This criminal continues to harass me over Leonard Cohen and federal tax matters.  That would include the Tax Court case that I will now appeal to the 9th Circuit.  I just got off the phone with the 9th Circuit and will file the Notice of Appeal with Tax Court.  Clearly, the 9th Circuit understands that Tax Court has jurisdiction over fraud upon the court.

As the order of the tax court issued to day made crystal clear - and as I have also informed you - a "notice of determination" issued to the PETITIONER (which hMr. as been called "the taxpayer's ticket to the tax court") is a necessary prerequisite to tax court jurisdiction.

No notice, no jurisdiction. No jurisdiction, petition dismissed - and along with it all of your collateral claims of "harassment", "blog tampering", "witness intimidation", "monikers", "operatives" and conspiracies.

No amount of additional emails, blog posts, or "appeals to the 9th Circuit" are going to change the fundamental facts that the tax court enjoys limited jurisdiction, that the tax court has no statutory jurisdiction over the issues referenced in your tax court filings, and lacks the power to entertain your petition even if it wanted to.

Last, give Mr. Fabian a break. Now that your petition has been dismissed he will be closing his file. If and when you file an "appeal" it will be handled elsewhere.

You are only succeeding in making a nuisance of yourself.

Not only am I right - and I wouldn't bother if I wasn't - several courts have lifted language right out of my emails to Lynch, including the "ticket to the tax court" quote today. Judge Hess adopted an entire paragraph from one of my emails to Lynch when he addressed her orally (per the transcript) at the June, 2015 second motion to set Cohen's J aside.

She somehow believes my emails will prove she is being harassed, and THAT will win the day for her, so she attaches them to court filings. But all the courts see is my compelling reasoning and succinct, dispositive ‎legal authorities cited chapter and verse by volume and page number.

The order is appealable to the 9th circuit, but they will affirm in a three line "per curam" order.

She always says she will appeal, and she always loses. Always.

Hi IRS,

What federal tax matter with Cohen is time barred?   Clearly, not his fraudulent tax refunds; the transmittal of fraudulent documents to IRS; or the fact that he refuses to provide me with IRS required tax and corporate information.  

The operative is so obsessed that he cannot uphold his own decision not to contact me until March.  Leonard Cohen uses operatives.  That would include, but is not limited to, Gianelli, Walsh, et al.

In any event, my RICO suit should be filed within the next two weeks and we shall see what happens with federal court.  There are also four appeals and these will not end with the Appellate Division.  LA Superior Court does not have jurisdiction over me in any of the Cohen-related matters.  That includes the fraud domestic violence prosecution.  I will ask the federal court to refer this matter to the DOJ for an investigation into VAWA funding fraud.  I won't be going to the Grand Jury of Los Angeles since they are controlled by the District Attorney.

To the Government of Cuba,

I was hoping President Castro could address whether or not he or his intelligence/military actually believed Leonard Cohen was a member of the first "landing party" related to Bay of Pigs.  According to Cohen, he was surrounded by soldiers, taken to a police station, and interrogated.  There are discrepancies in his story.  

I would appreciate President Castro's insights into this situation.  Leonard Cohen has also accused me of having "sex" with Oliver Stone to stir up a custody matter.  He's out of control but in bed with half the local government of Los Angeles.

On one side, 1,400 American paratroopers tried to invade Cuba in April of 1961. On another side, Cuba repelled the invasion. And on the third side — the underappreciated side — a 27 year old Canadian by the name of Leonard Cohen was certainly doing something, though the nailed down quality of what it actually was seems to be up in the air.

In one telling, Cohen went to Cuba because he was “fighting on both sides.” In another, he went because of “a deep interest in violence. I was very interested in what it really meant for a man to to carry arms and to kill other men — and how attracted I was exactly to that process.” And in the the third, he went, he got drunk (on rum, Cuba libre, or mojitos, quien sabe; déjame en paz y me deja escribir), spent his time with late night movie operators and hookers, was woken up by an official from the Canadian embassy, taken to said embassy, and politely and firmly informed that his mother was worried about him.

