CIA,

Cohen's operative, the Criminal Stalker, must be thinking of THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. in keeping with Cohen's MKULTRA theme.  Somehow this all relates to the Tax Court case.  Perhaps there's a secret message Gianelli is attempting to share from Cohen to CIA.

IRS,

It's actually known as the Man OF La Mancha.  Gianelli should get his facts straight while insulting me and attempting to interfere with a federal tax controversy using a musical reference.  I do believe the Spanish Inquisition is appropriate when discussing LA Confidential.  I don't think the tax collection issue is really an accurate reference but Gianelli must have thought long and hard about this.  Is Leonard Cohen the evil magician in this rotten play?  I suppose Phil Spector is the prisoner and there's more on Gianelli's "mind" than meets the eye.  I thought the principal song in this play was "To Dream The Impossible Dream."  In any event, in Cohen's operative's mind, this allegory relates to the Tax Court case.  Perhaps Leonard Cohen is now "mind controlling" Gianelli.  That's a plausible explanation.

Good Morning Mr. Fabian,

The Criminal Stalker, Stephen Gianelli, is evidently amused while attempting to interfere with a tax controversy.  I think it's overwhelmingly clear that Gianelli is representing Leonard Cohen's interests given the fact that he doesn't represent me or IRS.

I am aware of Man from La Mancha.  I simply do not see why this would apply to a Tax Court matter.  As I have repeatedly said, some of the individuals involved in this situation truly resemble the criminally insane.  And, I would like to point out that this criminal has relentlessly targeted my sons, family members, friends, witnesses, and others.

I do not have an obsession with Cohen or bringing him down.  Boies Schiller advised me to find an attorney in LA, inform them that they reviewed all evidence and confirmed that Cohen owes me millions, and ask them to help me "take down" another Hollywood fraud.  That's pretty much an exact quote.  The City Attorney, in keeping with their attempts to cover for Cohen, felt the phrase was inappropriate.  Leonard Cohen brought himself down.  He has now stolen from me, Machat & Machat, and probably Phil Spector (if Machat was correct).  He is the individual who funneled monies into off-shore accounts.  Cohen is the individual who cannot live in Canada due to his residence and tax status.  Cohen is the individual who has attempted to blame others for his own wrong-doing.  Cohen is the individual with three versions of his bullshit good rock 'n roll story about Phil Spector before LA Superior Court.  He is the individual who uses corporations to invade taxes.  Leonard Cohen is the individual who raided his so-called retirement account (a corporation actually) and embezzled approximately $6.7 million.  Cohen is the individual who had the audacity to fabricate a narrative, unsupported by the evidence, and use it to obtain substantial fraudulent tax refunds.  However, Leonard Cohen is a narcissist who believes he has the right to do whatever he wants and with respect to legal matters, he prefers to be unopposed.  That permits Leonard Cohen the license to do and say whatever he wants.  It is now clear that challenging Cohen's fraud and perjury is useless as LA Superior Court condones that conduct.  Cohen believes theft, via default judgment, is also acceptable.  He and his representatives come up with one moronic lie after another.  Leonard Cohen is not unopposed right now and I intend to seek every possible legal remedy available to me.

Do you understand what reference was too subtle for me, Mr. Fabian?  It must be Gianelli's insane excuse that he is merely expressing his own views about Tax Court (to IRS Chief Trial Counsel's office) and not an unofficial member of Leonard Cohen's legal team currently engaged in an utterly lame and moronic cover-your-ass-operation.  Leonard Cohen stole the $1 million from Traditional Holdings, LLC.  Well, actually Blue Mist Touring Company, Inc.  TH is merely another shell company Cohen used to transfer income to himself while evading paying ordinary income taxes.  Leonard Cohen clearly believes he is entitled to engage in this conduct.  Will the Tax Court matter be dismissed soon?  I have no idea what the Court intends to do.  If there is an adverse decision, I plan to file an appeal.

Ms. Lynch,

The lyrics from Man from LaMancha reference the literary character, and play-within-a-play by the same name,  Don Quixote,  and not your alleged relationship status.

The reference is an allusion to your futile 10+ year  obsession with “bringing Cohen down” through tax fraud allegations, mass emails, blog posts and (more recently) your failed legal proceedings. (Your “tilting at windmills” as it were.)

Obviously, the reference was too subtle for you and/or you have a literary/cultural IQ of about a 2 if you don’t know the Cervantes play and the tony award winning musical that it inspired, let alone it’s principal song – made famous by multiple artists including Andy Williams, Robert Goulet, Frank Sinatra, and about 60 other well-known artists.

The views that I have expressed about your tax court (and other) matters are mine alone. Indeed, I don’t even know if Cohen knows about your tax court petition, let alone what his views of it are. It will be dismissed soon for lack of jurisdiction anyway, so it really doesn’t matter, does it?
