing Cohen and Clarkson if these nuts keep it up.
Let me advise the IRS
of something I witnessed: Leonard Cohen does not have competent legal
counsel in Beverly Hills. Kory is insane, told me there is fraud on every
entity, they were going after all the advisers, I have a cause of action
against every single adviser of Cohen's, the holding periods were illegal,
Superfon was communicating with him, they hold Greenberg and Westin
primarily responsible, etc. He told the "waitress" that we were
there about a "divorce" and discussing the tax consequences.
Sound familiar? Do you know what 50% of Cohen's community property is
worth? Probably not - he doesn't properly declare anything and disdains
ordinary income taxes. Ken Cleveland told me not to even mention Robert
Kory and also thought Anjani Thomas was involved with much of what happened
to me.
They called my bluff
and called Bruce Cutler? Oh no they did not. I actually thought that
"call" would end up coming from the District Attorney of Lost
Angeles but "Gianelli" beat them to the "punch line.."
I see right through these people, I see right through their tactics, and I
think they are idiots who underestimate everyone.
Here's my position on
my "legal background" - it is evidence that I have been targeted
by law enforcement. It is evidence, to me, of witness tampering and worse.
I hardly had a parking ticket prior to this bullshit - including the SWAT
team. Maybe the IRS can figure out the Inglewood PD angle - particularly
now that they are under investigation.
Cohen's views that we
were lovers are evidence to me that the man is still obsessed with me and
he is delusional. I wasn't his business manager and he won nothing. I have
no intention of setting the judgment aside - I am using that as evidence of
the lengths Cohen went to in order to cover up what I was told and believe

If I had known about this case, I would have scheduled my trip back east
another time because it would have been interesting from a voyeuristic
point of view to see the evidence against Lynch, not to mention see Cohen
testify on the stand. My thoughts and prayers are with Leonard Cohen. I do
hope Cohen is successful with the prosecution but I don't know if it will
stop Lynch's behavior in the future if she is eventually released from
custody.
UPDATE April 10th, 2012
The LA Times has a short update on the trial in their LA Now Blog. Apparently Cohen took
the stand again on Monday, going into more detail about Lynch's harassment.
I do know that Lynch also left long rambling voice mail messages at the
offices of John Taylor at Taylor & Ring, the Clarkson family attorney,
that would use up all the available message time.
There were many others that told me they were harassed, but asked that
their names not be mentioned in the off chance that Lynch would read
T&T, see their name and start the E-mailing campaign again.

Latest news from the Los Angeles Times is, Lynch was
convicted an all eight charges. Her next court appearance is April 17th,
2012 when she is expected to be sentenced.

as you know, I served – among other roles although most certainly not LC’s
business manager (in the US a CPA, someone who audits, etc.) - as
LC’s PR Agent, reviewed all press from my “press clipping service,” and
know that LC studied articles/reviews/blogs/etc. about himself – furiously,
at times – see Hollywood Reporter article/response. This is a highly
coordinated propaganda blitz, with many components and themes – including IRS/Phil
Spector – but why do you believe LC would respond to my email advising him
to stop threatening me, my elderly parents, etc? with a poem and then
provide that to Maclean’s? Also, Rinpoche, why do you think LC wanted
the “readers” to think I had lost my friends and no one cared about
me? Clearly a bald faced lie.
A
story in the Hollywood Reporter -- announcing Cohen's
participation in the project -- expressed surprise that a Zen Buddhist had
been chosen, instead of a Tibetan Buddhist like Richard Gere. Cohen quickly
sent a letter of protest, saying 'my father and mother, of blessed memory,
would have been disturbed by the Reporter's description of me as a
Buddhist. I am a Jew. For some time now, I have been intrigued by the
indecipherable ramblings of an old Zen monk. Not long ago he said,
"Cohen, I have known you for 23 years and I never tried to give you my
religion. I just poured you sake." Saying that, he filled my cup with
sake. I bowed my head and raised my cup to him crying out, "Rabbi, you
are surely the Light of the Generation."' I was present when LC
read the Hollywood Report article and responded. Joshu Sasaki
Roshi was not a “Rabbi” and I tend to doubt, unless Cohen was smashed and
high on drugs, this encounter occurred. Why would Roshi’s teachings
be “indecipherable.” Well, LC’s comments in Armelle Brusq’s “Spring
1996” film, about his PR backdrop period on Mt. Baldy where he was not in a
“retreat” and did not reside there, give some hints. LC has a serious
problem with “holy men.” Please watch these two segments form the
video and listen to how Leonard Cohen discusses his teacher and other “holy
men.” It’s bizarre, deranged, evidence of great jealousy (which I
witnessed for years), and hostile:

