To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,
I would like a formal opinion from the IRS on this outrageous and malicious comment on the part of the City Attorney''s office. Their arrogance evidently knows no bounds. Writing to the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, FTB, Dennis Riordan, and the news media constitutes malicious intent. This proves the malicious intent on the part of the City Attorney''s office with respect to me and all legitimate recipients of my alleged emails. These people cannot control themselves. Obviously.
“the numerous utterly unnecessary additional recipients appended to these emails likewise constitutes evidence of appellant’s malicious intent.”
All the best,
Kelley
