Hi IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

The Proxy Lawyer continues to slander me online.  The obsession is thoroughly frightening - particularly as this criminal relentlessly targeted my sons.  I think some judges are corrupt and some are liars.  After all, the Kids for Cash judge was arrested and is now in prison.  Stephen Gianelli is now arguing what I have said although he's a liar.  I suppose he thinks Judge Hess is online.  It's irrelevant.  I am entitled to my opinions and LA Superior Court judges have lied on the [bench].  That's their problem - not mine.  

Look at the lengths Leonard Cohen has gone to target me.  And, he's targeted my sons.  And now what?  Daniel Bergman's representing him.  I don't care.  They all look evil to me.  I am moving onto federal court.

Let's be clear here - in accordance with Colorado statutes - Judge Enichen had no right to grant Leonard Cohen a TRO ex parte.  That's based on a plain english language reading of the statute.  The man flew into Boulder, Colorado in the midst of a European tour the day after Ann Diamond was legally threatened.  And, I want to remind you, one of things Kory threatened her over were IRS and federal tax matters.  He doesn't speak for the IRS and IRS is very fortunate.  

A jury convicted me - based on lies, concealed evidence, a prosecutor who told them I had the tax information which I don't, domestic violence issues that don't exist, and Leonard Cohen's dog and pony show.  Evidently, the same jurors believe it is acceptable for a man to take the witness stand and perjure himself.  It wasn't just once (at least from their perspective):  Cohen admitted changing his testimony and then admitted he wasn't copied on the April 18, 2011 email.  And that's only the beginning.  I didn't accuse Cohen of molestation and he should look closer to home or to his first girlfriend.  No one threatened him.  The man curses.  He was considered pornographic in Canada.  Why should I be placed in this position [requesting] tax information for 10 straight years?  Who is this Canadian to lie that he doesn't have an obligation to give me IRS required tax and corporation information?  The judgment is not retroactive.  If the man doesn't want people talking about his "penis," he shouldn't expose himself to his female colleague.  Yes, with Leonard Cohen a phrase is incredibly threatening.  Meanwhile, the man has private investigators, endless legal teams, and law enforcement doing his bidding - while he lies to them.

What four lawsuits was I served with by different process servers?  These process servers lie and the courts do NOTHING about it.  Is he talking about Greenberg.  I think Greenberg's lawyers - and the judge - understood I received the lawsuit.  Clea Surkhang even went to the Court, picked up a copy, and sent it to me.  I didn't fail to respond to the suit.  Cohen didn't serve me.  

I hope they file the Sanctions Motion because that's going to be sent to Tax Court.  I want Tax Court to understand the lengths Cohen is going to conceal what occurred and to further his fraud re. the fraud refunds.

Gianelli's mad - people know he's a troll with motive.  He's also Mongochili.  Bergman's client permitted Gianelli to target my minor son for years - and it made him physically ill.  These people are criminals.  Common criminals.

Dedosdigital, to the contrary, if you are now saying only SOME judges are "corrupt" in federal and state court in Los Angeles and Colorado, what an AMAZING COINCIDENCE that Kelley Lynch has drawn a "corrupt" judge in the half-dozen civil matters and several criminal matters in which she has become involved as a party. Either that or she is lying, as the transcripts and court documents reveal. Here in the real world, though, when you appear at a hearing on a restraining order and ASK the judge to go ahead and issue the requested order against you and she does, that is generally NOT regarded as a sign of a "corrupt bench". Nor is it a sign of corruption for a jury to convict a defendant charged with harassing emails in the face of a restraining order who admittedly sent thousands of abusive, obscene, and threatening emails and left  scores of similar voice messages (many berating his penis size, accusing him of "molestation", and stating he should be "shot" for her victim. Nor is it a sign of "corruption" when -  after being served with  four different lawsuits by four different professional process servers that were filed by four different law firms on behalf of unrelated plaintiffs - you fail to respond to the suit and judgment is entered against you. In your world maybe, not mine.
