Mr. Fabian,
The criminal proxy operative is harassing Paulette Brandt over Leonard Cohen matters. Cohen lied - she didn't materially change her testimony. She provided details as Hess refused to permit my witnesses to testify.
Paulette Brandt advised this criminal to cease and desist ages ago. After her former roommate contacted Kory (in response to Paulette Brandt's rental arrears demand letter), the woman ended up represented by Gianelli. They proceeded, by lying to Small Claims court, to defraud Paulette Brandt of $6,700.
The situation is unconscionable. Gianelli, Kory & Rice have been advised to cease and desist. He is clearly Cohen's proxy operative and this has been going on since he heard from Kory & Rice in May 2009. Rice encouraged this criminal to harass and provoke me. She was copied on emails terrorizing my sons. Their declarations speak for themselves. The criminal does not.

Not only am I right - and I wouldn't bother if I wasn't - several courts have lifted language right out of my emails to Lynch, including the "ticket to the tax court" quote today. Judge Hess adopted an entire paragraph from one of my emails to Lynch when he addressed her orally (per the transcript) at the June, 2015 second motion to set Cohen's J aside.
She somehow believes my emails will prove she is being harassed, and THAT will win the day for her, so she attaches them to court filings. But all the courts see is my compelling reasoning and succinct, dispositive legal authorities cited chapter and verse by volume and page number.
The order is appealable to the 9th circuit, but they will affirm in a three line "per curam" order.
She always says she will appeal, and she always loses. Always.

Time and time again you have been proved correct, but she is still beating her head against the wall. Another example of the blinding power of wishful thinking.
