A man who has been criminally harassing me, my sons, and others for six straight years has been continuously writing slandering letters to me about Paulette Brandt's Small Claims matter and has mentioned Linda Carol. I find this deeply offensive particularly as you advised Paulette Brandt that you phoned Robert Kory. You have nothing whatsoever to do with the Motion for Terminating Sanctions I just filed against Leonard Cohen or the fraudulent domestic violence order. In fact, you do not know me and/or Leonard Cohen. This was your response to the Small Claims matter over your failure to pay the rent you owe Ms. Brandt for the 14 months she permitted you to stay here.
I would strongly advise you to cease and desist and refrain from slandering me. I have been clear about this issue in the past.
I also find it offensive that you are, from what I can tell, attempting to shake down an elderly man's estate.
You live in the United States due to the U.S. government granting you a green card. Your conduct is unconscionable and that includes your counter-claims against Paulette Brandt which are fraudulent - as well as your attempt to extort $10,000 from her. The Small Claims Court ruled in favor of Paulette Brandt because you failed to appear at the hearing. I was present when the Clerk advised all parties (and you were present) to file a change of address if one was needed. You evidently failed to do so.
Attempting to slander and harass me will not resolve the fact that you owe rent to Paulette Brandt.
