IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

This definitely appears to be a moniker email account Gianelli is using to threaten Paulette Brandt.  Perhaps his wife can rein him in since he is now sending me information about their trip to Mexico.

How many fake email accounts has Gianelli created so far?  The only crazy people here are Gianelli and his wife who tolerates a man who obsessively stalks, harasses, threatens, intimidates, and slanders female strangers for a living.  The criminal has once again been advised to cease and desist.  Is Gianelli going to go see Paulette Brandt?  Is he on the ground in Los Angeles?

Does your husband, who has stalked and harassed me and many others for seven straight years, want me to have details of a holiday you are planning to take?  Do you find that bizarre?  I find your husband's obsession with me, my sons, family members, friends, and others positively obscene.  Feel free to read the declarations of my sons since your husband's conduct made my younger son physically ill.  He has, until recently, continued to harass my older son.  In fact, your husband appears to be amused by his terrorization of my sons.  He has contacted my elderly parents; relentessly harassed my sister and her husband; and continues to harass and slander my roommate.  He does not know any of us.  Your husband appears to be on Leonard Cohen's payroll and may be moonlighting for the Phil Spector prosecutors.  That does not give your husband the right to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or slander people.  Your husband is also a pathological liar.  He spends hours on the internet targeting me and others.  In fact, during your Christmas vacation to Mexico, your husband harassed me morning, noon, and night.  I put this series of his harassing emails together for Tax Court.  Your husband has attempted to infiltrate matters that involve Phil Spector's case, IRS, and all legal and business issues outstanding between me and Leonard Cohen.  He was encouraged to engage in his harassing conduct by Cohen's lawyers.  Your husband has also decided to harass Ann Diamond who is another individual he does not know.  I found her piece on him insightful.

Let me know if there's anything you personally can do to bring this unconscionable campaign to a halt.  People have indeed reported your husband to law enforcement, etc.  That's what people do when out of control psychopaths target them and their family members.

This insane email from my stalker is evidence of how obsessed he is.  The man is evidently making some type of travel arrangements - that involves him and his "wife" - and managed to copy me in.  I have never seen such absurd conduct in my life.

I am writing my answer re. Karina Von Watteville's baseless, retaliatory, extortionate lawsuit.  See attached.  This is how I intend to set forth what actually unfolded.  Point by point.  I am going to explain to the Court precisely what unfolded with Von Watteville, Robert Kory, Stephen Gianelli, etc.  Also, the harassment on the part of Gianelli and Von Watteville re. Leonard Cohen, federal tax matters, Phil Spector, and so forth.  I am submitting a declaration that will also be submitted to IRS, FBI, and DOJ.

What is this IRS binder?  What is it evidence of and why did the prosecutor give it to my lawyers?  Clearly, this was not a "domestic violence restraining order" violation.  This is my intent to annoy Leonard Cohen?  What is in this binder?

Tab 1:  A letter from Ken Cleveland, which seems unlawful, that falsely states that he resigned in January 2005 when I replaced him in September 2004.  Did this annoy Leonard Cohen or the City Attorney?

Tab 2:  A letter from Robert Kory to IRS regarding the fraud tax refund application.  Did this annoy Leonard Cohen or the City Attorney?

Tab 3:  A letter from IRS to Leonard Cohen confirming the fraud tax refunds.  Did this annoy Leonard Cohen or the City Attorney?

Tab 4:  A fax to IRS from Robert Kory regarding Agent Sopko's email to me advising me to report Cohen's tax fraud to Agent Tejeda.  This is a clearly a legal defense of Leonard Cohen.  Did this annoy Leonard Cohen or the City Attorney?

Tab 5:  A fax to IRS from Robert Kory following on Agent Sopko's email to me.  Evidently, her email defames Leonard Cohen.  Did this annoy Leonard Cohen or the City Attorney?

I would like the IRS to advise me what precisely this evidence relates to.  According to my lawyers, it supported Robert Kory's testimony.  Was Robert Kory testifying in a federal court about federal tax matters?  It certainly seems like that's what the City Attorney was doing.  I want to know what jurisdiction the City Attorney has to lie about federal tax matters or conclude that federal tax matters are a ruse.  Why did Streeter argue that an employee is in possession of tax documents that employers are supposed to provide?  Was she just blatantly lying?  What was her argument about my knowing the difference about a K-1 and 1099 or IRS and FTB?  

Leonard Cohen will not be using the fraudulent default judgment vis a vis federal tax matters.  He can put all 20 law firms on this.  That includes his ambulance chaser, Stephen Gianelli, who is entirely amused with his criminal conduct.

IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

I did indeed write the FBI and Cohen's lawyer, Stephen Gianelli, seems dead set on interfering with federal tax controversies and matters.  What Gianelli seems to "love about litigation" is the ability to lie with impunity, commit fraud upon courts, steal without ramifications, and slander others.

The California judgment is void.  I was not served and there is ample evidence of that.  Furthermore, the judgment was procured by fraudulent means.  I haven't argued perjury as a predicate act.  I've argued fraud upon the court and it is indeed egregious.  With Chevron, the suit involved corruption in a foreign country.  In this case, it involves corrupt persuasion in the United States upon numerous courts.

Why shouldn't the Court listen to the interview with Truth Sentinel?  Scott asked highly material and relevant questions that gives one a good, solid overview of the situation.

I discovered the scheme to defraud me in 2012 so the statute of limitations under civil RICO have not run but this is the reason Cohen has attempted to prevent me from participating in litigation.  The gravaman of my suit is not theft.  It is the procurement of fraudulent default judgments, the tampering with the administration of justice, extortion, obstruction of justice, copyright infringement, witness tampering, and a related Tax Fraud Scheme.  

For the record, I still haven't been served Leonard Cohen's lawsuit so the argument that I knew about it in April 2010 is absurd.
