Hello Mr. Riordan,
This madman actually thinks he is writing to me. See below. He is addressing Phil Spector,
Alan Jackson, and Leonard Cohen. This man must be one hell of a lawyer not to understand
what everyone I have spoken with does (including the National Enquirer) - that Leonard Cohen's
three versions of his highly embellished Phil Spector gun stories before LA Superior Court are very serious.
Clearly, two are perjured. Gianelli doesn't even understand that Cohen testified about one version
and emailed the prosecutor in my trial about another AFTER Phil Spector filed his opening brief.
What a lunatic.

I mean, setting aside the illogic of Phil Spector's trial prosecutor even initiating a conversation with me - a lawyer he does not even know - in the first place, how could you possibly persist in believing that Leonard Cohen is of any significance whatsoever to Phil Spector’s prosecution, let alone his conviction on retrial – a retrial in which Leonard Cohen NEVER TESTIFIED?

I suppose Phil Spector will have to answer that. However, Leonard Cohen did not testify about Phil Spector and the gun to the head story or email the prosecutor during my trial about the Phil Spector and the gun to the neck story prior to filing his Opening Brief. Spector's prosecutors, however, did use the Leonard Cohen/Phil Spector gun to the chest version in statements to the Grand Jury (per Mick Brown who has reviewed the transcripts) and in their motions. Stephen Gianelli is a lawyer who doesn't understand that there are now three different versions of Leonard Cohen's highly embellished gun stories before LA Superior Court and that's a huge issue? The Grand Jury Legal Adviser instructed me to contact Phil Spector's appellate attorney about this situation. I have absolutely phoned Dennis Riordan over this situation. Judge Larry Fidler's clerk, Wendy, advised me to write the DA about it. When I informed her that the DA had threatened me and targeted me, she thought I would be more comfortable copying in Judge Fidler himself.

Actually, Investigator William Frayeh/DA's office thought Gianelli may have found a sympathetic ear with Alan Jackson about me so Gianelli should take this situation up with Investigator Frayeh who also advised me that Gianelli appears to be a "shady character." Leonard Cohen's statements were presented to the Grand Jury, per Mick Brown. That may have helped indict Phil Spector. It's interesting that some huge blow hard of a lawyer doesn't understand this. My own attorney felt the charges should be vacated over the situation.

This stark raving lunatic actually thinks he is writing me and he has the nerve to accuse me of having mental health issues. The man is more dangerously unstable than I anticipated, as I have now advised the IRS and FBI. Gianelli sees that they are still copied in on my emails. Fortunately, DDA Hodgman, Lt. Wolak, and many other intelligent people - such as some of my lawyers - do not believe this is a federal prank. I have never seen so many lying lunatics in my entire life but I now understand why prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter permitted Gianelli to copy her into my emails re. very serious legal issues involved with my trial and issues I was attempting to address on appeal prior to hearing that she was retaliating against me and being advised that it is legally known as criminal obstruction of justice. That's what one of my lawyers advised me and I have conveyed this information to the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, FTB, and Dennis Riordan. There is also a Writ of Habeas Corpus where I was advised to address all of the prosecutor's lies and Cohen's perjury, etc.
