Hello IRS, FBI, DOJ, and FTB,

The Stalker is now sending around emails from 2012, refuting his slanderous harassing emails, as though I just sent them.  This man is clearly on someone's payroll.  In response to my requesting, yet again, that he CEASE AND DESIST, he copied my sister, Deputy City Attorney "Swanigan," and Jeffrey Korn.  I have asked my sister to maintain all emails and, in particular, those where Cohen's fan copied in Michelle Rice, his lawyer who has lied about me and targeted me for years now.  

Since May 2009, when Gianelli heard from Cohen's lawyer and begin criminally harassing me, I have advised him to cease and desist and have refuted his slanderous and harassing emails.  He, and others, have relentlessly targeted my sister, sons, friends, business associates, and others.  

This man is not being copied in on my emails.  He was advised to cease and desist.  I have not bcc'd him or forwarded him emails.  I am forwarding his emails, and my comments, privately to IRS, FBI, DOJ, and FTB.

The Stalker's focus, at this time, is on IRS, criminal tax fraud statutes, Leonard Cohen, and the motions I intend to file with Judge Hess (asking him to refer Cohen for a perjury prosecution) and the "Family Court" asking them to dismiss the fraudulent "domestic violence" order.  There was and is no "domestic violence" and the Boulder order, I requested due to their "insanity," related to Cohen's desperation over Ann Diamond's article for Rolling Stone, and pursuant to the paperwork he filed, my communications with third parties, journalists, and online posts refuting his fabricated and pathetic narrative. I was not this man's "lover' and sexual harassment, indecent exposure, are not a statutory required "intimate dating relationship."  The statute requires that and Cohen acknowledged perjuring himself.  

Judge Hess essentially argued Leonard Cohen's case and appeared to take the position that a process server can get every detail of one's appearance wrong.  I have now provided you with declarations that prove I was not served.  One issue in federal court will be LA Superior Court's lack of jurisdiction to essentially alter previously filed federal tax returns and their lack of jurisdiction re. a fraudulently registered "domestic violence" order.  

I never criminally harassed my trial prosecutor.  The woman appeared to work in conjunction with Gianelli.  The same is true for Swanigan.  And there is now evidence of that and his own statements that he worked with the City Attorney of Los Angeles to have me arrested on two occasions.  My younger son has addressed the fact that these emails made him ill and the slander confused him.  He was also clear that he does not know these people; the issues have to do with IRS, Leonard Cohen, and Phil Spector, and I refuted the slanderous and defamatory statements.  He and my older son continue to be criminally harassed.

As for Gianelli's pathetic 4th paragraph:  it's a bald faced lie.  The drone Valentine Card was sent to FBI and DOJ.  Streeter lied throughout my trial and found a deranged opportunity to retaliate.  As for the Killer King situation, that demands a major investigation.  It was addressed in my letter to Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson.  Gianelli now appears to be arguing on behalf of the City Attorney of Los Angeles.  

As for the "probation" requirements, most of them related to the fraudulent "domestic violence" order.  This order is illegal in accordance with VAWA.

I have shared my private views with you on these criminally harassing emails from Gianelli and Walsh.  I have not written and copied Gianelli bcc or forwarded this criminal anything.  He evidently has an interest in statutes related to Leonard Cohen and criminal tax fraud.  He should address that with you directly. 

He has once again been advised to cease and desist.  This man is a dangerously unstable psychopath with motive.  Susanne Walsh's emails cc'ing Michelle Rice demand a serious criminal investigation.  I will continue, as I have been instructed to do, privately email this evidence to you with my comments.  I will say this - Leonard Cohen's fabricated narrative about some fictitious woman who was his lover is not an excuse to steal, lie, cheat, etc.  No one I know wants to see this man.  They despise him for his conduct.  That's merely factual.  Speak to them.

I have not blind copied you on emails or forwarded you emails.  You are simply a liar, criminal, and dangerously unstable individual.  You are arguing Leonard Cohen's legal matters, researching them, writing me emails on a daily basis, highlighting information, etc.  No one, without motive, goes to these lengths.  I have been clear with IRS, FBI, and DOJ that I personally am convinced you belong in prison.  

I am aware that Paulette Brandt is on your "distribution list."  This conduct involves extremely serious criminal witness tampering, criminal witness intimidation, and other very serious crimes.

If you have any questions re. IRS CID and/or Criminal Division of the DOJ and statutes of limitations re. the allegations of Leonard Chen's criminal tax fraud I brought to the attention of IRS on April 15, 2005, contact them directly.  I personally am dealing with very serious federal tax and corporate matters that do not involve you.  However, your obsession with me is frightening.  Perhaps you should speak to the individuals who are reading about you on the internet (as you wrote me) about your dangerously unstable conduct and obsession with my sons, family, and friends.

CEASE AND DESIST.  If and when you enter a formal appearance on behalf of Cohen, and a Court orders me to communicate with you, then - and only then - will I respond to your criminally harassing emails.
