Hello Dallas FBI,

Gianelli's out in full force and effect again.  The man is not writing me and I view this man as dangerously unstable and he thinks retaliating against me - after relentlessly targeting me and just about everyone in my life - is perfectly acceptable conduct.  Gianelli/Blogonaut banned me from his deranged and psychotic slanderous blog in 2009 for telling the truth about Leonard Cohen and stating my position that Phil Spector is innocent.  I happen to know Phil Spector and know what I'm talking about.  I am also entitled to my opinion about his LA Confidential sham trial.  In any event, I didn't accuse NAMED PEOPLE of being engaged in the manufacture of meth and a murder.  But, Gianelli likes to sabotage matters and he engages in outrageous ad hominem attacks on my character and definitely seems to have MOTIVE.  In fact, he addresses his motive for transmitting fraud about me to the IRS - it's retaliation for advising the IRS and FBI that I believe he has engaged in outrageous criminal witness tampering, criminal intimidation, harassment, stalking, etc.  He heard from Cohen's deranged lawyer - who has no qualms lying on the stand - in 2009.  Leonard Cohen, who feels comfortable perjuring himself (and confessed to it in my trial), is concerned about his reputation.  Not his conduct.  He even lied about the IRS in my intent to annoy trial but the man is desperate and pathetic.  

My young acquaintance advised me about the FBI investigation into a murder that may involve his uncle, the Aryan Nation, Cartel, meth labs, and meth cooks.  I think he knows what's going on with his family.  Gianelli is falsely accusing me here with respect to this matter and the insane City Attorney (who has now attempted to retaliate against me, during the appeal, for an EXAMPLE of the type of insanity I have been dealing with in LA) raised meth labs as an issue as well.  Cohen views this as an impled threat.  Leonard Cohen will lie about anything.  I just spoke to someone who ran into Cohen at his new Temple in LA and she told me he immediately began talking about the Yom Kippur War.  Leonard Cohen could NOT join the Israeli military.  He's not in the mliitary and not trained.  He is a Canadian citizen and who knows when he obtained the first green card he abandoned.  Leonard Cohen embellishes stories.  He lies.  He steals.  He uses operatives to attack and target people.  He destroyed my life because he committed tax fraud and it is egregious.  In any event, Gianelli is now accusing me falsely re. the Dallas FBI investigation into a murder and meth labs.  Heshocks the consicence.

I've addressed Ann Diamond's public comments about a conversation she had with a woman in Montreal whose daughter evidently heard Cohen's daughter state that her father molested her.  

Gianelli sounds like the psychopath that he is and he glorifies Steve Cooley, Alan Jackson, my lunatic prosecutor who attempted to sabotage the IRS (my lawyers feel this way), and has now attempted to retaliate.  It's pure LA Confidential.
