Mr. Riordan,

Let me quote Jack Horvath's letter:  Kelley Lynch began her contacts with the District Attorney's Office in 2007.  This is a bald-faced lie.  Brian Bennett came to my house in 2005.  Horvath simply lies to the court?  I filed my complaint with the Major fraud Unit re. Cohen in 2006.  These simply simply lie about me and many other things.  Streeter thinks it is acceptable to simply say that Alan Jackson is copied in on an email.  Why Alan Jackson?  Why not the FBI?

Horvath is a Captain.  The email he attached includes the information re. the ACLU/GCI game we would all play.  This man thinks I was running for President?   He thinks Michael is the diretor of the FBI; my mother is the Deputy FBI Director; and Robin is the head of the CIA.  He thinks Tyler is the Vice President.  Only Cooley is permitted to prosecute people and seek the death penalty.  Anyone else's political speech is a threat even when it is satirical.  Ron Burkle will be first man.  The email even says "If I was running for office, my party would be the Wedding Party and I would demand the death penalty for corrupt politicians."  I think many people in America might go for this idea.  He did highlight the fact that this is my political platform.

One must really question what was going on with Judge Vanderet, particularly given the fact that Lt. Wolak/LA Sheriff's Department told me he investigated this matter; has never seen anything like it in 26 years in law enforcement; could not believe the judge sentenced me to jail; understood the IRS situation re. Cohen; and had no doubt Cohen owes me millions.

What did Horvath highlight?  "and a fan of Alan Jackson's."

Back to the document I'm working on for Francisco.

And, I had to be served or notified the California order.  The City Attorney has lied about this in their reply brief.  Also, the attorney notes are clear - Rice's cease and desist letter was fraudulent.  My lawyers are clear - this is all part of a plan to destroy my credibility.  I think that's obvious.

I don't owe any taxes but Gianelli has now filed a fraudulent form with the IRS about me.  What evidence does he have to support this?  He can't have any because it's a bald faced lie. He simply decided to retaliate against me.  I think my friend's question about Gianelli is the right question - why would someone go to these lengths with respect to a stranger?

Steven Machat advised my lawyers (per the notes) that Cohen refused to pay Machat & Machat what he owed them; stopped paying them on "When I Need You," and used companies set up by Marty Machat to avoid taxes.  So, fortunately, that tax fraud pre-dates me and Leonard Cohen can't blame me.

With respect to the emails, the City Attorney's office simply printed out the same emails over and over.  And, they allegedly have a budget crisis.  Another comment in these attorney notes - lack of police investigation.  The attorney notes refer to the Leonard Cohen/Robert Kory conspiracy.  The attorney notes also mention the fact that the emails are incoherent as well.  For example, Exhibit 4 (which I don't have) has a separate email attached to the email.  The attorney notes say it is out  of context.  The entire trial is.

The notes also state that Cohen planned to use restraining orders and other legal means to prevent me from serving as a credible witness (obviously) but also to prevent me from testifying about his plan against Greenberg.  The notes also state that Cohen was advised by Greenberg that his loans - taken against the assets of TH - could cause the IRS to question the formation of Traditional Holdings and Cohen would owe millions of dollars in back taxes.  They have noted that he can't deny this letter.  Fortunatately, ,my lawyers understand this:  Cohen's personal loans were shareholder loans and assets of TH.  Streeter simply lied about the assets.  These lawyers do find it odd that Leonard Cohen offered me a settlement of 50% community property.  I advised them to call Dale Burgess.  They understand this also - Cohen's early withdrawals from TH means he has to pay taxes and penalties.  The IRS must understand this also.

I'm going to fax you Cohen's email to Streeter today.  She hates to keep peppering him with questions so there must be others that she has concealed.  I'll mention this to Francisco.  Back to the notes.

Love,
Kelley
