Do you have any thoughts on why Gianelli would write and slander to me to the State of Kentucky's Tax Ombudsman over Traditional Holdings, LLC? It doesn't matter if I am in a vegetative state; a prostitute with a crack habit (which is what someone, probably Gianelli, told my ex-husband when he called to harass him); a drunk in a bar brawl; or, Mother Theresa for that matter. I am asking a question related to Cohen's testmony that Westin rectified a "mistake' with respect to TH that appears to involve my ownership/membership interest. The IRS has no information indicating that anything was "rectified."
I am aware that the owners of Dr. Heck of a Guy and the Leonard Cohen files communicate with Cohen's lawyers, Rice and Kory, and that is public knowledge.
As these are serious federal and corporate tax matters, any assistance you can offer in bringing the ongoing criminal harassment to an end would be appreciated. I have now provided you with a rough draft of my Memorandum (attached) so you are clear re. the issues I plan to address with Judge Hess. Another Motion will be filed with respect to the "restraining order" that was fraudulently registered in California. The Memorandum of Points & Authorities is a rough draft.
Rice has not achieved success with respect to me. There is a fraud default judgment; many outstanding federal tax and corporate matters; and a tremendous amount of perjury, fraud, and concealment. That is NOT success. The targeting of my sons is not a success. It is criminal conduct.
