Please prepare and file the Motion to Vacate the Appeal. I have, as I've stated, decided not to proceed with a declaration. The lies in this matter are extensive and this is a waste of my life.
Would you kindly let the appeal court know that your client has decided to abandon the appeal because 1) the prosecutorial misconduct is overwhelming, they continue to lie, and Sandra Jo Streeter has attempted to retaliate against me during the appeal process - by lying to Detective Jose Viramontes/LAPD; 2) this is an IRS case and LA Superior Court is the improper venue; and, 3) I'm not interested in addressing LA's Phil Spector side show and engaging in illegal discovery attempts. Please also note that corporate books, records, and other documents prove that Leonard Cohen has stolen millions from me. I think this legal conspiracy is fairly transparent now. The City Attorney's office doesn't believe people need to be served or notified in California, are withholding exculpatory evidence - including the IRS binder, and refuse to address the fraudulently registered domestic violence order. I requested a civil harassment order at the Boulder hearing.
I absolutely agree with you - the City Attorney continues to cover for Cohen. That's fine. I've just filed IRS fraud forms with respect to his criminal K-1s and the fraudulent refund that I discovered at trial. The trial court's attempt to conceal Agent Tejeda is the key issue here.
Anyway, it's always nice to see liars whining about their budgets, as was the case with Deputy City Attorney Susan Schmitter in her declaration. The substandard document also speaks volumes. It's like reading some creepy soap opera script.
Please email me a copy of the Motion. I have had it with these lunatics and am now focused on my book and other legal issues that I find more compelling than appealing LA Confidential's insanity.
