Hello FBI,
Let me address this section of the transcript with you. Streeter is eliciting testimony about Steve Cooley and Alan Jackson. I reported the criminal negligence in my son's horrendous Whole Foods accident to Cooley, Jackson, and others at the DA's office. What was their conduct towards me? They threatened me after I filed a complaint with their Major Fraud Unit re. Cohen's theft from me, etc. They dragged me into Phil Spector's matter when Brian Bennett showed up at my house unannounced. The DA's investigator told me I was probably a witness in Phil Spector's matter. I have had it with these liars. And, it is obvious that the organized campaign of harassment, slander, intimidation, etc. that involves Stephen Gianelli, Michelle Blaine, Susanne Walsh, Cohen's lawyer witnesses, etc. demands an investigation. His Holiness Kusum Lingpa absolutely advised me, in front of people, that he views Leonard Cohen as an "asshole who is going to hell." I was accused of annoying Cohen over His Holiness' point of view?
Leonard Cohen is a thief. See the corporate books, records, stock units, tax returns, Steven Machat, Phil Spector, and others. I have provided IRS, FBI, DOJ, and others, with the alleged emails that were merely printed out over and over and over again. They contain very serious information, evidence of criminal activity, requests for tax information, etc.
As for my letter to Sharmapa, I will say a few things. He was targeted by Gianelli and slandered. Gianelli is the individual who created the moniker "14th Sheepdog" and most likely sent me emails from a gmail account (14th Sheepdog) and the 15th poodle (or something) horrendously slandering me and Oliver Stone and falsely accusing us of abusing my children, etc. These people are dangerously unstable. The letter to Sharmapa addresses Marko's threats to me. He was apparently Cooley's personal investigator who advised me to contact the Denver FBI and tell them "Merry Christmas" from the DA's office. My colleague felt that sounded like something the Sopranos would say prior to riddling a car with bullets. Others believe it was a F%*K YOU to the FBI. Would they like to put Mahakala on trial also? I view Mahakala as a guardian angel and am writing to my religious adviser. Furthermore, I was extremely upset on Christmas about my son whose life has been destroyed over Leonard Cohen's tax fraud, etc.
Paul Huebl, who is an investigator and former law enforcement, advised me that he felt the Phil Spector set up began when Alhambra PD wrongfully tasered Phil Spector. He wrote that Alan Jackson is a jackass. I happen to personally agree. Is that my prior bad act? Leonard Cohen, Alan Jackson, Steve Cooley, law enforcement, and the City Attorney aligned themselves and targeted me. See Huebl's comments re. criminal witness tampering. That's the name of the game in LA Confidential. I will continue to review my trial transcript and comment on the fraud, perjury, concealment, and abject insanity before LA Superior Court. In the meantime, my friends continue to be criminally harassed and Michelle Blaine and Stephen Gianelli appear to see eye to eye about me. What do they have to do with the allegations of [Leonard Cohen's] criminal tax fraud I brought to the attention of IRS on April 15, 2005 or my emails documenting everything that has unfolded since that time? I don't think this is brain surgery actually. Let me quote my public defender again: the City Attorney is attempting to sabotage iRS; they want to discredit you; the DA doesn't want the Phil Spector verdict overturned; and there may be a prosecution plant on your jury. Paul Huebl felt there may have been one on Phil Spector's also. He also advised me that Sprocket is the mouthpiece for Lana Clarkson's family. I think that's overwhelmingly obvious. My Norwegian roommates figured out the social media aspect of all of this when they reviewed the slander on Blogonaut's former law blog. Who was posting there in 2009? Michelle Blaine and Sprocket. Blaine then publicly thanked Gianelli for targeting my email accounts and blogs. Cohen's lawyers are aligned with Gianelli regardless of whether or not a cover-your-ass letter was sent. Gianelli is now arguing Leonard Cohen legal matters while criminally harassing Dan Meade. The situation remains pathetic and, no doubt, criminal.