the interview with the “Shambhala Sun.” While on “retreat,” LC was

The intellectual property, as confirmed in corporate records and many legal documents, belongs to Blue Mist Touring Company, Inc. and Old Ideas, LLC, that LC had his corporate/tax lawyer form as a partnership for federal tax purposes. I have an ownership interest in those corporations, the other entities, and these federal tax matters will be litigated and an "accounting" demanded from the representatives of the Estate of Leonard Cohen, trustee Robert Kory, and his law partner, Michelle Rice, who represents the trustee. Pico Iyer has assisted Leonard Cohen in become a "religious sage" on the global stage. As Roshi informed Cohen, "religion sells" nd Cohen clearly understood how to use "religion." Roshi was an authentic teacher and his statements should not be taken out of context. Why the Hollywood Reporter would view Roshi as a "Rabbi," unless they thought LC was stark raving mad, high on drugs, or thoroughly smashed on Chateau Latour, is beyond my ability to comprehend. Leonard Cohen was a Buddhist the entire time I knew him, ordained as a Buddhist monk in 1996, never really in "retreat," and someone who may have finally attended Temple after we parted ways in 2004 due to his aggressive conduct and outrageous demands. Leonard Cohen's interviews, work itself, and other information proves for a fact that he was never in retreat and used that as a cover story and backdrop. LC permanently left Mt. Baldy, where he stayed from time to time in a two-room cabin (frequently visiting LA as he confirmed for journalists to see his daughter and me). I have been defrauded of my interests in corporations and commissions due me. When a celebrity is involved, LA Superior Court evidently thinks "slave labor" is lawful. The Court failed to obtain jurisdiction over me or the corporations. Gianelli is now posting defamatory statements online in order to elicit information about what attorney might possibly represent me. That would be attorney/client privileged information and not something a criminal stalker is entitled to know.
Journalist Pico Iyer, a devotee of LC’s,
is explaining why he views Leonard Cohen as his “hero.” Pico Iyer is
one of the reasons LC is now viewed as a religious sage on the world
stage. Mr. Iyer, of course, lies about me in this speech so his
credibility and integrity is at issue.

night, VERY LATE, he came down into my cabin and told me that just sitting
stsill being unplugged, looking after his friends, was the real deep
entertainment that the world had to offer, the most profound and voluptuous
and delicious excitement that he had ever found.
This
is not what I wanted to hear.
He
had been my hero since boyhood ... because of his romantic lifestyle,
constant travels, and worldly and hugely successful songs. He had
tasted all the pleasures that sex, drugs, and rock 'n roll had to
offer. And yet, there was no doubting his sincerity, his kindness,
and his attentiveness.
I have met a lot of interesting people in my 32 years as a journalist
and
I had never met anybody so gracious, so humble, so articulate, and so funny
as LC.
Before
we end -
I'd
love to return to our man on the mountain, LC.
After
his 5-1/2 years as a monk, he came back into central LA
only
to find that in his absence somebody had made off with all the millions
that
he had earned over 45 years, everything he was planning to give to his
daughter and son.
And
so at the grand old age of 73, he went on tour again and over the next six
years he gave more than 300 concerts everywhere from Turkey to Australia.
Just near the beginning of the tour, I went to see him, down the road heret
the Nokia.
He
was riveting. He ran into stage. He sang for more than three
hurs. He kneeled down before his fellow musicians. And most of
all he commanded the space with his power, with his whispers, even with his
silences.
Many
people said, at the end of the concert, that it was the greatest

