Clearly, Phil Spector will have to weigh in on whether or not Susanne Walsh has a right to repeatedly contact his attorney with lies about me. I have repeatedly advised this fan of Leonard Cohen's to cease and desist. She refuses to do so - as is the case with Gianelli - and feels comfortable criminally harassing my sister. I believe Google Legal's Department should receive a subpoena to explain why they have decided - in a default judgment matter - that Leonard Cohen (and others - for instance, Michelle Blaine who stole approximately $900,000) - that these individuals have a right to target me, slander me, criminally harass me, etc. Leonard Cohen is obviously a desperate human being. I suppose his fan, Walsh, copying in his Beverly Hills attorney - Michelle Rice, has a reason for communicating with the IRS and FBI. In any event, this is how Leonard Cohen's operates. After all, per his email - he saw my son Rutger copied in and then took the stand and lied about his horrific accident. The City Attorney also felt that was appropriate. These people are the lowest forms of life but Cohen - who cannot live in Canada due to tax and residence issues - has some wrongdoing to deal with and knows I haven't been able to afford an attorney.

"permission" to copy in everybody on your spamlist, to every e-mail you have
written the past ten years, I do NOT need permission to copy any body in my
mails. I have no wish to "silence" you, Speak to your attorney or other
advisors, sue Leonard Cohen, sue Mr. Gianelli, sue me if you wish, do whatever
you have to do, but please stop "targeting, harassing, slandering, lying,
accusing etc. people on your public blog. I have read the condition for Google's
"Bloggers", and I absolutely believe they would like to review the content of
your "River Deep" blog and deceide if it should be allowed.

making false and defamatory statements regarding me. You are also advised
to cease and desist your persistent harassment of me, Rutger Penick, and other
members of my family including my sister and her husband, Karen and David
McCourt. You are ordered to stop all such activities immediately as they

harassment - with respect to me, my sons and family members, be advised that we
