I understand that you're a journalist/author who
has to make a living but would it be possible to stop slandering me (including
in the Preface of this book)?
The legal issues before the LA Superior Court system are not limited to Leonard Cohen's Goebbel-esque propaganda: a response to my reporting allegations that he committed civil and criminal tax fraud to Internal Revenue Service and other authories. I have filed many responses on all fronts. Leonard Cohen did not "find" that his retirement funds dwindled in 2004 or at any time thereafter. Furthermore, with respect to Traditional Holdings, LLC (the entity with the alleged "private annuity obligation") Leonard Cohen personally misappropriated approximately $8 millon in "disguised income" - not "loans" - from that entity and millions more from other entities. This is his cover story and your preface refers to Leonard Cohen's "Cover Story" - or many cover stories, good rock 'n roll stories, blatant falsehoods, etc.
At no time was I Leonard Cohen's "lover" and if you actually researched this issue, rather than repeating defamatory gossip, you would understand that. Based upon a fraudulent LAPD TMU report, assigning me a "sexual relationship" with Leonard Cohen, whatever that is given the fact that I was a professional business woman and personal manager, and a fraudulently issued Los Angeles Superior Court "domestic violence order" (in 2011 although LC and I had not seen one another since 2004), the government of Los Angeles assigned me a California statutory "dating" and/or "engagement" relationship when, in fact, the government of LA and the Court system itself, appear to have the "expectation of affection" when it comes to Leonard Cohen - not I.
There were no real "legal proceedings." LC, with an army of lawyers, obtained one fraud default judgment (used as a personal tax deduction based upon the complaint narrative; six months prior to entry of the fraud default), and three or so fraudulent, dime a dozen restraining orders. One of the key themes running through Leonard Cohen's "Cover Up" is "service." His lawyers, Robert Kory & Michelle Rice (with other professionals), have spent the past 14 years concocting one lie after another. They bill for these servicess and benefit financially. The are now paid lawyers and general counsel, trustee, business and personal managers, corporate counsel, estate representatives, trustee's lawyer, so-called witnesses and/or victims, and co-conspirators. That's a lot of hats to wear but they understand a good thing when they see it. Here's an email from the entirely crass, vulgar, and aggressive Michelle Rice (who should stick to fiction with her fanciful touches of "violence" and romantic interludes with law enforcement) to a criminal stalker harassing me (my family, friends, and others) confirming that she makes money off of his conduct. I stated quite clearly that if any adult stranger, such as "Stephen Gianelli," a Bay Area lawyer Rice is writing to, targets my then minor son (as he had), I will view that individual (including per FBI guidelines for parents) as a potential sexual predator or even a gunman outside with some type of motive. I don't know "Stephen Gianelli" whose criminal conduct has now spanned over a decade and involves cyber-stalking, terrorism, and other criminal conduct with respect to me, my family members, friends, colleagues, and many others. His conduct with respect to me, my family, friends, and others is frightening.

extortion scheme proved futile, Cohen and Kory – according to Lynch – turned to
far more aggressive means to obtain her cooperation. Indeed, as heard by other witnesses, Cohen
and Kory vowed to "crush her," and planned to use restraining orders

both Cohen's affairs and in regard to the scheme into which they had tried

I am now going through Sylvie Simmons book with
the IRS Commissioner's Staff, FBI, DOJ, U.S. Treasury, and others. This fraudulent narrative, directly related

I never harassed Leonard Cohen. The issues raised during the 2012 Show Trial
had to do with the IRS, tax fraud, and Phil Spector - or one of Cohen's bullshit
contradictory "good rock 'n roll gun stories." I am about to sue LAPD, City Attorney of Los Angeles, et al.
for, among other things, obstructing justice re. federal tax laws, criminalizing compliance with same,
criminalizing pure speech, and using unconscionable tactics to destroy me, intimidate
others (including my sons and elderly parents), and for using the sham,
manufactured course of conduct and criminal proceedings to further propel this
insane narrative into the public realm - with some embellishments that include
a defamatory and outrageous attack on the Kagyu and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan
Buddhists and many great teachers of those lineages.
LC was an ordained Buddhist monk from 1996 until he fell in the night and passed away in November 2016. He has now stolen from me, corporations, Machat & Machat, Phil Spector, and possibly others - while defrauding the US Government, etc. My "conviction" is going to be attacked and I will absolutely find legal remedies. LA Superior Court and the appellate panel permit endless lying, perjury, fraud, and misconduct to become part of the so-called trial record - and permit those issues to be used to convict, defraud, and defame innocent people such as myself. Why did LC narrate the "Tibetan Book of the Dead" while
permitting my alleged prosecutor (who lied through her teeth about everything
including federal tax matters, etc.) to rabidly attack Tibetan Buddhism, great teachers/lamas via hearsay? Give it some
thought.

My own book, in keeping with Simmons theme on "pussy" will be
called "From Pussy to MK Ultra." It will detail LC's fantasies about working
as a CIA operative during Bay of Pigs, his statements that he was in CIA MK
Ultra programs, and his fantasies about men like Phil Spector or Castro's
forces holding guns on him. You are
merely helping to promote Leonard Cohen's "revenge fantasies." At some point, Phil Spector, a dear friend of
mine, and I will publicly respond to these outrageous attacks, strategies, and
tactics.
The Court system also seems to have concluded
that this is lawful, constitutional, and appropriate conduct. It most certainly is not representative of a
"justice" system and more closely resembles a criminal enterprise per
the federal racketeering act - RICO. It is also throughly unethical activity for individuals who sit in judgment of others and dole out "punishments" while exhibiting no remorse whatsoever when innocent people are trapped in their system.
Feel free to read my RICO suit. The operative facts remain the same regardless of the fact that a judge found it legally "frivolous." I disagree with that position and have sought counsel to assist me in approaching the "merits" of a future RICO case without a preposterous discriminatory "fee waiver" review. I have asked a former federal judge to assist
me in refiling this suit and adding the government of Los Angeles (City Attorney, District Attorney, LAPD) as defendants.
