What does the criminal stalker have in mind this morning?  First of all, Phil Spector's divorce.  That's because he is moonlighting for the Spector prosecutors.  That would explain why he argued prosecution theories online, works in tandem with Ed Lozzi, worked with Michelle Blaine to target my blogs, helped the City Attorney falsely arrest me on two occasions, has dialogues with his own monikers (Kelly Green, etc.), and so forth.  What's the criminal's interest in Phil Spector's divorce?  I would assume it's Phil Spector's money.  In any event, this is between Phillip and Rachelle Spector and has nothing to do with "Gianelli" although he certain is desperate for information.

I will file an answer to KVW's fraudulent, baseless, and extortionate lawsuit.  She raised the fact that someone - it's unclear - accused her of targeting the estate of an elderly man.  Therefore, the Sam Menning case is material and that would include her use of his credit card the day of his death and the day after.  Obviously, an answer will be filed.

My RICO suit was filed and I have provided IRS, FBI, and DOJ with the case number and Complaint.

The criminals certainly know how the system works.  Essentially, the ambulance chasing crowd understand how to procure fraud default judgments, dime a dozen restraining orders, and then argue about fee waivers.  If the Court doesn't accept the Complaint as is, that will not be the end of the situation.  Ultimately, if necessary, I will sue the IRS for relying on a state court judgment procured by fraud.  The TH federal tax returns will also be at issue.

Why would a federal court give any type of preclusive effect to judgments, verdicts, and orders obtained by fraudulent means?  I don't see the probation violation in my RICO suit but the City/County will when I file a RICO suit against them.  Gianelli's arguments go to motive.

I am advising the two of you to cease and desist.  My RICO suit was filed.  Is Von Watteville amused?  She should be concerned about her baseless, fraudulent, extortionate lawsuit. An answer will be filed next week.  Make no mistake about that.  I want the Court to pay close attention to the Menning case, the fact that this woman argues that people force her into homelessness, KVW's sense of entitlement and contradictory "stories," and the fact that this woman used the credit card of a dead man the day he died and the day after.  I am also aware of the fact that KVW encouraged Christian Slater's father to sue him and his mother.  The two of you engaged in egregious witness tampering with Linda Carol.  

Neither of you know Oliver Stone, Ron Burkle, or David Geffen.  That's for certain.  Is everyone amused with FBI?  I suppose that's why the moron at the DA's office, Cooley's personal "investigator," told me to tell the Denver FBI "Merry Christmas."  This town is corrupt; government actors in this town are corrupt; the court system is corrupt and this is not a secret.  People have long viewed LA as LA Confidential and rightly so.  

Leonard Cohen is the individual who advised people that he was a participant in CIA's MK Ultra Program.  Cohen is the individual who advised many journalists that he was recon during the Bay of Pigs.  The fool fantasizes about men holding guns on him and all women who criticize him are scorned "lovers" or women stalking and harassing him.  As his friend Irving Layton concluded:  Cohen is a narcissist who hates himself.  He's also consumed with revenge fantasies.

Am I ridiculous?  I don't think this is mere personal drama. I think half the local government in LA targeted me, attempted to sabotage IRS and federal tax controversies, and LA Superior Court secretly assigned me a "dating relationship" [with Leonard Cohen] that now involves VAWA funding fraud.  They were not satisfied merely sabotaging IRS, they used a fraud domestic violence order to falsely arrest me and lie about federal tax matters.  I'm not talking about a "pissant misdemeanor."  I'm talking about a blatant set up using this criminal to terrorize my sons, provoke and harass me while he represents Cohen's interests and attempts to infiltrate Phil Spector's case. I'm not relitigating anything in my RICO suits.  The VAWA funding fraud, etc. has not been litigated and I think the judge blatantly lied about the fraud DMV order at the September 1, 2015 hearing.  These people and their views on jurisdiction are outrageous.  

What the stalker wants to know - did Bruce Cutler call me?  He'll have to phone Bruce Cutler and ask him.  He's been harassing me over Bruce Cutler since 2009.  

I think the Senate Finance Committee should watch the video of my "dating relationship" with Leonard Cohen.  They can ask themselves this:  why didn't LA Confidential assign me a dating relationship with Ron Burkle or David Geffen?  Why should I be assigned a "dating relationship" with a man who fantasizes about men holding guns on him, sexually harasses women, steals from people, and perjures himself as easily as he breaths?  Also, why did Cohen and Kory go into Steve Lindsey's office to advise him that I had sex with Oliver Stone?  Am I a slut?  Is that their defense?

Hello Senate Judiciary,

An insane amount of harassment is taking place and it's far more pervasive than you can imagine.  Nevertheless, it's the usual suspects.  I had lunch with a friend today and stopped by his office to print a draft of my RICO suit.  I want to make sure you read this.  I think it's relatively well argued for someone who is not a RICO expert.   I have informed the Court about some of the RICO cases I've relied on.  I'm also attaching my Mail & Wire Fraud Schedule.  I think this gives a good, solid overview although there's far, far more.

I'm almost read to file this document and, once I do, I intend to mail a copy to Senate Grassley.  I will also reiterate my question:  why am I in receipt of a memorandum clearly confirming that Cohen and his representatives failed to report $8 million gross income re. the 2001 TH corporate return; why am I a partner on the federal tax returns: why does the Complaint before LA Superior Court confirm that state returns weren't filed either; why was Leonard Cohen permitted to transmit that Complaint to IRS and file/amend his tax returns and apply for and receive fraudulent tax refunds - using my identification information?  Those are just some of my questions.  

I see someone from the U.S. House of Representatives was on my blog.  Kelly Green is, of course, Stephen Gianelli. I have seen no evidence that Agent Tejeda exonerated anyone and I will reiterate - I didn't handle corporate, tax, IRS, legal, financial, or investment matters. I was clear about that with Cohen/Westin in February 2002 email that LA Superior Court has sealed.  I will enclose that email for Senator Grassley.  It also confirms my concern about the $1 million and $7 million inadvertent 1099s.  I want to ask Senate Grassley if he personally believes fraud upon the Tax Court is a "frivolous" matter and why the 9th Circuit might feel that way.

On a separate note, I want Senate Grassley to understand that if LA Confidential wants to assign me a dating relationship, and engage in VAWA funding fraud, I would prefer it to be someone like Ron Burkle or David Geffen.  I'm not interested in being assigned a dating relationship with a man who believes he was a participant in CIA's MK Ultra and who fantasizes about men holding guns on him, Canadian poet Leonard Cohen.

In case it's difficult to visualize, if I created a "Wanted Poster" about Von Watteville, it would look like this with the text from the Sam Menning estate trial brief.  Linda Carol and I did not distribute any such "Wanted Poster."  Gianelli is lying, as usual.  I'm not in third grade and view this lawsuit as extortion.  Once again, if Gianelli shows up for the trial, he should be arrested for his ongoing harassment, stalking, etc. of so many LA residents.

Defendant herein asserts that there has actually been a long history of financial abuse of decedent Menning by Plaintiff.  For example, Plaintiff used decedent Menning’s credit cards on the date of his death and the day after his death.  The use by Plaintiff was obviously fraudulent as she, as indicated, used his credit cards after his death.

           

Plaintiff convinced decedent Menning, an elderly man, on occasion to loan her money or to provide funds to her, but she never repaid the money.

The present action is simply a long-standing attempt by Plaintiff to extract more money from decedent Menning’s family, even after his death.
