The latest criminally harassing email from Karina Von Watteville's so-called lawyer. Do you think this situation - with Von Watteville and Gianelli - is transparent enough? Making slanderous statements about me to third parties is harassing, slanderous, libelous, etc. and they were "published." Karina Von Wattevile does not know me. I met her two or three times and she spent the entire time talking about herself, accident settlement, Sam Menning's house, her lump sum social security check, her work as a stripper, etc. I found it deranged.
The woman has simply decided to insert herself into my matters. After receiving Paulette Brandt's rent demand letter, she called Robert Kory. At no time did she advise Paulette, the mediators, or myself and other witnesses, that Gianelli told her to sue me. She said Robert Kory did. The second mediator advised me to bring her psychotic behavior to the attention of the judge. She was screaming about Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory, and she mentioned ICE. I have copied IRS, FBI, and DOJ on my emails (document all of this since reporting Cohen's criminal tax fraud allegations on April 15, 2005) since 2005. The IRS, and Agent Tejeda later, asked for specificity and I can think of no better way to deal with what has unfolded then documenting this.
Karina Von Watteville, after receiving the rent demand letter, became obsessed with me, lied and told people I was on probation (which I was not when I met her), advised people she would get me in "trouble" and "have me investigated," and went on a campaign of slander and harassment with respect to me. People were upset by what they heard and repeated it to me. I addressed it in a handful of cease and desist letters, with IRS-FBI-DOJ copied in, and I can assure you that Robert Kory has motive when it comes to me.
The family of Sam Menning, and the lawsuit is a matter of public record, does not believe Von Watteville is entitled to take his house from them. The other issues have been addressed. I never called Von Watteville a "prostitute." The other issues have been addressed. She should file her lawsuit. If she perjures herself she will legally rue the day she started lying about and slandering me. Linda Carol provided the draft declaration. It will be submitted to the Small Claims Court and Judge Hess. Robert Kory's conduct is at issue and was addressed in my Motion for Terminating Sanctions.
I have made no extortionate threats. Gianelli is a criminal, stalker, harasser, agent provocateur, infiltrator, and bald-faced liar. My emails were copied to IRS, FBI, DOJ, and others. It is amazing that these people (Cohen, Von Watteville) have the nerve to use the justice system to target people. Leonard Cohen failed to serve me and stole from me. I am addressing this in court and have no obligation to remain silent although I realize Cohen prefers to have his fabricated narrative circulating. LA Superior Court's actions have led (and continue to lead) to great harm.
Von Watteville is contacting Investigator Frayeh of the Phil Spector case. I'm sure Phil Spector will be very interested in this entire situation and the targeting of Paulette Brandt. The Criminal Stalker, Gianelli, and his client, Von Watteville, have been advised to cease and desist.

I am advising you to stop harassing me. I am also aware that your client is a vexatious litigant. I am now following the Sam Menning case carefully. I intend to obtain all documents in that case and will subpoena any discovery if necessary.

I have reviewed this slanderous and threatening email sent by your client, Karina Von Watteville, on May 10, 2015 to Linda Carol. I would strongly urge you and your client to stop slandering me and communicating false and fraudulent information to IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, ICE, and others. Linda Carol does not engage in illegal activity and providing someone with a "declaration" is most certainly not illegal.
