Didn't this dangerously unstable stark raving lunatic contact you to see if I was spamming you? He offered to help you with my accusations in June of 2009? Agent Sopko, do you work in Intelligence at the Treasury? Then hopefully you know what my lawyer and many other people know - Gianelli has targeted me; he has motive; and this is a Leonard Cohen tax fraud matter. Call the maniac up if you want free legal or tax advice. Is the man criminally insane? He called Agent Tejeda/IRS? Why? Never mind - I know. He attempts to infiltrate matters and tries to sabotage them as well. I've studied him and this is what I have concluded. An excellent question has now been raised with respect to his motive - why would anyone go to such extremes with respect to a stranger? Gianelli got a receipt from the FBI? Too bad they didn't arrest him. Is Gianelli name dropping the Washington FBI now? He spoke to you personally, Agent Sopko, and then publicly accused you of being my federal pet. Now he's name dropping you.

With respect to the federal employees/agencies mentioned, this offer was first extended in June of 2009 by speaking to Agent Sopko personally, by message for Agent Tejeda, and by email (with a subsequently received receipt) to the Washington Field Office of the FBI.
To date there have been no takers.
