Wendy Lascher,

I have contacted the Appellate Division re. your refusal to designate one law firm re. service of the appeal brief and so forth.  I'm certain you have some interesting rationale particularly given the fact that your client failed to serve me the summons and complaint in Case No. BC338322, used a fraud default as an opportunity to steal from me, and fraudulently registered a Colorado NON-DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ORDER issued without findings as a DMV order in Cali without notifying me of the newly created order.  As I've stated, I will now address all of this - including the fraudulently obtained federal tax refunds - directly with the Senate Judiciary.  That will also include the fraud DMV order, VAWA funding fraud, and extortion with respect to both my sentencing and the outrageous attempts on LA Superior Court's part to extort fines/fees from me re. DMV.  Exposing one's penis to a female colleague, looking at people defecating on one another, etc. is not by any stretch of the imagination a "dating relationship."

How are you?  I have a question for you.  Leonard Cohen's new appellate lawyer has filed an association of attorney.  I will be pursuing my appeals and, while they did not designate, what actual appeals they are referring to (electing, in the alternative, to simply provide the trial court case numbers), they would like two separate law firms served.  I think one law firm is acceptable and am not in a financial position to serve both law firms due to the situation that is actually being appealed on all fronts.  I would like to file a motion about this matter.  While I asked attorney Wendy Lascher, as a courtesy, if she would be willing to designate one firm, she refused to do so and doubled down. I personally find the conduct of all lawyers involved in this situation unconscionable and perverse.  My question is this:  may I file the motion electronically with you?

Thank you.

All the best,
Kelley Lynch
