Please briefly take a look at Cohen's retaliatory lawsuit and fraudulent complaint.  I was not served this complaint and the proof of service is fraudulent.  I had no female co-habitant as the proof of services notes.  I wasn't served or notified of the default judgment entered in May 2006.  I was homeless and Streeter's insanity that I was the only one who corroborated that I lost my house was and remains deranged.

Please look at page 10.  Paragraph 42.  There was no cap gains treatment re. my commission because I refused to go along with Cohen's tax lawyer's recommendation.  But, this is their reason for defrauding me of my ownership interest in all Cohen's intellectual property.  They concealed this and all corporate books and records from LA Superior Court.  Cohen simply declared that he was the beneficial owner of Blue Mist Touring and Traditional Holdings.  That's a bald faced lie.  These entities were not held in trust for Cohen.  There was no fiduciary obligation re. me and BMT.  I merely own 15% of the IP.  TH fiduciary obligation would not have arisen until 2011.  Unfortunately, Cohen's tax lawyer extinguished the annuity obligation from the tax return in 2003, without my knowledge or awareness.  

On page 17, I think the words self-dealing rather than self-serving accurately describe this situation.  Please read it carefully.  This letter was sent to Cohen, at my request, so that no one could lie later about what was going on.  I asked for an received an Indemnity Agreement re. TH.  I'll quote paragraph 64:  So that the IRS did not view this transaction as your selling something to yourself.  The third party should not be a relative.  

Cohen's transaction fees are listed in this document.  They total approximately $2.7 million.  Cohen signed agreements with his lawyers and royalty consultant.  He knows.  He met with them.  He had to pay them to work on these deals.  His position now - the transaction fees weren't explained to him.  They include his settlement re. a litigation matter of his.  Taxes that were not paid on a $1 million income advance.  Maybe someone recharacterized the nature of these expenses.  Westin's fees were $14,000.  They now have changed and are $100,000.  That's Cohen's tax lawyer.  Cohen bought houses and used TH assets like his piggy bank.

Don't waste too much time on this fraudulent complaint.  It's one long insane narrative.  

I'm working on the document re. prosecutorial misconduct, Cohen's perjury, etc. today.  The appellate courtis not going to force me into further insanity with the City Attorney.  Let the appellate court deal with these lunatics.  These judges seem perfectly happy to tolerate perjury, fraud, concealment, prosecutorial misconduct, etc.  That's why it's rampant.  Judge Vanderet didn't want my lawyer questioning Cohen too closely about his perjury.  He should have been prosecuted.  The DCA continues to conceal the email she has from Cohen that contradicts his testimony re. Phil Spector.  I will include that email in my doc to you.
