So, the individual who raised the IRS as an issue was the prosecutor. The judge permitted argument about federal tax matters. I don't need to have the tax return and have no idea what Streeter is talking about. The IRS just confirmed that they - like I - do not have a 1099 from Leonard Cohen for me re. 2004. Streeter views that as a "ruse." I didn't ask for a K-1 and Streeter is misstating the facts. I have illegal K-1s from Leonard Cohen's 100% solely owned entity for the years 2003, 2004, and 2005 - transmitted to the State of Kentucky and IRS showing I have $0 income from LCI in those years and yet the fraudulent ledger states otherwise. I have a TH K-1 for the year 2003 and paid substantial taxes on that income and yet that is not evidenced on the fraudulent expense ledger. Cohen has concealed corporate books, records, stock certificates, etc. and stole from me.
I didn't abuse an email from the Treasury advising me to report Cohen's tax fraud to the IRS. If the truth harms Cohen's reputation that's his problem. Steven Machat advised my public defenders that Cohen falsely accuses people (his first managers re. intellectual property), uses corporate entities to evade taxes, and stole from him and his father. It's right here in the attorney notes and I do speak to Steven who offered to fly into LA, take the stand for me, but had a scheduling conflict.
Gianelli the 14th Sheepdog has an obsession with Cohen's tax fraud and is now writing me about Sprocket, the mouth piece for Lana Clarkson's mother and a woman affilia8ted with Michelle Blaine (who stole $900,000 from Phil Spector and targeted my blogs and emails publicly thanking Gianelli for initiating the attempts to have my accounts shut down - which they succeeded in as I've advised Google Legal Department).
Ask yourself this - if no one cares then why is Gianelli criminally harassing me over my appeal, writ, and oral arguments and defending Leonard Cohen who is indefensible. The IRS just advised me to file fraud form 3949a re. Cohen's fraudulent refund and the illegal K-1s which I have now done. I care. I care that Leonard Cohen has committed tax fraud, used me horrendously, concealed corporate books and records, perjures himself whenever he sees fit, and agree with my lawyers - Robert Kory could be charged criminally with being complicit with Cohen in his actions (it is right here in the PD notes) and that is his motive.

Since
when is a visit from agents at the U.S. Treasury confidential? I'm not
a secret agent. Also, two investigators from the DA's office visited
me after I met with the Treasury and asked me about that matter - as it
related to Leonard Cohen so the DA's office was interested. What is
Stephen Gianelli's interest in this matter? He seems have Cohen's
narrative down. Yes, I made Agent Sopko's email public. It was
attached to my Motion to Quash Leonard Cohen's insanity in Boulder and
Kory included it in the IRS binder he handed to my prosecutor on April
9, 2012 (during my trial) and insisted on testifying according to the PD
notes I have. The prosecutor, Leonard Cohen, and his lawyers, are the
individuals who raised the IRS as an issue during my trial - NOT I. I
asked my public defenders to issue a subpoena to Agent Tejeda/IRS after
hearing - for the first time - that Cohen received a refund based on
fraudulent misrepresentations involving me. The judge lied - until that
testimony (and I had no idea what they were talking about until I
personally sat down and reviewed the IRS binder AFTER my release when
the PD's office sent me certain aspects of my file but not all) - and
said I understood the facts laid out. I understand this - the judge
deprived me of a defense, compulsory process, etc. Here is how the IRS

The man impersonating a dog is criminally insane from my perspective and his obsession with IRS matters involving Leonard Cohen's tax fraud are astounding. People are asking if he's on Cohen's payroll and are noting that he is a stark raving lunatic with motive. That's the great news. I am being targeting by a sick individual, demeaning my teacher, over Cohen's tax fraud, my appeal, the writ, oral arguments, and it relates to Phil Spector, Steve Cooley, and Alan Jackson. You don't think Cooley just had his investigator sitting in the courtroom while Cohen was testifying about Phil Spector and a gun for no reason, do you? If so, I have some swamp land in Florida I would like to sell you. It is a blatant legal conspiracy and it involved an attempt to sabotage the IRS. My attorney cares and so do many other people who think Leonard Cohen decided to use his tax fraud as a means to steal my share of intellectual property from me and not pay me my commissions.

You were put in touch with an agent in the Criminal Division of the IRS, and instead of keeping all of that confidential you could not wait to blab about it in thousands of emails and blog posts.
Was Kory alerted? It's been made very very clear - by me - to Agent Tejeda/IRS that I think Kory and Rice should be prosecuted as well as Leonard Cohen. I wonder why Cohen and Kory think I issued a subpoena to Agent Tejeda/IRS if - based on their lies - the IRS is relentlessly pursuing me? Leonard Cohen has damaged his own reputation. His insane positions that his conduct, when exposed by others, assails his reputation belies a man with very very serious mental health issues. I guess the IRS investigation wasn't that confidential since I met with agents from the Treasury and discussed it with them. I have also made this clear to Agent Tejeda/IRS, the IRS Commissioner's Staff, and others - the fraudulent refund Cohen obtained in 2005 has now been challenged by me. Leonard Cohen and Kory testified about the K-1s I have asked them to rescind and they refuse. The IRS advised me to file fraud form 3949a recently with respect to the fraudulent refund and illegal K-1s and I have done so.Kory was alerted, and was able to meet with said agent to explain Cohen's side of things. Additionally, it was made clear to said agent that you were abusing a confidential IRS investigation for your own personal and very public purposes to try and damage Cohen's reputation. That was over six years ago.
I think Steven Machat's assessment of Kory was spot on - he's Satan.Since then, you authored 20 to 70 emails A DAY to the IRS, Sopko, Justice, and many others PROVING TO THE IRS THAT KORY'S ASSESSMENT OF YOU WAS SPOT ON.

Cohen cared enough to take the witness stand in 2012, lie about me and IRS matters, and then pen one of the most pathetic Victim Impact Statements - further lying about the IRS - that I have ever heard in my entire life. Phil Spector's legal team has been given the email Cohen wrote Sandra Jo Streeter, at the outset of my trial (concealed from the jurors), proving that he lies about Phil Spector and now essentially has three separate versions of his highly embellished Phil Spector gun stories before LA Superior Court. They will be further addressed in my Writ of Habeas Corpus. I guess Cooley and Jackson think everyone in reality falls for insanity - since Cooley's investigator was sitting in the courtroom while Cohen testified about Cooley and Jackson and Phil Spector and a gun story. Of course, that investigator was hanging out with Cohen, his lawyers and PI, and seen lunching with Cohen which is really quite obscene. I wonder if it was Captain Jack Horvath who lied to LA Superior Court about me - Investigator Brian Bennett rolled by my house unannounced in 2005 about Phil Spector. I did not start contacting the DA in 2007. I filed a Complaint with the DA's aptly named Major Fraud Unit re. Cohen's theft from me, etc. in 2006. These people should stick to fiction because that's all they have going for them.It is now 2013, NOT 2006 or 2007, and NO ONE CARES.
