Hello IRS,
Gianelli is not only interested in Louis Spector and Phil Spector's case but is attempting to elicit information about my Tax Court Petition. I previously said I would, if necessary, file a Complaint in Tax Court re. Cohen's Complaint before LA Superior Court due to the issues it raises - including embezzlement, criminal tax fraud, wrongful conversion of properties, alter ego re. the corporate entities, etc. I have not filed that Petition and the Criminal Stalker has no idea what my Petition is about.
Leonard Cohen is now, based on his fraudulent allegations in the Complaint (which are not "facts" that any court could rely on), attempting to embezzle millions in illegal interest. Leonard Cohen's sense of entitlement shocks the conscience.
Gianelli's not involved in my Tax Court matter but his obsession with me, Cohen's legal issues, IRS and federal tax matters, fraudulent domestic violence order, and Phil Spector is astounding. He is clearly moonlighting and works as an unofficial member of Cohen's legal team while arguing Spector prosecution theories online.
In any event, my Tax Court Petition is none of this Criminal's business.

There are scores of additional emails from you threatening to file a tax court case, dating back to 2010, should your threatened motion to vacate Leonard Cohen’s $7M default judgment against you be denied – but these two examples make my point.

I am working on my motions (vacating the fraud domestic violence order and opposition to Leonard Cohen's wholly retaliatory Sanctions Motion). I would like a formal IRS opinion on LAPD's position that my alleged emails were generally requests for tax information; requests for IRS required tax and corporate information are violations of the fraud restraining orders; and the default judgment itself. Cohen is now arguing that my requests for clarification of the judgment, vis a vis, IRS requirements, were made in bad faith. I have seen nothing to support Cohen's testimony that any court - let alone IRS - determined that Cohen has no tax obligations to me and/or the entities themselves.
I have forwarded you the Criminal Stalker's latest harassing emails re. my Tax Court Petition and Phil Spector. I have most certainly not stated for years that I was filing a Petition with Tax Court. The Criminal Stalker is merely attempting to elicit information about these matters. It's none of his business what "determination" I have challenged. We know for a fact that it was not the non-existent IRS holding my alleged prosecutor addressed with the Court during my 2012 trial.
