What is this IRS binder? What is it evidence of and why did the prosecutor give it to my lawyers? Clearly, this was not a "domestic violence restraining order" violation. This is my intent to annoy Leonard Cohen? What is in this binder?
Tab 1: A letter from Ken Cleveland, which seems unlawful, that falsely states that he resigned in January 2005 when I replaced him in September 2004. Did this annoy Leonard Cohen or the City Attorney?
Tab 2: A letter from Robert Kory to IRS regarding the fraud tax refund application. Did this annoy Leonard Cohen or the City Attorney?
Tab 3: A letter from IRS to Leonard Cohen confirming the fraud tax refunds. Did this annoy Leonard Cohen or the City Attorney?
Tab 4: A fax to IRS from Robert Kory regarding Agent Sopko's email to me advising me to report Cohen's tax fraud to Agent Tejeda. This is a clearly a legal defense of Leonard Cohen. Did this annoy Leonard Cohen or the City Attorney?
Tab 5: A fax to IRS from Robert Kory following on Agent Sopko's email to me. Evidently, her email defames Leonard Cohen. Did this annoy Leonard Cohen or the City Attorney?
Tab 6: A letter from Robert Kory transmitting entirely fraudulent documents, perjured declarations, and fabricated evidence to IRS defending Leonard Cohen. Did this annoy Leonard Cohen or the City Attorney?
Tab 7: The fraudulently procured default judgment. Did this annoy Leonard Cohen or the City Attorney? When can a fraudulent default judgment serve as the basis for fraudulent tax refunds?
Tab 8: Robert Kory's letter to IRS falsely alleging that Cohen's waste of approximately $8 million in corporate assets is harassing. Did this annoy Leonard Cohen or the City Attorney?
I would like the IRS to advise me what precisely this evidence relates to. According to my lawyers, it supported Robert Kory's testimony. Was Robert Kory testifying in a federal court about federal tax matters? It certainly seems like that's what the City Attorney was doing. I want to know what jurisdiction the City Attorney has to lie about federal tax matters or conclude that federal tax matters are a ruse. Why did Streeter argue that an employee is in possession of tax documents that employers are supposed to provide? Was she just blatantly lying? What was her argument about my knowing the difference about a K-1 and 1099 or IRS and FTB?
Leonard Cohen will not be using the fraudulent default judgment vis a vis federal tax matters. He can put all 20 law firms on this. That includes his ambulance chaser, Stephen Gianelli, who is entirely amused with his criminal conduct.