five years of sitting still had released in him - energy, movement,
intimacy and depth.
Four
years later - I was staying JW Marriot - one morning I walked to
Starbucks to get my Awake Tea... I heard LC grumbling on the Soundtrack
singing "from then new album Old Ideas" - album of the week at
SB. OI went to No. 1 in charts in 17 nations. Hallelujah
quickest downloaded single in European history. H. was No. 1, 2, and
34 on the UK charts.
He
had become the Prince of Fashion once again.
Two
days after turning 80, last September, new album released. Working on a
new one.
Much
more important:
If
you go and visit him in the very modest house he shares with his daughter
and granddaughter, you will meet the kindest father and grandfather and host that you can imagine. He radiates a sense of happiness, wisdom,
and peace that I think are what we mean when we talk about success.
I see Pico Iyer is unaware that LC was in fact aware the he was a journalist and was a shrewd manipulator of his image.
Here
is attorney Alan Dershowitz’s Counter Claim in a defamation suit against
him. He has raised issues related to “litigation protected perjury”
as well. The Court developed
argument that one can “litigation protection” defamation, perjury, fraud,
and other misconduct is a disturbing trend. The “litigation
protection” arose to protect lawyers in court from defamation suits.
The legislative intent was clearly not to protect civil and criminal
misconduct and create Press Releases that are then sold by the Courts
themselves.

Cohen conducted his interviews at Mt. Baldy. He did not reside there
and was frequently in LA visiting with me and his daughter as he informed
other journalists. Leonard Cohen permanently left Mt. Baldy by
November/December 1998. By February 1999, he was in India studying
with Ramesh Balsekar. Here’s an excerpt of an email Douglas Penick
sent someone re. the “Tibetan Book of the Dead,” his and my work on that
project, his lack of enthusiasm for Leonard Cohen, and his confirmation
that LC “severed his association with Roshi in 1998.” This led,
together with LC’s conduct towards me and others, Lamasang to conclude that
LC was an “asshole going to hell.” Somehow Lamasang’s statement, as a
teacher, regarding LC was used against me to prove my “intent” to annoy LC
and/or harass him. I think that sums up the legal system, prosecution
team, and the California PC 653m that targets the “content of one’s speech”
and allow prosecutors to lie extensively about one’s intent.” Intent
evidently converts speech into conduct. Not sure I can follow that
logic which sounds dubious and rotten. Fortunately, these “annoyance”
statutes are being overturned and have been in Colorado, NJ, New York …
This is Douglas speaking about the “Tibetan Book of the Dead” project” LC informed
me he would narrate as a “gift” for me. I hope he studied it
well. It was actually my “gift” to
LC.
This occurred when His Holiness Kusum Lingpa and others was in residence at
Orgyen Khachod Ling and/or at my home in Brentwood. I suppose this
project also propelled LC into the realm of worldwide “religious
sage.” LC died when he fell in the night. He was obsessed with
me, and lied about me, until the moment of his death. In or around
the fall of 2016, he was once again meeting with LAPD’s misogynist, sycophantic
“celebrity unit” who appear to have been involved in matters related to me
(IRS, Phil Spector) for years. I think their reports about me, filled
with fraud, expose how they feel about women, mothers, wives, and daughters
– not as professional business women but rather as “whores” to celebrities
they have an “expectation of affection” for. Deeply disturbing.
Please read Rutger’s and Ray’s declarations. They have been submitted
to the Court. Also my mother’s and others at these links. Very
relevant and important evidence related to the truth behind this “campaign”
to utterly destroy me. The federal court system viewed my RICO suit
as “frivolous.” Would you please review this Rinpoche. I would
like to hear what your conclusions are. One of Penor Rinpoche’s Khenpo’s
concluded that, based upon the logic of judge’s who have ruled against me,
that these individuals could prove the Buddha himself was a liar due to
rotten logic and the embellishment of fraudulent narratives and lies.

former roommates, and his attempt to have my evidence delivered by Ray
Lawrence to LC’s lawyers. My lawyer thought this was a conspiracy to
destroy evidence. He also felt the prosecutor engaged in criminal
obstruction of justice. This individual, my lawyer, was harassed by
Gianelli over a year, wrote that my 2012 trial was an IRS matter that
demanded an IRS investigation, and informed me that the appellate panel
(that rubber stamps LA Superior Court decisions, verdicts, and so forth –
frequently obtained through the use of fraud/perjury) really does
nothing. It does expand and sanitize narratives that are then posted
online in their decisions – another element of the propaganda campaign.

