To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,

The party who should be sanctioned is Sandra Jo Streeter.  I want to appeal this decision.  I have had it with these liars.  It's like dealing with the criminally insane.  In any event, I've left Francisco a message that I want to appeal this decision.  The trial judge refused to permit Agent Tejeda to take the stand.  Streeter concealed the email that proves Cohen testified about a different version of Phil Spector's gun story than he wrote her.  The IRS Binder proves that Cohen lied about the refund and Streeter lied to the judge about an IRS holding re. the default.  The corporate books and records have been concealed.  I don't have the 1099.  The K-1s Cohen issued are evidence of criminal conduct on the part of Cohen.  I am fighting this.  This prosecutor's lies are excessive.  She elicited perjured and false testimony.  The transcripts are incoherent. The sound tapes have been altered.  The emails are psychotic.  It's the same email printed out over and over again, from what I can tell.  There's an email to Dennis Riordan that Cohen and his lawyers weren't copied in on.  And this prosecutor thought she was cute when she asked the jury - who even knew there was a different between the IRS and FTB?  Who knows what a 1099 is?  Who knows what a K-1 is?  Anyone that receives one can easily google the information.

Gianelli is now defending Sandra Jo Streeter which I find extremely fascinating.

According to the stalker who targeted everyone in my life, wrote me with prosecutor Streeter and Cohen's lawyer copied in, and the man who may have found a sympathetic ear with Alan Jackson about me, the appellate division has denied my attempt to abandon this appeal.  I am NOT dealing with these liars any longer.  They appear to be used to prosecutorial misconduct and this type of activity.  Can I appeal this decision?  That's what I want to do.  Gianelli thinks you should be sanctioned.  Why?  Because we're dealing with out of control liars?

Streeter not only attempted to retaliate, she is concealing exculpatory evidence.

As I predicted, the Appellate Department of the Los Angeles Superior Court has DENIED Kelley Lynch’s attempt to abandon her pending appeal from her criminal conviction.

CLEARLY, THE COURT WAS NOT GOING TO LET MS. LYNCH CLAIM THAT SHE WAS BEING COERCED INTO A DISMISSAL BY ALLEGED "RETALIATION" BY MS. STREETER.

What a moron.
KL cannot even succeed in WALKING AWAY FROM the appeal of her conviction!!! Expect some scathing language in the Appellate Department Opinion regarding unsubstantiated claims of “retaliation” by Sandra Jo Streeter. I would not be surprised if Appellate counsel Suarez was not sanctioned for these games. HE SIGNED THE PLEADING.

Additionally, it is not going to please the Court that KL tried to have the appeal dismissed after forcing the People to respond to her Opening Brief.

That + the attempt in the abandonment pleading to imply that KL was coerced by the prosecutor into abandoning the appeal may well result in SANCTIONS against KL's appellate attorney.
