To the IRS and FBI,

The 14th Sheepdog, your representative, is weighing in on your investigation into Leonard Cohen's criminal tax fraud.  I have nothing to say about releasing Agent Sopko's email to me to the news media and others.  I didn't see Confidential Communique stamped across the top of the document.  However, Robert Kory felt utterly comfortable including it in the concealed IRS binder.  Of course, that merely proves that the refund did not close an investigation into Leonard Cohen's tax fraud - since nearly a year later, I met with the Treasury agents and was advised to report it to Agent Tejeda/IRS which I did. 

According to Judge Enichen, the IRS was raised - by Cohen and his representatives - at the preliminary hearing I did not attend in Boulder, Colorado.  The IRS was raised at the Boulder hearing.  Let's see if we can follow this - the prosecutor engaged in illegal discovery re the 1099 I don't have, the illegal K-1s that have not been rescinded, attempted to prove I was served the default I wasn't, lied about the IRS, etc. because I allegedly violated a restraining order.  That's not why federal IRS matters were raised and the lies and perjury are excessive.  The prosecutor attempted to sabotage the IRS.  Unfortunately, I wasn't served or  notified of the California order so the court could not have jurisdiction over me. 

The IRS and FBI are not blocking my emails and Doug Davis never told me not to contact him.  The same is true for Captain Bornman/LASD.  I didn't falsely accuse Cohen of anything and provided the IRS with ample evidence.  Let me quote Steven Machat (and this is in my PD notes) - Leonard Cohen uses corporate entities to evade taxes.   Cohen didn't fire me.  He heard I was going to the IRS and do speak to Dale Burgess and my lawyers about his offer of 50% community property.  I see Cohen thinks he can continue to conceal the corporate books and records, etc.  My taxes are paid.  I owe the IRS nothing but I have a K-1 from Traditional Holdings with income and I paid taxes on that for the year 2003.  That does not appear on Cohen's fraudulent ledger.  Gianelli doesn't know me - how would he know what I paid?  In any event, he's arguing Leonard Cohen's tax fraud matter and defending the prosecutor. 

Your spokesman - a dog demeaning the 14th Sharmapa and utterly vile and vulgar individual who continues to criminally harass me - has been relentlessly advised to cease and desist.   Leonard Cohen thinks he can just lie and get away with it.  Why not - he's lied about Phil Spector, the Bay of Pigs, the Yom Kippur War, Janis Joplin,and many other things for years.  The news media and his adoring journalists fall for his carefully crafted garbage comments.

No, we are sure that the IRS Criminal division was DELIGHTED to learn that after you blew the whistle you alerted the target of their investigation to its existence - particularly in scores of daily emails and blog posts to hundreds of email recipients, including Cohen and the media.

The IRS Criminal Division can and should speak for itself.  I, unlike the 14th Sheepdog, do not speak for or represent them.  

The only reason "the IRS" was mentioned at all during your trial is that "tax matters" were your pretext to contact Cohen in violation of the Colorado restraining order and the criminal harassment statute.

Bald faced lie. Sounds like something Streeter might come up with.  Did the dog eat her homework also?

In any event, the IRS, the FBI and the FTB are all blocking your daily emails at this point – now 7 years after you falsely accused your former employer of tax fraud to get even for him firing you and in aid of escaping prosecution for your own evasion of taxes on the millions you embezzled but never reported on your form 1040’s.

The IRS, FBI, and FTB are not blocking my emails.  And, Stephen Gianelli a/k/a The 14th Sheepdog does not work for or represent them.  I haven't evaded taxes.  I am not attempting to escape anything.   I issued a subpoena to Agent Tejeda/IRS.  The judge decided to conceal him.  

No one cares about your dreary little life at this point, least of all the IRS and the FBI. You are just another kook who has been pestering them with conspiracy theories for almost a decade.

Leonard Cohen continues to conceal corporate books, records, stock certificates, notarized documents, memoranda, my Indemnity Agreement, etc.
