Susanne Walsh, Cohen's fan (who frequently copied Michelle Rice on her harassing emails), is now criminally harassing me, Paulette Brandt, and Linda Carol. She has copied in Investigator Frayeh of the DA's office who was an investigator on the Phil Spector matter.
I did indeed report Leonard Cohen's criminal tax fraud to IRS on April 15, 2005. I have Kory's May 2005 (and thereafter) emails confirming that fact. I think Kory thought the matter was so serious, after reading Agent Sopko's email to me, that he called Agent Tejeda and scheduled a meeting. At that point he provided perjured evidence to the IRS. I made no false report to IRS and Walsh is lying to the District Attorney and City Attorney about that fact. But, she lives in Denmark, right? Untouchable like Gianelli. She is functioning as an operative of Leonard Cohen's and I have asked you to address this matter previously. I never stole from Cohen and he is the individual who stole my share of intellectual property; withheld commissions due me for services rendered; and embezzled somewhere in the vicinity of $6.7 million from Traditional Holdings, LLC alone. He also collected royalties for assets owned by Blue Mist Touring. The fraud financial ledger failed to address that fact and this was concealed from the IRS Trial Counsel when the $1 million prepayment Cohen received on the TH deal was audited.
Leonard Cohen won nothing. He obtained a default judgment in a lawsuit where I was not served. Cohen has definitely accused me of misappropriation. He also testified that I never stole from him.
I see Walsh is interested in "Bruce Cutler." I stand by my letters and know for a fact that Phil Spector felt he had a right to be informed of Cohen's testimony about him and a gun; Cohen aligning himself publicly with Steve Cooley; etc. Is Walsh interested in Oliver Stone? I remain convinced that Gianelli sent the bloody stump email slandering Oliver Stone and falsely accusing him of criminal conduct. I have no mental health issues and do not have any substance abuse issues.
Why are the declarations submitted to Judge Hess a joke? Because they're not calling me a drunken slut?
I am advising you to admonish Walsh, who was able to copy Rice on many emails. to cease and desist her slanderous and false accusations and to stop harassing me, Paulette Brandt, and Linda Carol. I will now call Investigator Frayeh again to address the ongoing criminal conduct.

What a freaking joke. The master manipulator, lier, slanderer, thief, fraud, jailbird, and much less than attractive and well groomed Kelley Lynch, is accusing everybody who "sees right through her", of all the things, she herself is..
1. Kelley Lynch did not "report" Leonard Cohen's criminal tax fraud, Cohen was never (by the IRS) suspected, accused, arrested or convicted of any fraud, he was refunded the taxes he paid on the money Lynch stole from him. Therefore, Lynch made false reports to the IRS.
2. Yes, Leonard Cohen DID accuse Ms. Lynch of stealing from him, he sued her and won the case. Could hardly be clearer. What Cohen said was, that he did not accuse Lynch of stealing from him AFTER they parted ways, in early 2000's.
3. Lynch accuses everybody of lying, stealing, defrauding, harassing, stalking, slandering, targeting, being alcoholics, drug addicts, mentally ill, involved with the Mafia, child molestors, threatening, being obsessed with her, and being old, ugly and out of shape.
4. Lynch lies in every word she speaks and type, she stole close to ten million dollars from her boss and friend, she conspires to sue everybody who disagree with her, she is targeting, stalking, harassing Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory, Bruce Cutler, Stephen Gianelli, the IRS, FBI, DJO and numerous others. She is obsessed with Leonard Cohen, Phil Spector, Oliver Stone, Stephen Gianelli. She is obviously a very mentally ill and unstable, unattractive, overweight and out of shape alcoholic.
5. All the so called "declarations" from family and friends, to testify to Lynch's "wonderful" character and personality, are a joke. I am convinced that they are obviously written by Lynch herself

I find it astounding that anyone who like you as depicted in this fall, 2014 photograph would refer to another woman’s appearance in such a gratuitously disparaging manner (let alone in mass emails to the law enforcement, the national media and others, let alone in reference to a person who is older but always been attractive and has obviously taken care of herself). This is just further evidence that your intent is to maliciously wound and that your capacity for self-delusion is boundless.
Do you ever look in the mirror? Because you could be fairly described in less than charitable terms.
