To the IRS and FBI,
Do you find these comments, on the part of Gianelli, amusing? Clearly, this man feels he is involved in some kind of game that involves the IRS and FBI. Leonard Cohen has committed extremely serious criminal tax fraud. Gianelli continues in his attempts to infiltrate my defense. He has publicly stated that he spoke to one of my trial attorneys about my witnesses and what they could or could not corroborate. That is a very serious matter that warrants an investigation. The two witnesses that were discussed on the record are Agent Tejeda/IRS and my son who Gianelli relentlessly contacted including with respect to his Whole Foods matter, knowing he was represented. He also wrote me, copying in Rice and Streeter, in an attempt to entrap me into violating the latest
fraud order. There is no domestic violence and I was never in a dating relationship with Cohen. Furthermore, you cannot fraudulently file a civil harassment order as a domestic violence order. These people will do anything. It doesn't matter if it's lying, committing criminal activity, targeting people, etc.
I would like the IRS and FBI to investigate Gianelli's ongoing attempts to infiltrate my defense as well as his communications with both the City Attorney and District Attorney about me, Cohen, etc.
