To the IRS and FTB,
Gianelli is very interested in my tax returns but I have no idea why he's referring to 1994. See my notes in the text below. He must be on the phone with Robert Kory and Michelle Rice concocting additional lies.
All the best,
Kelley
Ms. Lynch,
The Prins Declaration and the fraudulent expense ledger fail to address the fact that I own 99.5% of Traditional Holdings, LLC and 15% of all Leonard Cohen's intellectual property. The assignments, dating back to 1967, re. the IP are non-revocable. Leonard Cohen just has a sense of entitlement and feels perfectly comfortable stealing and lying. People are shocked that he confessed to lying on the witness stand and wasn't prosecuted. I wasn't fired. I refused to meet with Cohen, his tax lawyer, hand over the corporate books and records, etc.

The Prins Declaration, linked again, below (and its 90+ pages of attached bank statements, front and back copies of canceled checks, and other documents) details every dime you paid yourself and your management company from Cohen and all Cohen related entities from 1998 through the year you were fired for embezzlement:

My commission is 15%. Cohen is so greedy he is now lying about our agreement. Gianelli doesn't know Cohen and Rice and Kory weren't present for Cohen and my discussions. It is 15% dating back to 1988 when I began working as his personal manager. He lied - I was never his business manager. Speak to Rich Feldstein. Cohen thinks his lies concealing corporate records and my ownership interest in the IP is going to work? The IRS is in possession of all this evidence.
That includes commission income pursuant to your agreement with Cohen (10% later raised to 15%) AS WELL AS the money over and above your agreed commission income that you helped yourself to.
But my point is not whether you were owed or stole all of this money (over seven million dollars from 1998 through 2004).
The point is that if any point after April of 2010 (the date you admit that you first read the Prins Declaration on Scribd), if you wanted to know to the penny what to declare on your 1993 and 1994 tax returns you could have clicked on the above scribd.com link and refreshed your recollection (or had your tax accountant do so).
I'm working on my book and don't have time to address all of Gianelli's insanity. I've discussed the issues re. my tax returns with the IRS and FTB. That includes the wrongful altering of federal and state tax returns via the default judgment that conceals my ownership interest in these entities. I doubt Cohen's lawyer wrote and asked Gianelli to stop writing me. Gianelli has targeted me relentlessly since 2009. Clearly the man has motive.