“Whatever Happened to Kelley Lynch.” They did not want one truthful
statement or fact to be revealed. Ann's original article was entirely factual with a few inaccuracies: LC attempted to change my mailing address to his home address in LA (a complaint was filed with the USPS). I iwas never LC's "lover" although Ann read that in many articles. I was His Holiness Kusum Lingpa's personal assistant - not the personal assistant of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. I am His Holiness Kusum Lingpa's lineage holder and chos kyi dags mo and intend to litigation the defamatory attack on that institution in due course. It is unconscionable.

When Stephen
Gianelli’s emails land in my inbox, mostly out of the blue and unsolicited,
they are so overflowing with repetitive accusations, misinformation, threats,
self-aggrandizing boasts, undiluted rage, and general nastiness that it's next
to impossible to read to the end of one of them. My impulse is always to ignore
them and tell him to stop sending them. That he seems to have unlimited
energy and endless time to go over all
these details with someone he does not know in an attempt to win me over, while
at the same time he constantly accuses me of having an ancient axe to grind
with Cohen (i.e. I'm a hopeless case, as far as he's concerned, so he's barking
furiously up the wrong tree), would under normal circumstances be a sign of
mental imbalance.
He always
throws in plenty of insults, false statements and fanciful deductions. His tone
is that of a pitbull straining at the leash and gives me flashbacks of a
courtroom where I’m being cross-examined by a vicious criminal lawyer whose
whole strategy is to exhaust and terrorize the witness. Gianelli’s game is to
complicate and obfuscate, mixing legal arguments with irrelevant nonsense. He
seems to assume his opponent is stupid and weak and can be overwhelmed by a
word-salad. I think some of this could be caused by his overuse of "copy
and paste" -- he's in a hurry and
not really writing "to me" or trying to make a persuasive argument.
He doesnt reread his emails to see what kind of message they actuall convey:
that the writer is standing on some soapbox in his mind, shouting at the world,
like certain mental patients you see walking the streets who seem to be mad at
the air, the cars, the sidewalk.
He's
obviously not interested in holding a discussion, getting to the truth, or
looking beyond the various documents he "downloaded at his own
expense" -- and as anyone with
common sense knows, legal documents don't prove what really happened in
2004-5. They convey some of the
evidence, all of it coming from one side.
Gianelli's
explanation as to why he's been out to get Kelley Lynch since 2008, does not
make sense either. He claims she slandered him and called him names on the
internet, and in revenge he has totally immersed himself in her legal case. To
the point of contacting her relatives and friends, spreading false stories about
her, making up quotes, “visiting her in jail”, posting photes of her residence
and roommates on his blog – for the past seven years. Nobody in their right
mind, let alone a 'successful trial lawyer' -- who has no material interest in
this case, and is not a paid shill -- behaves like this. It's not just
extremely unprofessional, it would land him on 'stress leave' or in serious
trouble with his colleagues and peers if he were still practicing. Hiding
behind the handle Blogonaut would not conceal his identity for long, especially
not on the porous internet. His badly written and often illogical, emotional
rants would embarrass and bring him close to
professional suicide.
But
apparently since he's retired, and apparently well-off, and lives in a comfortable
tax haven on Crete, he doesn't seem to care and just indulges his childish
fantasies and catty remarks with his tiny circle of cronies. It’s fairly obvious he uses
alternate accounts and different IDs, e.g. “Mongochili,” to make it appear
others read his blog and share his ‘obcession’ with Lynch. His sheer extremism
indicates he is either a “rogue criminal lawyer” gone slightly postal, or a
paid agent of Leonard Cohen and/or his legal team. I think the latter.
I think his
