I've addressed various matters in the City Attorney's Respondent Brief.  They are lying about federal tax matters.  They think copying the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, FTB, and Phil Spector's lawyers is a matter of irrelevant parties.  I really cannot spend too much time on this right now.  Perhaps the appellate division will simply conclude that rampant prosecutorial misconduct; retaliation on the part of the prosecutor; perjury, fraud, concealment, concealment of exculpatory evidence; etc. is perfectly fine in LA Confidential.  Why spoil a good thing - particualrly now that I am hearing details - from various  parties - that there's a scam going on with celebrities; the use of fraudulent domestic violence orders; false accusations that people have threatened prosecutors; and the defense bar in Los Angeles.  I am now researching this for my book.
