Hello Ron,

I've received notice that my first two appeals are due in 30 days.  They are my motion for terminating sanctions (fraud upon the court) and the sealing of documents.  Of course, that makes me think of you since you were unable to seal your financial records but Cohen was able to seal corporate records that do not belong to him personally, PACER documents that can be purchased online, evidence not under seal attached to the Greenberg lawsuit in Colorado, documents one can purchase through the Southern District of NY, a declaration I submitted to the IRS, etc.  Leonard Cohen wants to conceal the evidence that he stole from me, corporations, and his lawsuit against me is nothing other than a concocted set of operative facts.  LA Superior Court certainly bends over backwards for Cohen:  they assign dating relationships when one doesn't exist, grant domestic violence orders when there is no domestic violence, provide fraudulent default judgments without obtaining jurisdiction, etc.  Leonard Cohen, of course, feels entitled to these orders, judgments, and verdicts.  He's a fascinating example of a religious sage.
