To the Department of Justice,

Streeter seems to have found a friend with Gianelli.  I am not going to deal with these liars and intend to appeal this decision.  The person who wasted taxpayer dollars is Leonard Cohen, his lawyers, the City Attorney, and the District Attorney.  God knows what they are attempting to prove?  Right now, the City Attorney is concealing evidence that proves Cohen perjured himself about Phil Spector.  The City Attorney is concealing evidence that Cohen perjured himself about the IRS refund.  The City Attorney lied to the judge when she told him that there's an IRS holding re. the fraudulent default judgment.  The City Attorney lied that I have the 1099 I need.  That is a required document and Cohen should be heavily penalized for withholding this.  The City Attorney didn't tell the jurors that the K-1s Cohen issued are illegal and evidence of criminal conduct.  I am not going to deal with these liars.  I intend to appeal this decision.  The trial judge permitted Cohen to testify that he perjured himself.  That was totally acceptable to Judge Robert Vanderet.  The judge lied - I didn't know about the IRS refund and didn't realize I would be involved in a federal tax matter before LA Superior Court.

I just spoke to Francisco.  We are going to appeal this decision and address, in detail, the prosecutorial misconduct.  I also discussed Gianelli with him - including the fact that he terrorized my family.

All the best,
Kelley
