To the FBI,

I have copied my ex-husband in on this email.  His name, as you know, is Richard Dallett.  This email, from Gianelli, was in my inbox and sent in November 2012 - NOT two years ago.  The man has been stalking me for quite a number of years and this has crossed many state borders.  The man is dangerously unstable, aligned with Leonard Cohen, and may have found a sympathetic ear with Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson.  He has now lied to the IRS, and transmitted a fraudulent document to them with is evidence of criminal conduct, falsely alleging that I owe taxes.  I owe no taxes and have huge losses.  Richard Dallett is well aware that we went sailing and no one showed up drunk at his boat.  

Stephen Gianelli does not know me but is obsessed with details of my life.  He clearly has motive.  He is writing about Eric Salter's connection with my second husband, Dougals Penick.  I wasn't run out of Florida and this man doesn't know anyone I know in Ft. Lauderdale so how could the liar with motive recall anything.  I only visited with Eric Salter for an extended period of time and had no plans to stay.  And yes, I then moved to Berkeley and this man is stalking me and he is frightening, particularly as he targeted both of my sons (one as a minor), my sister and her husband (attempted to blackmail them), and actually phoned my elderly parents which was and remains SICK.  It is also witness intimidating and witness tampering, etc.  I have been clear on my views here.  

No supervisor hired me but the woman did notice that the IRS and FBI were copied in on my emails and disclosing certain information to me so that's her problem and that's how people function.  I don't know her from Adam and she wasn't friends with anyone I knew in Ft. Lauderdale when I left.  I know a fag hag when I see one and so do gay men, including those that I am very friendly with.  

I have private emails from Les Ziegel so Gianelli can kiss my proverbial ass.  

Leonard Cohen has stolen millions from me and this situation with Gianelli is completely out of control and the man should be arrested.  His relationships with Cohen, Cohen's lawyers, Phil Spector's prosecutors, and others, should absolutely be investigated.  As Investigator Frayeh said - he's a shady character who may have found a sympathetic ear with Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson.  Investigator Frayeh was then promptly moved off the Spector case.  Can these lunatics become anymore blatant or transparent?

Now this is just like old times...KL is changing the subject by quoting from an email about my conversation with her ex-husband who lives in Florida - two years ago, but acting as if the email was dated this week.

The stalker's email was sent to me in November 2012 NOT two year's ago.  My stalker's obsession  
is truly frightening.  He must have a client or colleague interested in TARGETING me or discrediting me.  They appear DESPERATE.  WHAT A MANIAC.  This madman thinks I am changing the subject.  I have advised the IRS and FBI that I personally believe he should be arrested for falsely accusing me of owing taxes and filing a fraudulent form with the IRS about that.  This man has no access to my tax returns, information regarding my tax payments, or anything else.  He is completely out of control.  What would cause someone to engage in criminal conduct for another person?  That's the question that needs to be asked.  It's a form of MOTIVE.  

(He was the one who told me she was staying with an antiques dealer named Richard that she knew from her Buddhist days, and that Kelley showed up drunk at his yacht, but he did not let her on board. I was able to confirm that KL was then living with Buddhist antiques dealer Richard Salter, who was a friend of her second husband from the Buddhist seminary they both attended in Colorado in the ‘70s, but I digress.)

As I recall, Kelley Lynch was run out of Florida after burning everyone who tried to be nice to her. (She then landed in Berkeley, CA where she was eventually arrested for violating the Colorado order that protected Cohen.)

Entrapped, as I discussed with Detective Viramontes/LAPD, as I was not served the California order or notified of it and it is wrongfully registered and can only be modified by the original court, regardless of what this lying llunatic or the City Attorney's office decides to lie about now. His role with Streeter also demands an investigation.  In fact, I think I have a job for FBI Director Bob Mueller himself - the corruption in Los Angeles and it's satellite network.  

After she was fired (she could not understand how having a $7.9 M embezzlement judgment against her might disqualify her from working in an office that holds millions from each client in trust as they build and staff yachts), she disparaged the supervisor who hired her as a favor to her friend Richard Salter in a dozen emails sent out to the world (cc to me) as a "drunk", a "drug addict", and a "fag hag". (These emails were also copied to clients of the former employer and the press.)

Certain people might want to be careful as the truth is the defense to slander.  And many people are lying here.  I wonder how Gianelli knows what this company holds in trust and what his role with this individual was.  The IRS and FBI should definitely investigate that.  The yachting company should steer clear of Leonard Cohen who has now stolen from me, Steven and Marty Machat, and sold Phil Spector's masters to Sony - per Steven Machat who helped negotiate the original deal and knows Cohen cannot collect the royalties on the Phil Spector album and Phil Spector owns the masters.  

Another person she befriended, a music producer, introduced her to her entertainment lawyer "Les", who months after Kelley left Florida was still emailing people to clarify that he never represented Kelley Lynch. Yikes.

Les Ziegel never did represent me and we have spoken and I know what we discussed.  What's the issue with my stalker?  I'm represented right now.  He can't contain himself and after my sister's attorney advised him to cease and desist he refused.  

This is part of the history from which we infer that Lynch's diatribes against Cohen are simply the product of her rage at her firing her despite the fact she was caught with her hand in the company till. (Imagine the nerve of Cohen firing a manager who stole his last $5M.)

NOTE;  COHEN NEVER FIRED ME.  HE HEARD I WAS REPORTING HIS CRIMINAL TAX FRAUD TO THE IRS  AND I REFUSED TO MEET WITH HIM AND HIS TAX LAWYER, HAND OVER THE CORPORATE BOOKS AND RECORDS, AND HELP THEM UNRAVEL THEIR HANDIWORK.  Leonard Cohen obtained a default judgment in a matter I wasn't served.  It's interesting that Judge Ken Freeman didn't request evidence - corporate books and records, etc. - and thinks serving a Jane Doe is acceptable substitute service.  Judge Robert Vanderet thinks it's acceptable that a proof of service was not attached to the California registered order.  I am most definitely in LA Confidential where celebrities have their own form of justice and can get away with theft and just about anything they want.

My creepy stalker, who sounds like he crawled out of crypt, wouldn't know if I was charming or not charming, or anything else - he doesn't know me.  He's just obsessed with me and posts legal documents related to me and Phil Spector online which is really a dead giveaway.  His Blog is basically devoted to me and Phil Spector and he hasn't posted a new article since December.  Some people really are quite lazy, even when others personally view them as criminals with motive.
