To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,

Gianelli has stated that I thought I could cause IRS problems for Cohen.  I think when you don't pay your taxes, create sham entities, use corporate assets as your own assets, issue illegal K-1s, obtain fraudulent returns, abandon a green card and obtain a new one because Canada Revenue asks where you pay taxes while the IRS doesn't, etc. you - in this case Cohen - created your own tax problems.  Leonard Cohen has fashioned himself as the perpetual victim while stealing from others - such as me, Marty and Steven Machat, and - as it now appears - Phil Spector.  I don't know what authority Gianelli has to continuously make statements about what the IRS is or is not doing.  The IRS just advised me to file fraud form 3949a with respect to the illegal K-1s Cohen issued me and with respect to the fraudulent refund.  The IRS cannot settle any matter where Cohen has involved me.  That includes the wrongful altering of my federal and state returns via a fraudulent default judgment based on perjury, concealment, fraud, and lies.  What is clear to me now - Leonard Cohen doesn't care that he has three versions of his good rock and roll gun stories about Phil Spector before LA Superior Court; he doesn't care that he committed tax fraud and took the stand and lied about the IRS; and he feels comfortable lying and saying we were in a dating relationship although that issue is perjury because he either lied during my trial about it or at the March 23rd hearing.  Leonard Cohen has excessive lies before LA Superior Court.  Both he, Kory, and the prosecutor lied about the 1099 for 2004 that I don't have.  There is no accounting.  There's a forensic ledger that does not address ownership issues, assets, liabilities, equities, Cohen's loans in the millions, etc.

Gianelli is out front again doing the dirty work.  I guess they're feeling fairly confident about the IRS.  The prosecutors are feeling confident about the lies re. Phil Spector.  These people are insane.  Nothing else explains them.  In any event, I'm working a colorist.  I don't want to disappoint my frightening, creepy, stalker - Stephen Gianelli.  Don't forget - he may have found a sympathetic ear with Alan Jackson about me.  Perhaps the IRS can find out who the investigator was from the DA's office hanging out with Cohen, lunching with him, and watching him testify about Phil Spector and a gun in my intent to annoy Leonard Cohen fantasy on the part of the prosecutor.  Let me be clear - my lawyers and I are convinced that Streeter tried tos sabotage the IRS.  It's all in stone now and the lies are inconceivable.

All the best,
Kelley
