I am writing with respext to Rian Malan's article "Life of a Ladies' Man." I would appreciate your removing the slanderous and defamatory remarks about my role in Cohen's dodgy tax shelters. I was Leonard Cohen's personal manager and reported allegations that he committed criminal tax fraud, and used me horrendously, to Internal Revenue Service and other tax authorities. Cohen retaliated with his lawsuit against me. Unfortunately, I was not served that lawsuit and am now attempting to address the situation legally. Leonard Cohen personally borrowed/expended approximately $6.7 million from his alleged retirement account. He had the option, and was contractually obligated to do so, to repay that amount with interest. Every word in Cohen's lawsuit is a lie and I intend to file a federal lawsuit addressing the issue. Cohen has literally stolen millions from me and intentionally bankrupted me. My family and I have been relentlessly targeted by rabid individuals including Cohen's fan, Susanne Walsh, who felt extremely comfortable copying Cohen's lawyer in on her unconscionable harassment.