over-the-top campaign will have the opposite effect than the one intended: it
can only make people suspicious of the case against Kelley Lynch. Otherwise,
why not let justice take its course? Why subject her to endless attacks over
the internet if she has already been declared guilty? This kind of harassment
resembles 'gang stalking' -- except that Gianelli seems to be both the leader
and most of the membership of his own gang.
Gianelli is
like no other email correspondent I have ever had. A single-paragraph response
from my end always leads to a flood from his. Each exchange is like a trip down
a rabbithole of irrational rage. Here
and there he mixes in details and facts which might be worth discussing, if
they weren’t drowned by high-volume invective. Of course this could be a tactic: if he really was ever a successful trial
lawyer, it may have been by being an insufferable bully. Or maybe most of his
cases involved low-life criminals or people with little or no education.
He claims to
have accurately predicted the outcome of every Lynch hearing -- but then so
could I. As we all know, cases are won on technicalities. That's one of the
reasons, including the 10-year series of precedents, that I am not surprised
the judge dismissed Kelley's motion.
If Gianelli
were truly a respectable lawyer, he would restrict his comments to these legal
matters, and not engage in bizarre slander and speculation. He would have no
need to bring up my "past" - or a wacked version of it that sounds
like it came from someone on Cohen's didinfo team. He draws from a
psychological profile that is easily recognizable because I have heard it from
other Cohen groupies. As someone who saw a bit too much when I knew Cohen, I’m
no stranger to slander, I've written out my story on a public blog etc. where
anyone can read what I have to say. Much of what I have written on Cohen was
initially to defend myself against gossip and rumours that were circulated (and
believed) by some of his friends. My side is completely different, much more
detailed and accurate. It's also quite revealing of the life of a clever pop
idol in our celebrity-worshiping culture. There's no point in my arguing with
people who base their opinions on ridiculous myths, like the 'restraining
order' that never was. Cohen's deceptive tactics have not really evolved in the
past twenty years, since he used them on me.
I really
don't care if Gianelli thinks I am a star-struck 'scorned woman' who never got
over her passing encounter with greatness. This Mafia-style lawyer's fixed
opinions, based on trashy clichés say much more about him than they do about me
or my writing, or why I became interested in what really happened to Kelley
Lynch.
And of
course, no one would ever suspect Leonard Cohen of encouraging Gianelli. But in
my experience, Gianelli is exactly the kind of human megaphone Cohen places in
charge of his 'secret business.' Like other clowns from Cohen's private
entourage that I have met over the years, he may not even realize he's being
used because he is ridiculous and therefore disposable. It's a fascinating
system that owes much to the criminal underworld that Leonard Cohen skirts with
all the skill of someone born into it. I'm sure Gianelli feels at home, and
knows his place, in that world where he acts the part of a useful idiot whose
job is to create a circus atmosphere and put the audience into a deeper state
of trance.
I am by now
firmly convinced Lynch is a patsy/victim of a weird consortium of Cohen
associates, clueless supporters, and Cohen himself. If I hadn't lived next door
to Leonard Cohen, and witnessed similar dynamics twenty years ago, I might
believe differently. But the essence of what happened to Kelley also happened
to me, two decades ago, on a lesser scale with lower stakes. It was relatively
easy for me to walk away from it back then – my reputation was damaged but my
life was not utterly destroyed by my association with Leonard Cohen, as
Kelley's was.
I empathize
with her situation, and see it as just one more story of the corruption that is
sinking the whole world. I know Leonard Cohen would agree with that. He would
only disagree with the idea that we all have an obligation to oppose injustice,
rather than 'let it go by' and even profit from it.

