To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,

Kory understands, and testified, that I asked that the illegal K-1s issued to me from LC Investments, LLC be withdrawn.  I have now filed IRS fraud form 3949a with respect to these illegal K-1s, at the instruction of the IRS.  I have asked for an accounting that addresses corporate ownership interests, assets, liabilities, and equity.  That would include Leonard Cohen's loans that are assets of Traditional Holdings, LLC.  Leonard Cohen lied in his declaration in the retaliatory lawsuit.  He is NOT the sole beneficial owner of Blue Mist Touring or Traditional Holdings.  There were no trusts.  It's simply perjury.  His declaration, that was in the IRS binder Streeter gave my lawyers, confirms that he is the 100% sole owner of LC Investments, LLC.  If you have any idea what these lunatics are attempting to prove, please let me know.  How does Leonard Cohen obtain a refund when he didn't pay taxes on Sony sale in 2001?  In any event, at the instruction of the IRS, I have also filed IRS fraud form 3949a witih respect to the fraudulent refund that I only discovered during my trial.  What's Gianelli's interest in Leonard Cohen's IRS problems?  Even Kory understood that Agent Sopko's email referring me to Agent Tejeda/IRS was a game changer.  I cannot address all of the lies in these transcripts but am preparing a document for Francisco Suarez that will address the more egregious lies - including those advanced by Sandra Jo Streeter with respect to the IRS, tax fraud, and tax information I need.  I will send you a copy of that document and a copy of the Motion/Writ Francisco Suarez will file on my behalf.  I want this appeal abandoned.  I do not want to deal with these liars any longer.  If they want to cover for Leonard Cohen they should go for it.  I think Francisco really sees through Cohen - he called him a "snake" and that's precisely what he is.

All the best,
Kelley

Kory:  What I saw is a request that we change the forensic accounting.  That we withdraw a K-1.  RT 426  Because she saw that we were reporting, that we had reported to the Internal Revenue Service that money that Mr. Cohen had paid taxes on he did not receive.  And therefore, Mr. -- when we reported that to the IRS we declared a theft loss.  Mr. Cohen got a tax refund.  RT 426
