A Criminal Stalker, Stephen Gianelli, is writing me and Paulette slanderous statements. I do not know you at all. I've seen you briefly once or twice. I am aware that your response to the Small Claims matter was to call Leonard Cohen's lawyer, Robert Kory. You informed Ms. Brandt of this in front of the mediator.
I am aware that you are the individual who asked Paulette Brandt (in front of witnesses) if she knew where you could find cocaine. She didn't. Her boss was fired from Columbia Pictures for cocaine. She worked there in the 80s. Leonard Cohen is the individual who has a long and publicly documented history of drug, alcohol, and psychiatric problems. I intend to ask a Court to take that into consideration with respect to his fantasies about me. Also, the fact that I reported his criminal tax fraud as motive for targeting me. He has now stolen from me, Phil Spector, and Machat & Machat.
Paulette Brandt is none of your business. If I recall, you were a stripper who lived here with a dominatrix. You left your room here with 24 bags of garbage, had cats that pissed in the room (you evidently do not like litter boxes), and brought cock roaches in from your dumpster diving. I have heard that ypu were recently seen at the food bank flashing around $10,000 in cash attempting to impress people.
I believe you are attempting to shade down the estate of an elderly man in an attempt to defraud his family of a house.
Paulette Brandt and I would like you to cease and desist. And, I will note that attempting to extort $10,000 from Paulette Brandt is criminal conduct from what I can tell.
Do keep in mind that you and I do not know one another. No one here does illicit drugs or has a drinking problem. Good luck with Leonard Cohen and the Moonlighting Criminal.
A witness who also lived here with be present at today's hearing. She can explain the condition you left your room in and you confirmed that you intended to pay Ms. Brandt as soon as your social security check came in.
