Gianelli's correct. I have advised you that I intend to file a Motion with Judge Hess; move to have the fraudulently registered restraining order dismissed; and advised you that I am filing a federal lawsuit. This is factual and does not involve Gianelli or Walsh. I've asked IRS, FBI, and DOJ to investigate their conduct and Michelle' [Rice]s role because she clearly allowed herself to be copied in on emails criminally harassing me, my sons, family members, and others. No one's obsessed with your client. I am addressing extremely serious federal tax matters and outstanding business and legal issues between me and Cohen and numerous corporate entities. I have advised you that IRS still views me as a partner on numerous entities so that's a highly legitimate and outstanding issue. The same is true for Cohen's loans'/expenses re. TH in the vicinity of $6.7 million plus interest.

I will put together the harassing emails and submit them to Judge Hess and the Commissioner in the restraining order matter. Your client has also emailed and I do not want to hear from him.
