To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,

This is a bald faced lie and Cohen doesn't have attorney/client privilege with my lawyers (including Steve Cron).  No one ever advised me to personally file an amended return or returns.  I have to now, due to Cohen's default that wrongfully altered my federal tax returns.  Dale Burgess advised me that if TH was removed from my returns, I would have a carry back.  Leonard Cohen's personal transaction fees are not liabilities of Traditional Holdings.  It's incredible that he took that position but it just proves, Leonard Cohen views these corporate entities and their assets as his personal assets and piggy bank.  I was advised that the corporations could amend their tax returns.  I was told this - once fraud is brought to your attention (and my lawyers and accountant confirmed Cohen's fraud and the fraud on all these entities; as did Kory, etc.) you have two choices - the corporate returns can be amended or you can go to the IRS.  I have nothing to do with the corporate returns.  Cohen lied in court and said I handled IRS filings.  See the tax preparers.  Leonard Cohen had a team of professionals handling his tax, financial, corporate, and accounting matters.  Steve Lindsey, Cohen's producer, referred him to Ken Cleveland when the IRS audited the charitable gift of stock to Mt. Baldy Zen Center.    Leonard Cohen's lawyer and accountant prepared and filed the corporate tax returns.  It's not my obligation to amend them.  And, Leonard Cohen has now defrauded me of my ownership interest in BMT and TH and the agreement re. the intellectual property is not oral so this argument is simply preposterous.  I am personally of the belief that Leonard Cohen saw his tax fraud as an opportunity to benefit financially.  

I didn't fire my accountant.  He finished the work he was hired to do.  I simply had to file my 2003 tax return in 2004.  What's the issue?  The K-1 from Traditional Holdings related to the year 2003.  Why was Streeter referring to my back taxes and the IRS coming after me for back taxes?  Oh right.  She lies through her teeth about me; lies about the IRS and IRS matters; and then retaliates.  It's wonderful public service.  The taxpayers should be delighted to have a woman like this on their welfare system.  After DiMascio & Berardo, I was represented (briefly or otherwise) by Mike Taitelman, Bert Deixler, and Zia Modabber.  Taitelman spoke to Kory who advised him that if I went along with what they wanted, they would confirm that I was used as a pawn which I was.  Otherwise, they would say I orchestrated this abject insanity.  

Do keep in mind - Leonard Cohen is one of the greediest men on earth and he feels utterly comfortable (from what I've seen) withholding commissions he owes for work done; defrauding me of my ownership interest in all intellectual property dating back to 1967; and concealing evidence that the IRS has.  

This is not a cover story.  This is reality.

BALD FACED LIES BUT MY ACCOUNTANT, WHO WAS NOT FIRED AND WHO BELIEVES CRIMINAL INTELLIGENCE/IRS SHOULD BE INVOLVED WITH COHEN'S TAX FRAUD MATTER (AND WAS CONCERNED ABOUT MY WELFARE), DID ASK ME TO PHONE THE TREASURY AGENTS AND ADVISE THE IRS THAT HE WILL TESTIFY TO THE FACT THAT LEONARD COHEN OFFERED ME 50% COMMUNITY PROPERTY.  HE ALSO WANTED THEM TO BE CLEAR - MY LAWYERS UNDERSTOOD COHEN'S TAX FRAUD WAS CRIMINAL.  I KNOW THEY DID.  WE DISCUSSED THAT FACT.  

Her accountants met with Cohen's advisors and then advised Kelley Lynch to file amended returns. She then fired her advisors (tax and legal) and contacted the IRS accusing Cohen of being the tax cheat. And she has stuck to this preposterous cover story ever since.