According
to Buddhist scholar and translator Robert Thurman (father of Uma), The Tibetan Book of the
Dead,
or Bardo
Thodol, “organizes the experiences of the
between—(Tibetan, bar-do) usually referring to the state
between death and rebirth.” While The Book of the Dead has,
of course, a long and illustrious history in Tibetan Buddhist life, it also
has its place in the history of the West, particularly among
20th century intellectuals and artists. In the 1950s, for example,
there was talk among Igor Stravinsky, Martha Graham, and Aldous Huxley to
turn the Bardo into a ballet with a Greek chorus. Huxley,
who famously spent his final hours on an acid trip, asked that a passage
from the book be read to him as he lay dying: “Hey! Noble one, you named
Aldous Huxley! Now the time has come for you to seek the way….”
In
another, less trippy, example of Eastern mysticism meets Western artist,
the video above (continued below) features poet and troubadour Leonard
Cohen narrating a two-part documentary
series from 1994 that explores the ancient Tibetan
teachings on death and dying. As Cohen tells it above, in Tibetan
tradition, the time spent in the between supposedly lasts 49 days after a
person’s death. During that time, a Buddhist yogi reads the Bardo each
day, while the consciousness of the dead person, so it is believed, hovers
between one life and another, and can hear the instructions read to him or
her. The film gives us an intimate look at this ceremony, performed after
the death of a villager---with its intricate rituals and ancient, unbound,
hand-printed text of the book---and touches on the tricky political issues
of Buddhist practice in largely Chinese-controlled Tibet. In this first
installment above, The Tibetan Book of the Dead: A Way of Life,
the Dalai Lama weighs in with his own views on life and death (at 33:22).
Before his appearance, the film provides some brief context of his supposed
incarnation from the 13th Dalai Lama and his rise to governance, then
exile.
The
second installment of the series, The Great Liberation (also
above), follows an old Buddhist lama and a thirteen-year-old novice monk as
they guide another deceased person with the text of the Bardo.
The National Film Board of Canada, who produced the series (you can
purchase the DVD on their website),
did well in their choice of Cohen as narrator. Not only is his deep,
soothing voice the kind of thing you might want to hear reading to you as
you slipped into the between realms (or just slipped off to sleep),
but his
own journey has brought him to an abiding appreciation for Buddhism.
Although Cohen has always identified strongly with Judaism—incorporating
Jewish themes and texts into his songs and poetry—he found refuge in Zen
Buddhism late in life. Two years after this film, he was ordained as a Zen Buddhist monk at age 62, at the
Mount Baldy Zen Center east of Los Angeles (where Ram Dass,
Oliver Stone, and Richard Gere also practiced). Cohen's "Dharma
name"? Jikan, or “Silent One.”
I
don’t believe my response, including in my emails (that His Holiness Kusum
Lingpa told me to use to document everything with witnesses copied as
Rutger informed my ambulance chasers during the 2012 trial), were all that
bitter or scattered. I have been the victim of an extreme propaganda
campaign, legal warfare, psyop techniques (including dragging me to Killer
King and drugging me involuntarily), and egregious misconduct on the part
of others. Leonard Cohen’s poetic quote was his response to my
advising him (as did my lawyers in formal letters transmitted to his
lawyers) to stop threatening me and my family members – including my
elderly mother who was present when LC picked up his entire archives, all
files (including every one of my business and personal files in my offices,
and my furniture. Leonard Cohen lived post-humously and would like
all of this studied by scholars and others. He’s quite clear about
that in quotes included in the “Fact Check Kelley Lynch site,” probably
created by LC, his representatives – including “Stephen Gianelli,” and
“Gianelli” brought it to my attention. Please read this
self-conscious introduction and note the references to my being “energized
in some demonic way” the judicial horror system I’ve been victimized by
(and the judges themselves have indeed lied about me and many issues), and
one thing is clear: in order to prevail in this court “system” one
must lie, cheat, steal, and commit “fraud upon the court” to prevail.
Otherwise, the Courts will expand upon the fraudulent narratives before
them and, before you know it, one of their expert “quacks” will be
harassing you. I would also like you to review LC’s nearly
psychotic VIS lying about me, IRS, many other issues, and essentially
concluding that I am a practitioner of “dark arts.” This is a repeated
“theme” of LC’s Goebbel’s propaganda campaign against me.

