It is insanely bizarre and ridiculous that Kelly Lynch is accusing Blogonaut of slandering her and lying about her (they only write proven and recorded facts) while she herself is lying about, and to a high degree slandering Blogonaut, Mr. Gianelli, Mr. Cohen, Mr. Kory, and really everyone who disagree with her assesment of herself as being an absolutely normal, healthy functionable, sober victim of the world.
First of all, Sanneka is someone who has previously targeted me – on the internet, etc. Jihad Gianelli is most definitely not writing proven and recorded facts. And a verdict or orders procured by fraud and perjury are void. I am not, at all, slandering Jihad Gianelli, Blogonaut (a preposterous Blog that appears to be devoted to me, Phil Spector, and Leonard Cohen). The notion that I could actually slander Leonard Cohen or Robert Kory is laughable. They should attempt to assess Leonard Cohen who has a long and publicly documented history of drug abuse, alcohol issues, and very serious psychiatric problems. I am an absolutely normal, healthy, functional, sober individual who will challenge the City Attorney’s bizarre position that I have mental health issues because she thinks I believe I have a long-time relationship with Cutler. I have a long standing relationship with Phil Spector and heard from him in Lynwood after advising him of what was going on with Cohen, Cooley, etc. Perhaps Leonard Cohen is so out of his mind these days, he thinks it is acceptable to have an entirely different version of the Phil Spector gun story than the Los Angeles District Attorney has in their motions and probably in the statements Mick Brown advised me were presented to the Grand Jury.
KL is now expressing anger about being accused of calling Leonard Cohen a "child molester", oh my God, I have several E-mails and 100's of blog comments, where this is exactly what she is doing. I don't understand how this woman was released without being committed, or at least evaluated, by a Mental Health facility, she is, if possible, more unstable and deranged than before her arrest. I also don't understand why part of her sentence, along with her not being allowed to own a weapon, not was ordered to stay away from the internet.
I am most definitely not expressing anger over the situation. This is well documented and emails from Ann Diamond, and others, exist on this issue. Freda Gutmann – NOT I – advised Ann Diamond that Lorca Cohen informed her classmates at Concordia that her father molested her. Van Penick is aware of this and I intend to speak to him and ask him for an Affidavit. I had no attorney/client privilege and neither did Leonard Cohen. Ann Diamond is also aware that she and Freda Guttman discussed this matter. Leonard Cohen and his cyber-terrorists cannot stop lying. I was evaluated prior to being released and that is something the cyber-terrorists seem to have no idea about. That is probably due to the fact that they are strangers, targeting me, with motive. I asked for the evaluation and I received one. My lawyer and the Sheriff’s Department are clear on this issue. I have no interest in owning a weapon. The fact that Cohen can is really surreal – particularly since Marty Machat had to disarm him in New York City at a time when he was on drugs, according to both Cohen and Mr. Machat. Steven Machat recalls this incident.
That she is still sending rambling letters to the IRS about Leonard Cohen's "Criminal Tax Fraud", even though she knows that IRS refunded the taxes Cohen paid on the money Lynch stole from him, shows again that she has totally lost touch with reality.
I have addressed the refund with Agent Luis Tejeda/IRS and am communicating with the IRS Commissioner’s Staff and the Franchise Tax Board. The refund in no way closed the case against Leonard Cohen and I absolutely stole nothing from Cohen. He lied and said the alleged overpayments related to my commissions as a personal manager. Cohen evidently has lost touch with reality and cannot testify to the fact that the IRS closed it’s case. Cohen and Kory appear to be oblivious to what my public defender discussed with Agent Tejeda/IRS or why Agent Tejeda/IRS was meeting with IRS attorneys re. the specifics of what he could testify about.
For the sake of everybody, I hope this seriously disturbed woman will be back in jail, or a hospital, very soon.
Same old lame insanity from dangerously unstable individuals obsessed with a stranger. I believe this is Susanne Walsh who is a Leonard Cohen fan and has motive. She also has publicly stated that she met and likes Robert Kory. Steven Machat, who intends to sue Cohen and Kory, has called Kory “Satan.” After watching the man lie on the stand – about the IRS, Agent Sopko, etc. it is obvious that he and Rice should be prosecuted with Cohen. Agent Bill Betzer/IRS advised me to bring the tax fraud to the IRS via their fraud hotline. He then advised me to bring it into the IRS with a lawyer. I then filed a complaint via their website and contacted the IRS Commissioner’s Staff in Washington, DC. Agent Betzer confirmed that he received a call from that office with respect to my calls to the fraud hotline, etc. Therefore, Robert Kory has been nailed in perjury.