Of the latter — Cuban militants tried to bomb the airport, the press of which overplayed the danger of the reality, thereby attracting his mother’s attention — Cohen said that he felt feisty when he’d been woken by the embassy official, like Upton Sinclair. “I was on an important mission!” 

Cohen’s first album is four years off at this time. Cohen was temporarily detained, and — given that — tried to leave the country. When he did, he discovered a red line drawn through his name on a clipboard at the airport and was directed to a security room, at which point the picture of him with the militants was discovered. They put him under a guard, a fourteen year old with a rifle, a fourteen year old with whom he then tried to have an argument, which went nowhere. A scuffle broke out somewhere in the airport. The teenage guard ran off to assist. Cohen was left alone.

Cohen looked around, repacked his bag, got back in line, and boarded. No one asked for his ticket.

This is Gianelli's attempt to elicit information.  And, he's also interested in Cuba.  Do you believe Leonard Cohen's stories about the Bay of Pigs?  In this particular version, Cohen evidently went to Cuba to "defend" Havana.  In the version below, Cohen was fighting on "both sides."

What version does CIA believe?  What version of the Spector gun story does CIA believe?  Do you think the gun was an automatic or semi-automatic?  Do you think the gun was held to Cohen's head, neck, or chest?  I think Leonard Cohen is a chronic liar and fabulist.

I never had to attempt to turn Spector against Cohen.  Phil Spector cannot stand the man and refused to mix the album with him.  

I'd love to hear CIA's views.  Evidently, Gianelli would like people to believe that it's crazy to "write" CIA but it's fine for Cohen to inform people that he was a  participant in CIA's MK ULTRA program and tantalize journalists and awe inspired fans with his tales of being Recon during Bay of Pigs and so forth.

As for my situation with Cohen, do you believe his personal testimony that I never stole from him?  How about his personal testimony that we were in a "purely business" relationship?  What is going on with LA Superior Court?  What courtroom holds the true answers to these mysteries?  Well, I think it's obvious that Cohen wasn't coached properly for the March 23, 2012 hearing but he lied that I "failed" to file my tax returns and he's not my husband.  He's a liar.

Given Cohen's fantasies about guns being pointed at him, it is easy to see how he invented the story about Phil Spector pointing a gun at him, no?

On one side, 1,400 American paratroopers tried to invade Cuba in April of 1961. On another side, Cuba repelled the invasion. And on the third side — the underappreciated side — a 27 year old Canadian by the name of Leonard Cohen was certainly doing something, though the nailed down quality of what it actually was seems to be up in the air.

In one telling, Cohen went to Cuba because he was “fighting on both sides.” In another, he went because of “a deep interest in violence. I was very interested in what it really meant for a man to to carry arms and to kill other men — and how attracted I was exactly to that process.” And in the the third, he went, he got drunk (on rum, Cuba libre, or mojitos, quien sabe; déjame en paz y me deja escribir), spent his time with late night movie operators and hookers, was woken up by an official from the Canadian embassy, taken to said embassy, and politely and firmly informed that his mother was worried about him.

Of the latter — Cuban militants tried to bomb the airport, the press of which overplayed the danger of the reality, thereby attracting his mother’s attention — Cohen said that he felt feisty when he’d been woken by the embassy official, like Upton Sinclair. “I was on an important mission!” 

Cohen’s first album is four years off at this time. You do realize that not only did Phil Spector NOT DISPUTE the allegation that he pointed guns at many people over the years at his criminal retrial, Spector called a DEFENSE WITNESS who testified that Phil Spector pulled a gun on him? 

The defense maintained that it is not just women that Spector has pulled a gun on, it's a great many people - mainly men that he has pulled guns on. And none of them were ever shot. 

This evidence was presented to rebut the prosecutions theory of the case - that Spector only pulls a gun on women when they want to leave. 

In view of this, why do you think that Spector gives a tinker's damn whether or not Leonard Cohen has stated in interviews over the years that Spector pointed a gun at him, and on another occasion a cross-bow? 

Spector does not care, not even a little. 

Nice try trying to get Spector to hate your primary nemesis, but it didn't work. 

And you only come off like an ass for harping on it.