This post is my response to someone who asked an excellent question about
LC’s views on my being a student of Tibetan Buddhism.
And
then, there are two posts detailing entertainment projects I am involved
with. One is a proposal from former members of FSB’s Alpha Unit to
CIA. I now serve as Stanislav’s
and Pavel’s personal managers with respect to this project. This is a
letter I prepared and sent to CIA Director Gina Haspel with respect to this
project called “Captured on the Bridge” which is truly fascinating although
reminds one of the “Cold War” which is once again occurring. Michelle Rice's declaration attempted to argue that I am a "Russian agent," in keeping with news items these days, when in fact I represent two former members of FSB's Alpha Unit in an entertainment project - as a personal manager - and am co-producer of a documentary on Phil Spector's case and the Russian "Litvenenko" case. Rice & Co. will lie about anything and everything.
The
second project, which is a documentary on the Phil Spector/Litvenenko cases
(as well as the justice system in the west), is one I am co-producing with
Steven Machat and Stanislav Stankevich, my client on the “Captured” project. Steven Machat represents Stanislav’s
wife, a Russian singer and amazing woman and mother. I also know Olga Stankevich and she’s
wonderfully talented.
This
is a website thrown up around the time the City Attorney targeted me again
in December 2016. It contains quotes
from LC about me and his lawyers and is a site that displays LC’s unreal
defense to the allegations he committed civil and criminal tax fraud, using
an army of lawyers and other professionals, as well as the tactics used
against me. The site asks the
readers to contact Michelle Rice with questions about me. I don’t know her but in Court she has been
aggressive, vulgar, hostile, and her writing style is pure romance novel
fiction with a touch of fabricated “violence” for effect. For the record, we don't have a legal system. It now resembles a criminal enterprise, engaged in racketeering, per RICO. Many Americans are tired of this system and have demanded change as our representatives understand all too well.
Introduction to the Litigation
between Kelley Lynch and Leonard Cohen
Why
I Am Publishing This Site
I
started this website for three reasons. I am a Leonard Cohen fan, I have
long archived articles and reviews about Leonard, and I have a legal
background which made me curious about the extensive legal proceedings
between Cohen and his former manager Lynch. But what began as a personal
interest in my favorite singer-songwriter's legal plight turned into an
illustration of what we sometimes see in our American judicial system, a
kind of never-ending horror story. This website offers a record of the
legal nightmare Leonard Cohen, and his lawyers, have quietly endured since
2005, almost twelve years as of this writing.
Prior to his recent death, Leonard asked that my website be made open to
the public. He did so for two reasons. First, he wanted the truth about his
battles with Lynch to be easily available to scholars. Second, he wanted to
direct anyone interested in the Lynch saga to his primary litigation
lawyer, Michelle Rice, so that any reporting about Lynch would be accurate.
Michelle drafted almost all the court documents filed on Leonard's behalf
in multiple courts around the country and developed all the legal
strategies for Leonard since 2005. She recovered Leonard's property (i.e.
notebooks, letters, etc.) from Lynch in 2005, obtained a $7.3 million
judgment for Leonard in 2006, won legal mal-practice arbitration in 2006,
recovered additional funds from Leonard's investment advisers in Colorado
in 2008, and renewed the Leonard Cohen's judgment against Lynch in 2016 for
$14 million.
During this period, Rice also protected Leonard against Lynch's menacing
and disturbing harassment. Michelle obtained restraining orders in
California in 2005 and Colorado in 2008. Lynch avoided prosecution until
2012 by moving around the country and harassing Leonard from long distance.
Finally, in late 2011, Michelle found Lynch in northern California and
ultimately had Lynch arrested and prosecuted in 2012 for harassment of
Leonard in California based on enforcement of the Colorado restraining
order. This strategy was nothing short of brilliant given California and
Colorado law, and Lynch received a 5-year sentence and served 9 months in
jail. Unfortunately, the saga continues. Lynch has vowed to continue her
fight against Leonard's estate and continues to harass Leonard's lawyers.
A Thank You from Leonard
Prior
to his death, Leonard was concerned that Rice was not properly thanked and
appreciated for her work on his behalf. You will see in his Witness Statement,
made in connection with Lynch's first criminal conviction in 2012, that
Leonard told the Court:
"I
would like to read into the public record my gratitude to my attorney,
Ms. Michelle Rice. Without her meticulous attention to a staggering
volume of material (thousands of emails, dozens and dozens of vile voice
messages), we would not be here today, and the full extent of Ms. Lynch's
deliberate cruelties and evasions would not be known. It is through Ms.
Rice's painstaking management of these toxic details through multiple
courts, before eminent judges, that we were able to present this case to
our esteemed City Prosecutor…"

