What part of cease and desist confuses your ambulance chasing, psychotic brain?  You most certainly do not represent Bruce Cutler or Dennis Riordan.  The mere notion is farcical.  Both of these individuals are adult men who have my contact information (both email and phone) as well as Paulette Brandt's.  Therefore, if we (not YOU) have something to discuss that will be done so privately.  

I personally believe you used me to phone Bruce Cutler in an attempt to infiltrate Phil Spector's case - whether or not Mr. Cutler advised you that he left the case or not.  I believe you represent the legal interests of Leonard Cohen and are moonlighting for the Spector prosecutors.  That's probably why Investigator William Frayeh (who you constantly cc. although he was an investigator on the Spector case) concluded that you found a "sympathetic ear" with Alan Jackson about me.  That may be why you have made insane comments, on behalf of Dixon and Jackson, that they "fear for their lives" over Emimen's lyrics (Love the Way You Lie and Puke - with Eminem's references to "dry humping").  And, it might explain why Gary and Louis Spector consulted with you re. their father's "estate."  It would explain why Blaine and Sprocket were posting on your blog (and I have my comments so don't bother lying that it was hundreds or thousands; I also have your original emails about that insanity).  You worked with Blaine to target my Free Phil Spector blog and email accounts.  She publicly congratulated you.  You have sent me at least one deranged cc. on your email to Ed Lozzi, Clarkson's publicist.  You work in tandem with these individuals, including Lozzi, online and set up reasonable doubt theories that can be attacked and refuted.  Feel free to communicate directly with Lozzi but leave me out of your insanity re. Clarkson.  The woman shot herself; was probably a prostitute who played with guns; grew up on an LSD commune; and was served her childhood pony, which she ate, by commune members.  That is hardly a stable environment and in fact shocks people.  You argue Spector prosecution theories online. You've publicly lied that Clarkson's DNA wasn't on the ammunition and lied that the gun was Phillip's.  Bruce Cutler and Phil Spector have confirmed that it was not.  Your pal, Bill Pavelic, has provided me with considerable information and that would include re. who could help prove that the gun was not Spector's.  You helped defraud Paulette Brandt of $6,700 and routinely lie and slander her.  You encouraged Karina Von Watteville to sue PB, me, and Linda Carol who you terrorized over her declaration which is absolutely privileged and that is witness tampering.

You have terrorized my sons for seven straight years.  You are an absolute psychopath and pathological liar.  You have engaged in egregious witness tampering with many people including all witnesses who provided declarations to numerous courts on my behalf.  You routinely lie about me and all matters related to Leonard Cohen.  You have lied that I attempted to turn Phillip against Cohen.  That is laughable and insane.  You have lied that you know someone who communicates with Phillip and read your insane article - a defense of Cohen slandering me - to him.

It's none of your business what Bruce Cutler or Dennis Riordan think about me.  That's their business and they know very well how to communicate with me.  They also happen to be two of the greatest attorneys in this country and most certainly don't need an ambulance chasing agent provocateur/infiltrator attempting to elicit information about Phil Spector while representing the interests of Cohen - who lies about Phillip and has three versions of his gun story before LA Superior Court.  Cohen is a thief who has stolen from me, Machat & Machat, Phil Spector, and others.

My sentencing judge can read my RICO suits.  He can also ponder where his jurisdiction arose from including with respect to the fraud DMV order and DMV related orders.  I am well aware of the fact that LA Superior Court could care less about jurisdiction, actual facts, evidence, the truth, or anything else.  

Dennis Riordan has never made a public statement, liar, so you're on one of your fishing expeditions. Why don't you do the world a favor and climb back under the sleazy rock you crawled out of.  Cease and desist, criminal.

Thank you for your opinion.  I wholeheartedly disagree.  This is egregious fraud upon the court, theft, self-dealing, embezzling and so forth but I appreciate your insights.  I didn’t file the appeal document so it would be impossible to discern if it was “frivolous” or not. 

My opinion, on the other hand, is that our court system condones fraud, perjury, and criminal conduct. 

I won’t be appealing this matter.  There’s no point in addressing individuals who refuse to hold others accountable for their actions.

I do want to thank you for posting my fee waiver application online and exposing me to the ongoing criminal harassment by Bay Area lawyer, Stephen Gianelli.  Very generous of the 9^th Circuit.