Prosecutor Alan Jackson Is A Jackass
Irene Elizabeth Laughlin has the unusual alias of “Punkin Pie” She was Lana Clarkson’s very best Friend until her tragic apparent suicide at record producer Phil Spector’s home four years ago.
Laughlin was called to testify as a defense witness to shed light on Clarkson’s state of mind before her death. Clarkson confided her hopes, dreams and failures, for years along with suicidal thoughts to Laughlin during the period just before her life ended.
Laughlin has a heavy burden to deal with, and that's the guilt of perhaps not having done enough to see that Clarkson got help from mental health professionals and instead tried to cheer up her profoundly depressed friend herself. That obviously did not work and Clarkson died.
Laughlin’s testimony also revealed that the Clarkson family lawyer and others essentially tampered with a witness (Laughlin) in a criminal investigation by telling Laughlin to withhold information about Clarkson’s suicidal thoughts. That may have been what caused the cops to go after Spector since everyone close to Clarkson tried to paint a Clarkson as a happy and hopeful women who’d never kill herself. That effort nearly worked until Laughlin could no longer live with that deception and came clean with Spector’s defense tem after they contacted and interviewed her.
Was there a motive to place the blame on the wealthy Phil Spector to collect money from him by those trying to cover up Clarkson’s alcoholism, drug use, depression and suicidal remarks? One could also argue that the cover-up was done to protect Clarkson's public persona and memory.
Now comes prosecutor Alan Jackson, angry that his case for murder is flushing down the toilet as the truth surfaces during the trial. Jackson spent the day degrading Laughlin and accusing her of making her testimony up for a book deal that never existed. Jackson continually tortured the witness by rubbing her face into her failure to make an effort to notify authorities about Clarkson’s mental state to gain some sort of professional intervention.
It was laughable when Jackson tried to suggest that a crappy $9.00 an hour job at the House of Blues was somehow a wonderful and uplifting professional move for the 40 year-old Clarkson who spent her entire adult life trying to get her entertainment career of the ground.
Jackson came off as the Jackass of the trial by his behavior against this grieving witness.

Paul this was another good day for the defense. I am beginning to believe he may be innocent. It would be unprofessional and biased for me to assume from the beginning, that Spector IS ether innocent, or guilty. But now after spending some time in my office, watching all the wits and all the facts, I am considering his innocence. Looks like the DA is succumbing to some of the lies and tricks that I mentioned in my linked article “Another Look at the Justice System.” I also believe Sara Caplan is a courageous truthful attorney, who ought to be in People’s Magazine as woman of the year.

He needs to convict Spector and add another notch to his belt and blossoming DA career. It seems there is no level too low for Alan Jackson to stoop.
This past Wed., 7/18/07, Mr. Jackson misled the witness with false statements trying to discredit evidence that Ms. Clarkson shot herself.
Judge Fidler should have already called a mistrial or been removed for his BIAS!
The Spector trial is a travesty of justice and I fear Phil Spector, an innocent man, will go down as compensation for the unpunished crimes of OJ and Robert Blake.
He needs to convict Spector and add another notch to his belt and blossoming DA career. It seems there is no level too low for Alan Jackson to stoop.

Phil Spector’s Unlikely Defender (Excerpts from article)
Laughlin, who spent more than two days on the stand, claimed that Clarkson felt embarrassed by her $9-an-hour job at the House of Blues and that just 10 days before she died wept uncontrollably at a Hollywood party when Transformers director Michael Bay, who cast her for a small role in a Mercedes commercial in 1998, ignored her. Bay, who took the stand as a witness for the prosecution, denied the claim, stating he never disrespected the statuesque beauty. “If I disrespected her she probably would have slapped me,” he testified. “She was just that saucy.”
Laughlin’s testimony was highly controversial, as it became the bedrock of the defense’s claim that Clarkson was distraught over her evaporating career and turning 40, and may have pulled the trigger of the gun that killed her.
“She called me bawling her eyes out,” said Laughlin in a recent interview. “She was so downtrodden. This town was destroying her. She was crying and said, ‘I am getting a gun. I hate the town and I hate the people and I am going to blow my brains out.’”
“What I think is she couldn’t take it anymore and [Spector] said something that was the straw that broke the camel’s back,” Laughlin said. “It was like lighter fluid on a match.”
Jackson, who is now running for Los Angeles County district attorney, questioned why Laughlin didn’t come forward to police in 2003 with her claim that Clarkson was despondent. Laughlin testified that she was told by a girlfriend not to speak to the police without a lawyer present and was advised to protect Clarkson’s privacy.
