I am putting together all of Gianelli's harassing emails from the past month or so. Many of them will be submitted with a new document I am filing with Tax Court explaining that I personally believe Gianelli altered/tampered with my Tax Petition evidence blog. The Petition was online at Scribd and Gianelli is obsessed with my blogs, Scribd documents, etc. In fact, he writes and tells me what to post on Scribd. He posts all documents related to Cohen and Spector.
I continue to believe Gianelli is lying about having a contact with Phil Spector. As this criminal is NOT a journalist and says he's a retired lawyer who doesn't REPRESENT anyone (although he does defend Leonard Cohen's legal interests), the word "source" is absolutely misleading. He has no "sources." This man attempts to infiltrate matters, elicit information, interfere with matters, and infests them with extraneous and slanderous information about me, Paulette Brandt, etc. He also targets my sons, witnesses, etc.
I have previously filed a declaration with Tax Court about this ongoing harassment. I want you to be aware that Gianelli harasses me, copies you in, and is now forwarding me emails you have privately sent him. I can assure you that Phil Spector doesn't "appreciate" this criminal who has worked with Michelle Blaine and is most definitely "Kelly Green," Mongochili, 14th Sheepdog, 17th Shitzu, etc.

I now have first hand reports from a person of substance (not some grafter out for what she can get like you) who (unlike you) actually talks to Spector every day.
The 2014 article said he was awaiting the surgery to remove the polyps.
And Alan Hootnick agrees that my source is bonifide and is glad that someone has finally told Spector that you (and others) are not his friends and are merely trying to use his name for their own benefit.

Dennis Riordan is being paid to appeal the order issued by the Central District of California denying Phil Spector’s habeas petition to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
