Here is another email harassing me over the motion I filed with Judge Hess. Yes, I expect him to read the documents and digest them. Judge Hess has never addressed fraud upon the Court. That issue is distinct from the issues raised in my 2013 Motion to Vacate. I was not served Cohen's summons and complaint. Judge Hess does not have jurisdiction over me personally but does have jurisdiction over the use of extensive fraud and perjury. Therefore, I expect him to address those issues at the June 23, 2015 hearing that is scheduled. As you, because you and Robert Kory attended the hearing, understood, Judge Hess was very clear that the Answer to the Complaint was not properly filed. That mistake was not mine. Francisco Suarez filed the documents as a favor to me. He was harassed for over a year by Gianelli. Franciso Suarez also noted that the record of my 2012 alleged trial was a mess. And, unfortunately, he had to work without the benefit of my file which the Public Defender's Office still refuses to provide me with. I was quite clear with Judge Vanderet, and others, about that fact.
You are the attorney of record in this case. I understand the tactics Cohen and his legal representatives employ. That would include, but is not limited to, Gianelli (an agent provocateur/infiltrator) harassing, slandering and intimidating people to provoke a response from me. Cohen's lawyers refused to communicate with me throughout all litigation matters. Cohen then obtained a fraud restraining order against me in November 2005. I would like to point out that the original fraud restraining order (a tactic that Greenberg raised in his June 2005 Complaint) was a civil harassment order. The fraud restraining order registered on May 25 2011 is a domestic violence matter. I spoke to a Commissioner at the Court about this matter the other day. He printed out a form for me that clearly states "domestic violence." Leonard Cohen and I were not in a dating or engagement relationship and he perjured himself over this matter. Cohen clearly was not coached for the March 23, 2012 hearing when he testified honestly that we were in a purely business relationship. We did have a personal relationship that involved a friendship and that's the extent of it. I have already addressed the sexual harassment and indecent exposure and am well aware of the fact that these issues are cool with the City Attorney of Los Angeles. Cohen also testified that I never stole from him. The ledger includes the year 2004 so the argument that he thought i might have stolen a potted plant from his front porch is not going to work.
I am asking the Court, in the domestic violence fraud matter, to order a psychiatric exam for Leonard Cohen. He is the individual with a long and publicly documented history of psychiatric problems as well as drug and alcohol abuse. Cohen was clear with Sylvie Simmons (around my alleged trial) that he has a history of LSD and meth. His nickname was Captain Mandrax. The fact that this man thinks I might attend his concert or drive by his house proves that he has serious delusions and possibly hallucinations about me. Therefore, those fantasies on his part will be addressed.

Do you actually expect Judge Hess to read and digest all of this mass of disorganized testimony and documents - let alone your blog - let alone emerge predisposed to reconsider it's earlier ruling on January 17, 2014 on your motion for orders vacating the 2006 default J and dismissing the action for "fraud and perjury" or allow you to file the same proposed answer even if he does?
