I suppose Stephen Gianelli was unaware that Phil Spector lost his ability to speak when he wrote repeatedly, attempting to elicit information about Mr. Spector, that he has a friend who spoke to him the other day. Phil Spector never told anyone that he appreciates Stephen Gianelli. Gianelli worked with Michelle Blaine in targeting my email accounts and blogs. Did Gianelli and Blaine have a "disdain" for my online posts? Why? Blaine's blog was one of the most vile and vulgar blogs I've ever seen - dedicated to slandering Phillip after she stole from him. She is the female Leonard Cohen although Cohen's a real pro. Gianelli wrote Lozzi, copying me in. I don't know either of these dangerous clowns. Gianelli is definitely Kelly Green, Mongochili, 14th Sheepdog, 17th Sheepdog. He is representing Leonard Cohen's legal interests and desperately attempting to infiltrate matters related to IRS and Phil Spector. He is now blatantly insulting FBI which is precisely what Cooley's investigator did.
Who does Gianelli believe would fall for his moronic attempts to advise me that Phil Spector appreciates him? Does Phil Spector appreciate Cohen's unofficial lawyer, Gianelli, targeting me, Paulette, my sons, elderly parents, etc. Does Phil Spector appreciate Leonard Cohen's three versions of his bullshit gun story about Phil Spector before LA Superior Court? Does Phil Spector appreciate the City Attorney eliciting perjured testimony about my email to Dennis Riordan that Cohen testified he was copied on? He wasn't. The City Attorney, working with the DA who prosecuted Spector, elicited perjured testimony from Cohen and attempted to sabotage IRS.
Phil Spector does not appreciate these criminals. I can assure you of that.

I just checked the PACER website (real time docketing information about all past and pending federal court maters in all civil and criminal courts and courts of appeal).As of today, December 12, 2015, there has been no action by the 9th Circuit on Phil Spector’s request for a certificate of appelability.The last thing filed in the appeal was on August 12, 2015, when Phil Spector’s attorneys filed the attached petition – which contains a good summary of the case for the 9th Circuit.
