The District Attorney's office continues to play games with me although I have an appeal that was not dismissed.
The evidence will show that Ms. Lynch was upset and Mr. Cohen and fought with the District Attorney, the LA County District Attorney’s didn’t file charges against Mr. Cohen. RT 40
Do you see that statement of Streeter's? The DA didn't file charges against Leonard Cohen. Now, I have seen motions in the Barry Bonds matter and this does appear to be some form of quid pro quo. I called George Mueller's office. He's apparently in the Fraud Division. His office told me to call Brian Bennett. I have no idea why and couldn't guess if my life depended on it. I found Bennett rude. He wanted to know why my lawyer's not calling him. Well, my lawyer asked me to help him out here. I have training as a paralegal and am addressing various issues here. That includes - the prosecutor's non-disclosure of the reasons why the DA didn't prosecute Cohen criminally. The man stole millions from me. He has lied about Phil Spector. There are three versions of his highly embellished Phil Spector gun stories before LA Superior Court. I'm not certain if the email Streeter is concealing is actually before LA Superior Court. It will be when we file a motion or writ with respect to the appellate division's refusal to abandon this insanity. I don't want to call the Major Fraud Unit. I am not interested in engaging in a wild goose chase with maniacs. Bennett mentioned that I'm a pest. Can you imagine saying that? I advised him that "At least being a pest is not a criminal." He seemed to agree with that statement.
Can you imagine behaving like this? Bennett dragged me into Phil Spector's matter. Anyway, he doesn't know why Cohen wasn't prosecuted and I have no idea why George Mueller's office had me call Bennett. Maybe Bennett should ask Mueller rather than insulting my intelligence.
