Hi IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

Here we go again.

Kelley

Philip,

I see that Leonard Cohen's careerr continues to be promoted using me and Phil Spector.  I would appreciate your removing all slanderous comments about me from this article.  Leonard Cohen was never broke and his tours have now generated $50 million gross.  Leonard Cohen stole from me.  I own 15% of his intellectual property and have the corporate records to prove that.  Cohen retaliated against me with his lawsuit because I went to IRS about his egregious criminal tax fraud. I  wasn't served his lawsuit.  I have asked the judge to terminate the case and there is a hearing on June 23, 2015.  Leonard Cohen's use of perjury and fraud to obtain orders, verdicts, and judgments is outrageous - particularly as this man is Canadian but cannot live in Canada due to his tax and residence problems.  No criminal charges can be filed because a jury might wonder about my stock certificates, agreements with Cohen, and why I am listed as a partner on corporate tax returns.  Cohen won nothing.  He has lied and this works with LA Superior Court who has a rampant problem that involves failure to serve people.  This article sets forth some of what unfolded and do feel free to read through the blog itself.

P.S.  Philip, my emails (as LAPD noted) were generally requests for tax information Cohen refuses to provide me that IRS requires.  I am filing a federal lawsuit over these issues and have put the City and County of Los Angeles on notice.

We understand why Cohen continues to record and tour; his output is at least partially attributable to pecuniary anxieties that forced his remarkable comeback story. His return to the stage in 2008 after a 15-year hiatus from touring was made necessary because his manager of 16 years misappropriated almost all of the $5 million Cohen had in his retirement accounts. Though he eventually won a civil judgment against her and she was sentenced to 18 months in jail on criminal charges, she was in no position to pay him back.