Shortly before his death, as it became clear that Leonard Cohen's former
manager Lynch would try to evade the restraining order once again, and
Michelle Rice initiated another prosecution against Lynch in order to
protect Leonard and his family, Leonard provided the following addition for
posting on this site:
"Through
great good fortune, I have benefited over the last eight years from a
worldwide appreciation of my work unprecedented in my own history. Many
have assisted and been acknowledged. What few recognize is my
extraordinary debt to Michelle Rice. Without her brilliant strategies and
steadfast work from the earliest and darkest days of my efforts to free
myself from Lynch and overcome the great damage inflicted upon me, the
renaissance in my career would never have been possible. Michelle Rice is
the most loyal, intelligent and capable lawyer with whom I have ever
worked."

A Note about Our
Legal System
The
U.S. legal system goes to great lengths to accommodate those who seek
redress for wrongs committed against them. The wrongdoer cannot escape his
actions by failing to respond to plaintiff's complaint. At the same time,
the courts strive to make certain all proceedings are fair. If a litigant
cannot afford the court costs, fees are waived. If a party is
unrepresented, the courts take special care to make certain their rights
are protected, and in criminal cases, to provide lawyers. Litigants can
appeal a judgment through the court system and/or seek redress in another
court more suited to hear their claim. Further, even though a judgment is
final, the losing party can attack that judgment under certain court rules,
and can file numerous motions long after a judgement has been obtained. All
this means that the certainty of that final judgment may take a long time
to achieve. Leonard Cohen's ex-manager Lynch has availed herself of all of
these strengths of the American legal system.
The American judicial system generally works because certain assumptions
are made about the parties that seek redress. The courts assume that the
parties' claims have some legitimacy which can be proven with evidence and
are not frivolous accusations put forth simply to exact revenge. The courts
assume that the parties will respect the court system in which they are
seeking redress. When judges issue orders, the courts assume those orders
will not be ignored or disregarded simply because a party finds them
unfavorable. Finally, the legal system assumes that the parties are
rational and will act rationally, and that in the case of a bad action by a
party in a civil case, a financial sanction will cause the offending party
to follow a court order or rule.
Unfortunately, when a party defies the assumptions made by the judicial
system, the legal process turns into a version of Groundhog Day,
but without the humor. The American judicial system is made up of
dispassionate rules and procedures. It is not equipped to fully deal with
vengeful litigants who manipulate those rules and procedures and feel that
because financial sanctions have no meaning, they can continue to fight
based on their belief that they have nothing to lose.
Leonard has always said that Kelley Lynch is an extraordinarily capable
person. She has some legal training of her own, having worked for Marty
Machat, Leonard's lawyer and manager from 1972 to 1988. Lynch is devious,
very clever, and acknowledges again and again that she has capable lawyers
assisting. She refuses to accept the repeated rulings of numerous courts
which have all indicated over and over that she is wrong. Both civil and
criminal judges have commented that she will always come back with another
argument, even if she is destined to lose. Rice has prevailed against Lynch
at every turn, but Leonard has said that Lynch is energized by her losses
in some demonic way. Lynch has vowed to continue her fight, even against
Leonard's estate.

appreciation for all Leonard has given to me, I plan to keep this site
updated. I would prefer that Kelley simply accept her fate, but that seems
very unlikely.

Following
Cohen’s death, from a fall in the night, I was further defamed in the news
media. Here’s a piece by David
Remnick who writes for the New Yorker.
I wrote Remnick, after Rutger brought LC’s death and the attendant
slander in the news media related to me, and explained some of the facts
and mentioned that his article upset my friends and family – including
sons. He made no corrections whatsoever. I also wrote a Rolling Stone journalist
who had the decency to reply but said his “editor” would make the decision
re. any corrections to his piece.
Imagine holding a job that involves lying pathologically about
others, injuring their children, elderly parents, and so forth, with their
concocted, salacious facts. Well,
it’s clear to me that Remnick wants to write a book about Cohen. This is a man with no morals, ethics, or integrity whatsoever. I’m sure he’ll rely on the “litigation
protected” fraud, perjury, and defamation as other authors and journalists
have. Many of authors of articles on Cohen or biograpies (such as David Remnick, Brian Johnson, Pico Iyer, and Sylvie Simmons) are nothing other than awe-inspired groupies who will slander innocernt people to sell a book or article (speech) about their "idol" or childhood "hero." LC was professionaly styled for his professional photographs and articles, etc. Women were frequently used as props.
Why do you personally believe any Court would protect criminal
activity being used to victimize and destroy innocent people?
I
trust you’re well, Rinpoche, and do keep me, my son, and family in your
thoughts and prayers. As you know, Hecate Gould Massoubre recently
passed away so this is a distinctly important moment in time for me and all
those who loved her. She was a student of the 16th Karmapa
(as well as other great lamas) who spent time with him at Rumtek
Monastery. I have recently corresponded with one of the gentlemen who
visited 16th Karmapa at Rumtek with Hecate. Karmapa viewed him and his friend as his
African birds from Tibet who flew away in 1939 when the "winds of war" were howling as they are once again today. Please say a prayer that one day I find my African
Grey parrot, Lou, who was stolen during this campaign – as well as my dogs,
Asia and Shadow. My sons are doing well as is my elderly father and other members of my family. I am fortunate to have such wonderful guides and examples throughout this ordeal.
