Mr. Riordan,

Stephen Gianelli doesn't understand that you are Phil Spector's attorney.  It's unclear to him why the Grand Jury Legal Adviser admonished me to contact you with respect to the three versions of Leonard Cohen's highly embellished Phil Spector gun stories before LA Superior Court.  Gianelli can't grasp why Judge Fidler's Clerk advised me to write the DA about this issue and, after I mentioned that the DA has targeted me, suggested I copy in Judge Fidler as well.

Gianelli forwarded me emails from people who wanted me to stop contacting them?  Well, perhaps one of Cohen's cult victims who targeted me but I haven't received any such communications from you or the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, and/or FTB.  

My appellate attorney and public defender are aware of this:  my misdemeanor case is an IRS tax matter that demands an investigation and the prosecutor attempted to sabotage the IRS and me. Beyond that, the DA's investigator was hanging out and lunching with Leonard Cohen while he testified about Phil Spector.  It's positively obscene.

It is just beyond her that noted appellate lawyer Dennis Riordan (with whom Lynch has no more a personal or business relationship than she did with Bruce Cutler), the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, or the Washington Field Office of the FBI might have greater concerns on their plates than Kelley Lynch’s misdemeanor convictions for harassment and violating a restraining order. Indeed, some on her CC list have notified me (in emails that I forwarded to Lynch in the past) that they are blocking her emails and have been for some time.
